Obamination: Treason in Mumbai

Thanks and a tip of the hat to Logan's Warning for alerting me to Barack Hussein Obama's al-Taqiyya. Indian Express carries the story of Obamination at Xavier's College, where a Muslim student asked for his views on jihad.

"I think all of us recognise that this great religion (Islam) in the hands of a few extremists has been distorted to justify violence towards innocent people that is never justified,"

Lets break it down point by point.

    Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

     Narrated Abu Huraira:

        Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand." Abu Huraira added: Allah's Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

Moe defined Islam with his recitation and set the standard with his Sunnah. Normative Islam is extreme; there is no extremism over and above it.

    The standard of Islam is open on the face of the Qur'an & hadith. What is distorted about it?  "Ordered to fight" & "made victorious with terror" are the standard, not distortions.

    What did Allah say about "fighting" ?  What did Moe say about it?  "Fight them until", "ordered to fight".  How do you justify offensive wars of conquest?  In Mecca, outnumbered, in a position of weakness, Moe preached tolerance & forbearance. In Medina, as he accrued an army, he preached defensive & retaliatory warfare.

• 22:39. Permission to fight is given to those (i.e. believers against disbelievers), who are fighting them, (and) because they (believers) have been wronged, and surely, Allâh is Able to give them (believers) victory 
• 2:190. And fight in the Way of Allâh those who fight you, but transgress not the limits. Truly, Allâh likes not the transgressors. [This Verse is the first one that was revealed in connection with Jihâd, but it was supplemented by another (V.9:36)].

Click the link to 2:190, read the translator's footnote and the surrounding context. While the verse relates directly to defensive warfare, the definition of jihad in the footnote is anything but defensive.

    Al-Anfal 39 & At-Taubah 29, quoted above, command offensive, not defensive warfare. When they were revealed, Moe's army had grown in numbers and skill, he was ready for the conquest of Mecca and neighboring kingdoms & empires.  Ibn Kathir's Tafsir describes these as orders "to fight". 

• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
  • This honorable Ayah was revealed with the order to fight the People of the Book, after the pagans were defeated, the people entered Allah's religion in large numbers, and the Arabian Peninsula was secured under the Muslims' control. Allah commanded His Messenger to fight the People of the Scriptures, Jews and Christians, on the ninth year of Hijrah, and he prepared his army to fight the Romans and called the people to Jihad announcing his intent and destination. The Messenger sent his intent to various Arab areas around Al-Madinah to gather forces, and he collected an army of thirty thousand.

Those abominable imperatives are codified in Shari'ah: Reliance of the Traveller, Book o, Chapter 9, Sections 8 & 9.

• o9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

  The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

  "Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),

  the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace).  After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

  "I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"

  this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

  The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi' (y21), 6.48-49) ).

    Reliance of the Traveller o9.1 defines the religious obligation of offensive conquest.  The closing paragraphs of the section convey vital information.

• In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

  The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year.

  The second state is when non-Muslims invade a Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants of that country, who must repel the non-Muslims with whatever they can).

What does this mean: "meaning upon the Muslims each year"?   Muslims are required to mount at least one military expedition against kuffar in every year. The question is answered with extreme clarity by this quote from Al-Shafi'i.

"The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims' interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse."

    In Islam's view, only Muslims are innocent. All others are rebels against Allah who must be warred against.  Scroll up to the quote of Bukhari 1.8.387 and read it again. Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims. We only obtain rights by becoming Muslims.  That should be a clue for you.

    Muslims love to quote Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:32, which says that killing one innocent person is equivalent to killing the entire population of the world, but never quote the succeeding verse. That is because 5:33 prescribes hudud for those who "wage war" against Allah. It says that they can be crucified, killed, mutilated or expelled.  But it does not define "wage war". Ibn Kathir's Tafsir fills in that gap for us. If you do not believe in Allah; if you are not a Muslim, then you are waging war against him, subject to the punishments listed in 5:33.

The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land 
`Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways.

    President Barack Hussein Obama is an accursed liar, a traitor to the human race as well as the nation over which he has been elected to preside.  He lies about the nature and identity of our sworn existential enemy and demands that we tolerate its existence & perpetual aggression. 

    It is not possible for a sane and sentient person, a lover of life & liberty, apprised of the damnable doctrines & practices of Islam, to tolerate the perpetuation & propagation of a belief in divine mandate to conquer, subjugate, enslave, dispossess and kill everyone who does not immediately submit to Islam.

