Several Surahs are essential to understanding the malignantly militant nature of Islam: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 33, 47, 48, 49 & 61. You can select them from a pick list at the top of the page. Hadith are sayings of Muhammad, passed down from mouth to ear by his companions. They have been collected by several scholars, the most widely accepted collection being that of Bukhari. For those lacking the time, patience and ambition to tackle the large tomes, there is a short book which encapsulates the most essential information: Suhas Majumdar's "Jihad: The Islamic Doctrine of Permanent War". Pamela Geller raises the issue of Shari'ah: Islamic law based on the Qur'an & hadith. Much of it is arcane, dealing with matters of prayer & ritual purity. The really important parts deal with "justice", marriage & divorce. It will be easier for you go go to Amazon and buy a hard copy of Reliance of the Traveller. If you can tolerate a low resolution scan and large, pdf, this link will get you into Chapter 9 of Book O; "Justice".You can scroll up to Books N & M. If you delve deeply into Reliance, you will discover that divorce is affected by the husband's thrice repeating "I divorce you". You will discover that a father can force his virgin, pre-pubescent daughter to marry the man of his choice. You will learn that a Christian woman married to a Muslim can not obtain child custody in divorce.
The Examiner published an article by Armir Taraj entitled: Park51 Opponents Linked to Admirer of Terror Group Founder. The article presented ad hominem arguments against Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer and appealed to biased authority figures without presenting relevant, verifiable facts to refute the arguments presented by Geller and Spencer.
Presuming that their comment system would not allow links, I responded with references to Islam's canon.
Liberals resort to argumentum ad hominem because they have no relevant, verifiable facts with which to defend their emotion based positions .
The fact is that Islam is intrinsically evil, by design . Its mission is mercenary. Anyone can confirm that fact by reading the Qur'an & hadith: 8:1, 41, & 67; 33:26,27; 48:20, Sahih Muslim 19.4327, Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331, 4.52.220, 3.37.495 & 4.52.267 You can look up those references or you can search for and read "Islam's Mercenary Mission".
The fact is that Islam is martial, it ordains warfare for Muslims, the relationship between Allah and Muslims is master:slave; purchased to fight in his cause, kill and be killed. Allah commanded Muslims to wage war against pagans until only Allah is worshiped and to wage war against Jews & Christians until they are subjugated & make annual extortion payments. Moe confirmed those imperatives, declaring that he was "ordered to fight".

The self-anointed experts who would so blithely dismiss Spencer's arguments overlook the science of Naskh. When two ayat conflict, the ayeh revealed later abrogates the older ayeh. [2:106, 16:101] Examine the sequence of revelation.

8:39 & 9:29 cancel out the more tolerant, peaceful verses. Even though 5:32 is canceled out by Surah at-Taubah, lets consider the ayat which Muslims and their apologists never quote.
5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.
If you "wage war against Allah", you "shall be": killed, crucified, have hand & foot cut off or exiled. Why do Muslims practice kitman by concealing this verse? Because of the definition of "wage war against Allah". Ibn Kathir provides that definition in his tafsir. [Emphasis added.]
Disbelief in Allah constitutes waging war against him, subjecting one to the hudud listed in 5:33. And they accuse us of cherry picking!
Examine Surah at-Taubah 29 carefully, what does it command Muslims to do?
9:29 Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
What does Islamic law say about that? Lets consult Umdat al-Salik.

Barenaked Islam posted a CAIR video featuring audio clips critical of Islam, labeling them Islamophobia. Barenaked Islam exploits the definition of Islamophobia.
It isn't Islamophobia when they really ARE trying to kill you.
Phobia means irrational fear. Since the death of thousands nearly nine years ago, we know that fear of Islam is rational.
Those who have sampled Islam's canon of scripture, tradition, biography, exegesis and jurisprudence know that revulsion is a rational reaction to Islamic doctrine & practice.
The video is entitled "Islamophobia A growing problem". What is problematic? A slowly growing segment of our society is becoming aware of Islam, the hatred it inculcates and the violence it sanctifies and incites.
CAIR does not want us to know that Islam is intrinsically violent; that it has declared and is prosecuting war and subversion against us.
The unspoken subtext is "Islamophobia" breeds intolerance, contempt and assault". Intolerance of the intolerable is a good thing. Islam can not be tolerated because it is intolerant, supremacist and genocidally aggressive.