    Islam must be confronted and resisted, both ideologically & militarily. President Barack Hussein Obama won't do it. He must be removed from office  and replaced by someone who will.

Joe Lieberman Spews Excrement!

An email from Newsmax contained this link Lieberman Slams Obama on Radical Islam Silence which contained a few provocative quotes but no link to the source. They did mention that their source was an op ed piece at the Wall Street Journal. Google came to my rescue.

Throughout this blog post, blue, underlined text is hyperlinked to a source document. Clicking any link will open the source in a new window. Through some of those links you can gain access to the Qur'an & hadith which form the core of Islam.

Who's the Enemy in the War on Terror?

I do not know who supplied the head & sub head, but I will begin my criticism there because the head & sub head contain egregious deceptions which deserve to be exposed.

"War on Terror" implies that terror is the enemy. In reality, terror is a psychological and physiological state in which the mind and body are so agitated that immediate effective defense becomes impossible. The heart races and palpitates, the hands and knees shake, and the mind is filled with a forboding of doom and despair. Flight takes precedence to fight when terror reigns.

Terror is a condition, instilling terror is an enemy tactic. Identify the entity which uses that tactic and you have identified the enemy. I am about to perform an act most bloggers, commentators, news media and politicians will not do. I am about to bore you with the most vital facts which will enable you to identify the enemy who is waging war against us.

The following quotation is from the bottom of page 58 of The Qur'anic Concept of War, a strategic training manual written by Brig. S.K. Malik for the army of Pakistan.

Terror struck into the hearts of the enemies is not only a means, it is the end in itself. Once a condition of terror into
the opponenfs heart is obtained, hardly anything is left to be achieved. It is the point where the means and the end meet
and merge. Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon the enemy; it is me decinbn we wish to impose upon him.

Inflicting terror is both a means and an end which makes victory possible. No, Pakistan is not the enemy; don't jump to conclusions. Look at the title of the book. What is the origin of the tactical use of terror? If you answered "the Qur'an", you are beginning to catch on. If not, I suggest that you take a remedial reading course to improve your comprehension skills.

The Qur'an is the scripture of Islam, its guide to all aspects of life including warfare. Allah said that he would cast terror into the hearts of disbelievers. That statement is found in 3:151 and 8:12. In the latter verse, he told the angels and the Muslims what to do to cast terror. In 8:57, he commanded Muslims to inflict a severe defeat on their victims in order to affect the psychology of future victims; to terrify them. In 8:60, he commanded the Muslims to maximize the power of their army so as to terrify their enemies.

Allah said that he cast terror, resulting in victory for the Muslims. In 33:26-27, we learn that Allah's casting of terror resulted in the killing of the men of one tribe and the enslavement of their widows and orphans. It also resulted in the seizeure of their real and personal property. In 59:2 we learn that casting terror resulted in the defeat of another tribe who destroyed their own homes. At the conclusion of the latter verse, we find something special. "Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see)." As hinted in 8:57, Allah is setting up the destruction of one set of victims as an example to instill terror in future victims.

The Qur'anic sanctification of terrorism might be dismissed as metaphorical or apocryphal but for the ample confirmations found in hadith, the oral traditions of Moe's companions on the battlefield. Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331 lists five special gifts that distinguish Moe from other Prophets. The first of those five items is most instructive: "Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey.". Sahih Bukhari 4.52.220 tells us how Moe was made victorious: "...I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), ...".

The tactic of casting terror is sanctified by the Qur'an and exemplifed by hadith. Now we know who owns it: Islam. That is standard, off the shelf, orthdox, mainstream Islam, not some imaginary "radical", "extremist" or "fundamentalist" sub set or offshoot.

Perpetual warfare is another sacrament of Islam, mandated by 2:216 and commanded in 8:39, 9:29 and 9:123. The imperative is confirmed in Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387. The perpetual duration of jihad is confirmed in Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2526.

Attacks on us, threatened and performed by Muslims, flow directly from the venomous verses of the Qur'an & Hadith. The identity of the enemy is no mystery; it is Islam.

The U.S. is at war with violent Islamist extremism, and the Obama administration does moderate Muslims no favor by refusing to recognize this.

The sub head, reproduced above, contains two egregious lies, disguised by code words: "violent Islamist extremism" & "moderate Muslims". I already proved the fact that offensive jihad using terrorism as a tactic is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam as Moe preached and practiced it. Muslims who reject the sacrament of offensive jihad are not moderates, they are hypocrites. That term is used in 18 of the 114 Surahs. 3:156 denounces them as cowards. In 9:38, Allah threatens the hypocrites with hell fire for refusing to join the jihad. in 9:68 he converts the threat into a promise.

In his opening paragraphs, Senator Lieberman compares the current National Security Strategy, which does not identify Islam as the enemy, to the 2006 ecition. Here is the money quote: "It correctly identified our enemy as "the transnational terrorists [who] exploit the proud religion of Islam to serve a violent political vision." ". We need to identify the most egregious lie in that quote, it is contained in this clause: "exploit the proud religion of Islam to serve a violent political vision'. Islam is a violent political vision! I gave you links to the jihad imperatives and a hadith which confirms them. That is standard mainstream Islam, not bi'da.

The third paragraph contains a repetition of the big lie: "violent Islamist extremism". Islam is intrinsically violent. Muslims engaged in terroristic jihad are obeying Allah and emulating their profit. They are zealots; believers [8:2, 49:15 ], not extremists.

Senator Lieberman correctly identifies the weakness in identifying al-Qaeda as the enemy, but in the process, he repeats the big lie.

First, it is not fully accurate. Defining the enemy by reference to al Qaeda implies that this war is primarily about destroying an organization, rather than defeating a broader political ideology. This war will not end when al Qaeda has been vanquished—though that, of course, is a critical goal—but only when the ideology of violent Islamist extremism that inspires and predates it is decisively rejected. That ideology motivates many other groups and individuals.

I added bold face emphasis to the critical clause and red font color & italics to the big lie. The quote would be true if Islam were substituted for the big lie.

Lieberman seems to make a habit of skirting close to the edge of truth without crossing over from the lie. I will add emphasis to this quote to make the lies stand out for you.

Finally, characterizing this war as being against a specific organization risks distracting our government from important policy questions about how to combat the ideological dimensions of the war that is taking place within Islam. It also may send a message to moderate Muslims that they can and should remain on the sidelines of this fight, while governments use conventional means to defeat al Qaeda.

A specific organization is waging war against us: Islam. Senator Lieberman, like most politicians, won't acknowledge that fact, though it is obvious that he is aware of it.

Senator Lieberman swerved near to the truth before quickly counter steering: ideological dimensions. The ideas that Allah is the deity, that he mandates global conquest, that Islam must be made to dominate the world are central to this war. This war can not be won without breaking the Muslim's faith. One man leads the way: Father Zakaria Botros; follow his lead!!! It all rests on one man's image: Moe. We must make Muslims aware of his true charactr and conduct. Fr. Botros knows how to do that, and he does it. We must scale up his mission.

The other big lie: war taking place within Islam. Hypocrites are not fighting. They are not armed. They are not motivated to take militant action. They are intimidated; they will be easily killed by believers. The believing salafists have the texts on their side; hypocrites nave nothing with which to argue against believers. The hypocrites have no viable option unless they unite, arm themselves, kill the believers and apostatize.

Al-Qaeda and Islam are one. Islam can not be defeated conventionally short of complete extermination. Is anyone willing to do that? If not, then we must defeat Islam ideologically.

Just when I start to think that Senator Lieberman might be redeemable, he comes up with another restatement of the big lie.

Muslims in fact understand better than anyone else the enormous difference between their faith and the terrorist political ideology that has exploited it.

Islam is a way of life: intra-species predation. What did Allah say? What did Moe do? Get a clue!

It appears from the next quote that Senator Lieberman may be living in fantasy land.

We must encourage and empower the non-violent Muslim majority to raise their voices to condemn the Islamist extremist ideology as a desecration of Islam, responsible for the murder of tens of thousands of innocent Muslims and people of other faiths. How can we expect those Muslims to have the courage to stand and do that if we are unwilling to define and describe the enemy as dramatically different from them?

Islam is the enemy, of the hypocrites as much as us. Allah lumps them in with us, to be killed and gathered into Hell. Muslims are the enemy; they are not different from the enemy, they are part of it. Islam is what Moe preached and practiced; Muslims are believers in what Moe preached, who attempt to emulate his works. Moe's preaching & example are not moderate, they are not peaceful and anodyne.

There is no end to ignorance & insanity.

We must recognize the nature of the fight we are in, not paper it over. The United States is definitely not at war with Islam. But a group of self-identified, extremist Muslims has definitely declared war on us, a war which they explicitly justify by reference to their religion. Muslims across the world see the ideological nature of this struggle. I believe it is disrespectful to suggest they cannot understand these distinctions and act on them.