Knowing the truth about Islam and Muslims, awareness of the fact that we need to get rid of them does not imply assault, murder or arson. Those acts are crimes in our society, and offenders are prosecuted. Reasonable people are not advocating murdering Muslims or bombing Mosques. We advocate outlawing Islam, closing the Mosques and deporting the Muslims for our protection and the preservation of our way of life.
The video begins with a clip from a Dan Fanelli campaign spot. The narrator says "Rising Islamophobia in our nation endangers the rights of American Muslims and creates unjustified fear and hostility towards Islam."
What rights are endangered? How are they endangered? Is there a right not to be recognized as a threat to our system of government and way of life?
Able bodied adult male Muslims who are not indebted nor enslaved are bound by a "religious obligation" classified as fard al-kifaya, to engage in attacks against nearby disbelievers. That obligation is specified in Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9.1.
The second segment begins with this heading "U.S. Senator James Inhofe advocating profiling of Middle Eastern men when speaking at a Senate hearing. "
The clip shows the Senator saying "I believe in racial and ethnic profiling."
CAIR is attacking common sense. All of the recent Islamic terror attacks were perpetrated by young Muslim males. Anyone not suspicious of young men from areas of the world where Islam predominates is several cards short of a full deck.
When it comes to Islamic terrorism, Muslims are the natural prime suspects. Lets solve this problem by excluding all Muslims from all mass transit.
Congresswoman Sue Myrick is up next "there are people who literally are willing to blow themselves up like this guy did--to commit jihad because they believe in a bigger cause and that cause is what they want to do to us: they want to destroy western democracies, they want to bring down America, they want us to live by their rules."
CAIR's objection to her honest statement of fact speaks volumes about CAIR and about Islam.
Next we are treated to a sign, outside the Dove World Church, which says "Islam is of the devil.". The narrator says "Anti-Islam rhetoric has become more explicit and more extreme since the 9/11 attacks."
No mention of relevance or veracity, just how explicit and extreme it is. We are to assume that Islam and Christianity share a common deity since both are monotheistic. If there is only one deity, they must be the same. But "God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son...". Contrast that with Allah, who rubbed Adam's shoulders to produce one group of people for the fire and another for Paradise. In Surah al-Anfal 67, Allah told Moe that he could not hold captives for ransom until he had "made a great slaughter". He said Moe wanted booty, but Allah wanted to get Moe into Paradise. Does the Christian God require genocide? If the Dove World Church believes and wants to tell the world that Allah is demonic, that is their right, ain't it?
Next we have Congressman Peter King saying "Unfortunately, we have too many Mosques in this country, there is too many people sympathetic to radical Islam, we should be looking at them more carefully. "
I view that as a rare episode of candor, of which we need more, not less. CAIR views it as "Islamophobia".
The narrator says "anti-Islam views expressed by elected officials, can severely impact the ability of American Muslims to engage in the positive civic participation that is every American's right.". That statement comes over the image of Geert Wilders speaking at an American synagogue.
"Admit that Islam is not a religion, admit that Islam is a totalitarian ideology, in other words, the rights to religious freedom do not apply to the totalitarian ideology called Islam."
That is a pretty tough admission to make, and, to the best of my knowledge, no American elected officials have made it.
The fact is that Islam is not a religion; it is a way of life: intra-species predation. Islam's religious component serves as a control mechanism to motivate Muslims to go to war and as a camouflage to prevent us from recognizing it as a predator.
The caption for the next segment is "Right-wing commentator Ann Coulter". She says: "I said we are at war with all these fanatics and we should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity.".
Ann just told you why we are losing in Afghanistan & Iraq: they are still Muslim. That is a fatal fact, too hot for most to suggest, far to hot for politicians to state explicitly.
Next up: "Christian televangelist Pat Robertson", who cuts loose with this classic remark. "...then if the religion involves beheading infidels and pouring boiling oil down their throats"....
Islam is not a religion, but it does involve beheading infidels, as we saw in the case of Nick Berg and others. The boiling oil comes later, after we arrive in the Hell fire. But the decapitation is commanded in Surah al-anfal 12.
Pastor Rod Parsley is up next. "Islam is an anti-Christ religion that intends through violence to conquer the world."
Horrible! Pastor Parsley confused deen with religion, which is only part of the deen. We see Islamic advertisements that claim Jesus Christ as a "Prophet of Islam". But those advertisements do not tell us that, according to their scripture, Jesus was not crucified, did not die and was not resurrected. Nor do they tell us that he will return to lead the Muslims in battle and the final genocide against us. Lying is as much by what they conceal as what they dissemble.
Franklin Gaham is up next. "True Islam can not be practiced in this country. You can't beat your wife, you cannot murder your children if you think they have committed adultery or something like that, which they do practice in some..."