The first sentence of that quote is entirely true. It is papered over by the traitors who mislead us, including Senator Leiberman, because, from their viewpoint, recognizing the enemy would require making the enemy extinct, which they foolishly equate with genocide. Doing to the enemy what they are trying to do to you does not lower you to their level, it leaves you alive and more secure. "Never Again!" refers to the murder of innocents, not to the extermination of predators.

The second sentence is also true. We should be at war against Islam, a declared war, as provide for by the Constitution, but we fail to identify and recognize the enemy.

Usama bin Laden's declaration of war against us is not the first. The first Islamic declaration of of war against us was not specific, it was generic and global. It is contained in 8:39 & 9:29, which are codifed in Shar'iah as Book O, Chapter 9.8 & 9.9 of Reliance of the Traveller. Sentient people will read them and curse Islam.

When Caliph Umar sent his army to Persia, his general made a statement you need to know about. It is found in Sahih Bukhari 4.53.386.

Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:-- "Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master."

Compare the quote above to the response given to Adams & Jefferson when they asked by what right the Barbary Pirates attacked our shipping. The quote comes from Wikipedia.

The ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the Prophet (Mohammed), that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman (or Muslim) who should be slain in battle was sure to go to heaven. The "ideological nature of this struggle" boils down to: Allah's exclusive right to be worshipped, Allah's exclusive right to rule and the Muslim's obligation to enforce them. If you can't comprehend that, Senator, then step down; you are not intelligent enough to be a legislator. If you can not acknowledge the truth, Senator, then step down; you are not honest and courageous enough to be a legislator.

The real disrespect is underestimating the intelligence of the American electorate, urinating on our shoes and swearing that it is raining. We know the difference. A growing number of Americans are wising up to the fact that Islam is the enemy and terrorism is motivated by its intrinsic doctrines, not be your mythical extremism.

Assumptions Make Asses of US

Bare Naked Islam brought to my attention this video in which Representative Ted Poe (TX 2) speaks out about censorship against critics of Islam. It is rare to hear a Representative speaking in support of free speech, even in special orders, so I would like to cheer. Unfortunately, I am unable to cheer because Rep. Poe peppered his speech with an unnecessary adjective which detracts from the truth of the subtext.




Those who apply adjectives such as 'radical' and 'extreme' to Islam and Muslims thereby put themselves in conflict with truth and do great harm to the cause of establishing peace and security.

'Radical Islam' presumes the existence of a mythical 'moderate'; benign and anodyne Islam which is personal and spiritual; neither political nor martial. That mythical Islam is contrasted with the real Islam, which is described as 'radical' or extreme' and presumed to comprise a trivial minority of Muslims.

Nothing could be further from objective factual reality. Islam is predatory, supremacist and aggressive. Frequent readers of this blog are familiar with the ayat which mandate and sanctify genocidal conquest which terrorizes its victims as a means of destroying their ability and will to offer effective resistance. For those who are unfamiliar with them, they are quoted and linked to source in "What's Wrong With Islam/Muslims?" and "What You Need to Know about Islam".

We are under attack by believers, not 'radicals' or 'extremists'. The Noble Qur'an, translated by Hilali & Khan, defines believers and their behavior.[Emphasis added.]

• 8:1. They ask you (O Muhammad ) about the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger." So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ), if you are believers.
• 8:2. The believers are only those who, when Allâh is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Qur'ân) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone);
• 8:3. Who perform As-Salât (Iqâmat­as­Salât) and spend out of that We have provided them.
• 8:4. It is they who are the believers in truth. For them are grades of dignity with their Lord, and Forgiveness and a generous provision (Paradise).
• 8:5. As your Lord caused you (O Muhammad ) to go out from your home with the truth, and verily, a party among the believers disliked it;

Disputing over the spoils of war is one of the tests of believers; they don't argue about the booty, accepting what Moe allocates to them. This should be your first clue: believers participate in Jihad, otherwise there would be no spoils to fight over. Believers obey Allah and his messenger. What did Allah command them to do? He commanded them to wage war on disbelievers.

Believers "spend" from Allah's provision. What is the meaning of that expression? Does it refer to charity or something else?

• 2:195. And spend in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd of all kinds, etc.) and do not throw yourselves into destruction (by not spending your wealth in the Cause of Allâh), and do good. Truly, Allâh loves Al-Muhsinûn (the good-doers).
  
  

One phrase from that verse needs clarification: "do not throw yourselves into destruction". This sentence from Sunan Abu Dawud 14. 2506 completes the concept "To put oneself into danger means that we stay in our property and commit ourselves to its improvement, and abandon fighting (i.e. jihad). " If a qualified Muslim does not join the Jihad and stick with it to victory, he fails the test and is not a believer.

"Go out from your home" also requires clarification. This quote comes from Malik's Muwatta, Book 21.5.14:
Malik was asked about a man who pledged himself to go on a military campaign, equipped himself,and when he wanted to go out, one or both of his parents prevented him." Another verse uses the same term.

• 9:83. If Allâh brings you back to a party of them (the hypocrites), and they ask your permission to go out (to fight), say: "Never shall you go out with me, nor fight an enemy with me; you agreed to sit inactive on the first occasion, then you sit (now) with those who lag behind."

Another verse restates the definition of believers.

• 49:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those! They are the truthful.

What is the meaning of "strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh"?

• 9:41. March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allâh. This is better for you, if you but knew.

Allah's cause is to make Islam dominate the entire world; global conquest.

• 9:33. It is He Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad ) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islâm), to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) hate (it).

Islamic violence is normative, not exceptional. It is performed by true believers, not 'radicals' or 'extremists'. The founder of Islam personally participated in 26 battles and ordered many more for a total of 86 in his ten year career as warlord. Those battles are sunnah: examples to be emulated by all Muslims, in all places, at all times. Allah's imperatives to conquer the world do not have expiration dates.

Lives, liberties and civilization are at risk so long as a substantial number of people believe that they have a divine mandate to conquer the entire world. With modern weaponry, a small number of zealots can wreak great havoc.

We must cause them to quit believing or quit living. Otherwise, they will persist in threatening and attacking us.

Obamination: Ramadan Treason

President Obama's Ramadan message includes the usual boiler plate treason. I have selected some exemplary dissembling for refutation.

• "These rituals remind us of the principles that we hold in common"

The implication is both overly broad and false. Islam does not share any principles with Western Civilization. Next time, list them and submit proof that Muslims share them. I won't hold my breath while I wait for that list and evidence.

• lslam's role in advancing justice, progress,. tolerance, and the dignity of all human beings

Nothing could be further from the truth. Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9, Paragraphs 8 &9 charge the Caliph with the duty of attacking Jews, Christians, Zoroastrians & Pagans at least once in every year. Those laws are based on Surahs At-Taubah & Al-Anfal of the Qur'an. Exactly how does that advance justice, tolerance & dignity?

Chapter 11, Paragraph 5, says of dhimmis:

• 2- are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar);

• 3- are not greeted with "as-Salamu 'alaykum";

• -4- must keep to the side of the street;

• -5- may not build higher than or as high as the Muslims' buildings, though if they acquire a tall house, it is not razed;

• -6- are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;

• -7- and are forbidden to build new churches.

Exactly how do those laws advance justice, tolerance & dignity?

• "For instance, fasting is a concept shared by many faiths - including my own Christian faith - as a
  way to bring; people closer to God, and to those among us who cannot take their next meal for
  granted. And the support that Muslims provide to others recalls our responsibility to advance
  opportunity and prosperity for people everywhere. For all of us must remember that the world we
  want to build - and the changes that we Want to make - must begin in our own hearts, and our
  own communities."

Note the clause which I emphasized: Islamic law forbids giving Zakat to Kufar. Refer to Reliance of the Traveller H8.24.

• It is not permissible to give zakat to a non-Muslim, or to someone whom one is obliged to support (def: m12.1), such as a wife or family member.

President Obama conflates charity & universal benevolence with Socialism and at the same time, mixing domestic policy with foreign.

• "Beyond America' borders. we are also committed to keeping our responsibility to build a world
  that is more peaceful and secure. That is why we are responsibly ending the war in Iraq."

The invasion of Iraq could only increase peace & security by rendering Iraq unIslamic. Iraq & Afghanistan will be threats to peace & security so long as their people and governments are Islamic. By leaving Iraq with Islam still in place, we decrease peace and security below the level pertaining before the invasion.

• 'That is why we are isolating violent extremists while empowering the people in places like Afghanistan
  and Pakistan."

"Violent extremists" is a shibboleth designed to draw our attention away from the fatal fact of intrinsic violence in Islam.. Islamic Jihad, terrorism & genocide result from intrinsic scriptural doctrines & traditional example, not from 'extremists'. The difference between 'extremists' and 'the people' is zeal. Violence is a function of intensity of belief & zealotry. We can't isolate them because we can't identify them. Besides, zealotry can increase spontaneously or as a result of aggressive sermons at the local Mosque.

• "That is why we are unyielding in our support for a two-state solution that
  recognizes the rights of Israelis and Palestinians to live in peace and security."

Israelis are Palestinians. Palestinians are Jews . The so called Palestinians President Obama refers to are undifferentiated Arabs seeking to reconquer Israel demographically and militarily. State or no state, so long as there are Muslims within rocket range of Israel, Israel will not obtain peace or security no matter what she does. Israel's existence is an offense to Muslims because her land was conquered by Caliph Umar in 638. Allah promised Muslims victory and dominance over the region. By reclaiming her land, Israel proves Allah to be an impotent idol. Muslims can't tolerate that! Muslims will continue to attack Israel until they are successfully in reconquest or Israel ushers them into hell. There is nothing we can do about it.

• " And that is why America will always stand for the universal rights of all people to speak their mind, practice their
  religion, contribute fully to society and have confidence in the rule of law."

I emphasized the problematic phrase in that sentence. Islam requires Jihad, genocide & terrorism. It is not possible to fully practice Islam without engaging in them until their world conquest is completed. If they have a right to practice Islam, then we have no right to live; no human dignity.

• All of these efforts are a part of America' commitment to engage Muslims and Muslim-majority
  nations on the basis of mutual interest and mutual respect.

Idiocy & treason are in the emphasized phrase. Islam has no respect for Kufar. To Muslims, we are rebels against Allah, and they are duty bound to defeat us and gather us together into Hell, the worst of living creatures. We have no mutual interest with Muslims! Their interest is world conquest, ours is peace, security and prosperity. We have nothing in common.

• "And at this time of renewal, I want to reiterate my commitment to a new beginning between America and Muslims around the world,"

How about a new beginning between lambs and lions? When will lions quit eating lambs? That is when Islam will quit Jihad. Two classes of people say otherwise: damned fools and traitors. Islam is a predatory institution; we need to call it what it is. We need to call those who deny that fatal fact what they are. Intellectual honesty and moral clarity require us to do that.

• From around the world, we have received an outpouring of feedback about how America can be a partner on behalf of peoples' aspirations.

Islam is about enrichment and empowerment through the profession of piracy. Islam seeks total world domination by conquest. That is their only aspiration. Another highly charged, fully loaded shibboleth. Prosecution by torture and cruel & unusual punishments are domestic proscriptions, for good reason, based upon European experience. Our system of justice seeks truth, not revenge. President Obama conflate concepts related to principles of domestic legal justice with national defense. Al-Qaeda & Taliban captured on foreign fields of battle with weapons in their hands are not American citizens charged with speeding or jay walking. They are enemy combatants. There is a vital difference. They have no rights. Their death is as close as we can come to justice.

Water boarding is not torture. It inflicts temporary fear, not permanent injury. It was medically supervised and monitored. It did not involve beating, burning or cutting.

Gitmo is an alternative to a grave. A very expensive alternative. Those imprisoned there have no right to a trial or a lawyer. They have a right to nothing. They should have been reduced to nothing on the battlefield.

So America will defend itself, respectful of the sovereignty of nations and the rule of law. And we will do so in partnership with Muslim communities which are also threatened. The sooner the extremists are isolated and unwelcome in Muslim communities, the sooner we will all be safer.

One of the President's favorite shibboleths. Muslims are forbidden to take Kuffar as partners. We have no common interests or objectives. They want to dominate the world; they perceive us as the greatest obstacle to achieving their strategic objective. Islam is our enemy, not our ally.

Same old Shibboleth. Substitute Muslims for extremists, then the sentence will be exposed as a non-sequitur. The President is denying and diverting our attention from the true identity of the enemy.

The second major source of tension that we need to discuss is the situation between Israelis, Palestinians and the Arab world.

Palestinians

"Palestinians" is another favorite shibboleth. "Palestine" is a linguistic corruption of an insulting name imposed on Israel by Rome after the suppression of the Bar Kochba rebellion. Same place, same people; different name. What you call "Palestinians" are undifferentiated Arabs, not members of a separate culture. Name their King, capitol, currency and language which separate them from the mill run of Arabs. I won't hold my breath waiting.

Now, that does not mean we should ignore sources of tension. Indeed, it suggests the opposite: We must face these tensions squarely. And so in that spirit, let me speak as clearly and as plainly as I can about some specific issues that I believe we must finally confront together.

The first issue that we have to confront is violent extremism in all of its forms.

This shibboleth is employed to establish a false premise: "Islam is a great religion of peace; Jihad and terrorism are deviations from standard Islam.". Jihad is defined and mandated (ordained) in 2:216. Allah dedicated Surahs Al-Anfal & At-Taubah to warmongering. Moe exemplified it in his sunna. Ibn Kathir brings the two together most effectively. Intelligent men of good will will read it and curse Islam, demanding its extinction.

• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers and Hypocrites
• The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known World, and ultimately the Entire World

In Ankara, I made clear that America is not -- and never will be -- at war with Islam. (Applause.) We will, however, relentlessly confront violent extremists who pose a grave threat to our security -- because we reject the same thing that people of all faiths reject: the killing of innocent men, women, and children. And it is my first duty as President to protect the American people.

Islam is permanent war against all mankind. What part of "fight them until" do you not comprehend? You have seen "Islam will dominate" on signs in demonstrations in Britain. You have heard it in Juma Kutba. What part of it do you not comprehend? Ibn Kathir calls it "good news". Get a clue.

The situation in Afghanistan demonstrates America's goals, and our need to work together. Over seven years ago, the United States pursued al Qaeda and the Taliban with broad international support. We did not go by choice; we went because of necessity. I'm aware that there's still some who would question or even justify the events of 9/11. But let us be clear: Al Qaeda killed nearly 3,000 people on that day. The victims were innocent men, women and children from America and many other nations who had done nothing to harm anybody. And yet al Qaeda chose to ruthlessly murder these people, claimed credit for the attack, and even now states their determination to kill on a massive scale. They have affiliates in many countries and are trying to expand their reach. These are not opinions to be debated; these are facts to be dealt with.

Al-Ikhwan al-Muslimeen, Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaeda,& Hamas are all one and the same. They are Islam. Islam is them. They are all devoted to one Gd'd demon and based upon one Gd'd book. A lion is a deadly predator, no matter what you call it. Islam is a deadly predator, no matter what name it goes by.

Now, make no mistake: We do not want to keep our troops in Afghanistan. We see no military -- we seek no military bases there. It is agonizing for America to lose our young men and women. It is costly and politically difficult to continue this conflict. We would gladly bring every single one of our troops home if we could be confident that there were not violent extremists in Afghanistan and now Pakistan determined to kill as many Americans as they possibly can. But that is not yet the case.

It never will be! So long as Islam dominates Afghanistan, it will be a source of terrorism. Terrorism and genocide are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. Have you read 3:151, 8:12, 8:60, 8::67, 33:26, 33:27, 47:4, 59:2 and 59:13? Why the Hell not? Those ayat are short, easy to read and comprehend. I gave you links to them. Please use those links. In 8:60, scroll down to Abdullah Yusuf Ali's translation. What is the purpose of a large army and arsenal? To do what to whom?

In Germany, we broke the yoke of Nazism. In Japan, we broke the yoke of Shinto. In Afghanistan & Iraq, Shari'ah is the source of law in the new constitutions. Get a clue, for Chrissake! We are wasting blood and treasure on a fool's errand. Would you kick a bear's teeth down his throat and then buy it dentures?

And that's why we're partnering with a coalition of 46 countries. And despite the costs involved, America's commitment will not weaken. Indeed, none of us should tolerate these extremists. They have killed in many countries. They have killed people of different faiths -- but more than any other, they have killed Muslims. Their actions are irreconcilable with the rights of human beings, the progress of nations, and with Islam. The Holy Koran teaches that whoever kills an innocent is as -- it is as if he has killed all mankind. (Applause.) And the Holy Koran also says whoever saves a person, it is as if he has saved all mankind. (Applause.) The enduring faith of over a billion people is so much bigger than the narrow hatred of a few. Islam is not part of the problem in combating violent extremism -- it is an important part of promoting peace.

It denies equality. It murders. It enslaves. It rapes. Moe said that our blood and property become sacred to Muslims when we become Muslims. Get a clue.

The activities of al-Qaeda and Taliban are not irreconcilable with Islam! They are Islam! Taliban means "students of the Koran". They memorize that damned book and the accursed hadith. They obey Allah and emulate his Messenger. That is what Islam is; that is what Believers do. For Chrissake, get a God Blessed clue!!!

Another shibboleth, from 5:32. They never quote the next verse; why is that? Only because it prescribes hudud for those who "wage war against Allah": bilateral amputation, crucifixion, death or expulsion. What is the meaning of "wage war against Allah? Ibn Kathir has the answer. Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. [The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land] Disbelief is sufficient to render you najis, not innocent. Kufar are not innocent, they are guilty of rebellion against Allah and may be killed with impunity unless they are under a treaty of protection. Hypocrites fall into the same category. Get a clue! Islam is not part of the problem

Islam is the problem!!! Allah said "fight them until" ; 8:39, 9:29. Islamic law says that the Caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians. That is in Reliance of the Traveller, O9.8, which cites 9:29 as its scriptural basis. O9.9 says that the Caliph fights all other people until they become Muslim. O9.1 says that it is an obligation binding upon Muslims in every year.

promoting peace

I challenge the President to show how Islam promotes peace! Is this how it promotes peace??

• The Command to have Enmity towards the Disbelievers and to abandon supporting Them
• The Command to strike the Enemies' Necks, tighten Their Bonds, and then free Them either by an Act of Grace or for a Ransom
• The Order to fight until there is no more Fitnah
• Allah gives Victory to the Believing Group
• Permission to fight; this is the first Ayah of Jihad
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers and Hypocrites
• The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known World, and ultimately the Entire World
• The Good News that Muslims will Dominate the People of the Book
• The Good News that Islam shall prevail

Each item in that list is a link to a topic in Ibn Kathir's Tafsir. Ibn Kathir spent his entire adult life studying and teaching Islam. He was a hafiz and a qadi. He quotes the relevant ayat and ahadith, putting them together so that the meaning will become clear to you. If you could comprehend plain English, you would not need his assistance.

by the 3 American branches of government have continued to erode via Obama's unprecedented installation of "Czars" - i,e, politically hand-picked individuals who are given enormous powers over free enterprise - and whom report directly to the Chief Excutive himself. This newly invented system for expanding Executive branch authority, among its other dangers, eliminates the need for Congressional approval or involvement with these power-packed new authority figures. It also short circuits Capitol

Hill oversight of the activities which they undertake.

Obama has made public today his plan to take control of the Internet - directly from the White House - on behalf of preserving

"cyber-security." This strategy to expand his authority to encroach further on Americans right to privacy - with warrantless supervision of online activity - has been in the works since the Inauguration. The timing of its current announcement holds notable coincidence to the Chief Executive's recent decline in public opinion polls (along with the downhill slide of popularity among his key Congressional leadership (Pelosi, Reid and Dodd.)

Former Democratic activists who worked against Obama's nomination are among those most aware of the alarm bells this current

move to suppress opposition sets off. His online primary campaign, which generated maximum impact via use of high tech applications-is recalled by many for its brutality and vicious conduct against web opponents in 2008. Several reported personal threats while many more indicated repeated disruption of their blogs and large-scale attacks on their forums. Throughout the campaign season, an online army of campaign-paid web thugs were hired for these intrusions, as reported and verified by FOX News. Intimidation, verbal threats, gutter language and even obscene images were the order of the day.

Those in the know, then are acutely aware, then, that the "threats to security" listed by this Head of State in his televised speech today ironically coincide with tactics similar to some his own campaign used to get elected. An Obama small-dollar-on-line donor even reported receiving a phone call on his unlisted cell phone to remind him of a "Meet Up" in his own neighborhood - this despite the fact that the donor had not supplied the campaign with either his cell number nor his physical address! At least one Nigerian husband and wife both confessed last year to using their executive positions with international tech corporations to obtain personal records of U.S. citizens for use in harassment by the "Change" campaign.

In the meantime, while specifics of the new leader's rationale remain to be seen, it's already foreshadowed they will be as far-reaching as possible. Obama's sweeping statements about the urgent need to protect everything from banking records, to online purchases to information exchange. Rumors have indicated that the NSA is also disturbed that this new report-to-President only position would also circumvent this agency's normal role in cyber-watching. Further evidence of the long-term planning of this eradication of online privacy plan lies in the fact that Senators Rockfeller and Snowe introduced a bill in Congress on April 1st to give the White House these cyber-space powers.

One could ask: How does the rest of Congress feel about turning over their responsibility and authority to the Executive Branch?

Also, if the right to online privacy is allowed follow the path of warrantless phone wire-tapping what does Big Brother have in mindnext? And lest we wonder who might be put on the Cyber Czar's Watch List, just remember the recent Homeland Security Warningthat "right wing extremists" (ie any citizens identified as"Change administration opponents) are now a grave threat. Even a child could connect quickly connect the dots between that recent DHS Alert and the press conference on cyber-security threats today! it's not hard to guage whose "security" seems to feel most threatened. The only question that remains is how much more terror - against free enterprise and freedom of speech - will We the People permit the "Change" Administration to undertake?!