True, Islam does permit wife beating and honoricide. It also permits having as many as four wives at once. It permits a Muslim to divorce his wife by saying "I divorce you" three times. All of those things are contrary to American law.
Next up, saving the best for next to last, we have Pamela Geller, among signs endorsing liberty, memorializing the slain and condemning Codoba House, telling it as it is.
"This is an insult, it is demeaning, this is humiliating, that you would build a shrine to the very ideology that inspired the attacks of 9/11".
Geller is followed by a man I do not recognize saying "This house of evil will be the birthplace of the next terrorist event."
Perhaps, but the plot could, and likely will be hatched somewhere else. But the fact remains, that in every Mosque, Jews and Christians are cursed five times every day when they recite the first Surah of the Qur'an as part of their prayers. Fifteen Muslims died in a Mosque in Afghanistan when the bomb they were building detonated prematurely.
Our narrator returns. "Whether it is anti-Muslim commentators, extremist religious leaders, Muslim bashing politicians or fear mongering dvds sent to millions of American homes, Islam and the American Muslim community are being targeted by hate and intolerance. But with your help, Islamophobia can be challenged and overcome through education and understanding. "
The wise gentlemen who founded this nation gave us something most of the world lacks: the right of free inquiry and expression. we are free to investigate institutions and issues; free to share what we learn. Our founders knew that the right to accurate criticism of government policy and candidates for office is an absolute requirement for the preservation of liberty. If we can not identify threats to our liberty and accurately describe them, we can not preserve liberty.
Islam presents a clear, proximate & persistent threat to our liberty. Islam, through the offices of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, seeks to criminalize all criticism of Islam. Islamic law forbids, under penalty of death, the reviling of Allah, Moe & Islam. If you are a conquered Christian living in Egypt or Pakistan, any negative statement ab out Islam, true or not, gets you tortured and killed.
Every year, they ram "defamation of religion" resolutions through the UNHRC & General Assembly. Those resolutions specifically condemn and demand the criminalization of all association of Islam & terrorism. Casting terror is sanctified by 3:151 and commanded by 8:12. It is exemplified by 33:26-27. Moe bragged about it, as recorded in Sahih Bukhari 4.52.220. If they get their way, they'll be able to fine me and throw me in prison for publishing this fatal fact.
In November, the Ad Hoc Committee for the Elaboration of Contemporary Standards will meet again to formulate their proposed protocol to ICERD. The protocol will have the force of law, trumping the First Amendment. We absolutely must stop those fiends from stifling free speech! We must rise up as one, disrespectfully demanding the preservation of our hard won rights. Once lost, recovering those rights will be a difficult, bloody, costly and probably impossible quest.
It is a little know fact that unenforced provisions of ICERD, ICCPR & \CPPCG require that Islam be proscribed by law. We need to obtain enforcement of those human rights covenants before Islam can modify them to use against us. We have one instrument we can use:
For the love of liberty, sign that petition, copy it, paste it into an email and send it to everyone you can influence. Urge the recipients to sign and forward it. Make it go viral. Put a link to it on your blog or web site. If you won't do that, you don't value your life and liberty enough to deserve them.
It was not without good reason that Moe warned his companions not to carry the Qur'an into Dar ul-harb .
Malik's Muwatta Book 21, Number 21.2.7: Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar said that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade travelling with a Qur'an in the land of the enemy. Malik commented, "That is out of fear that the enemy will get hold of it."

The link above displays an email Pamela Geller received from Paypal plus links to genuine hate sites that use Paypal. This is not a First Amendment issue, it is private, not governmental. It is safe to assume that Paypal received complaints from Muslims, who agitated for cutting off Geller's service. This is a matter of intimidation tactics and corporate hypocrisy, not a matter of federal law.
Revealing the objective truth about Islamic doctrine & practice is not hate speech. Geller is not urging her readers to vandalize Mosques nor assault Muslims. Neither are advertisements offering information and assistance to apostates hate speech.
Bare Naked Islam embedded this video in an article about the Stop The Mosque Rally in NYC, this video illustrates media bias in favor of Islam. The interviewer frequently interrupted Pam Geller rather than allow her to complete her statements. Due to the soft and rapid speech of the interviewer I was not able to get the name of the lying Muslim. This is from the Faces of Faith feature on CNN.
The interview with Pamela Geller begins approximately two minutes into this 12: 52 video. This is one of those videos that must be seen to be appreciated fully. Watch the interviewer's facial expressions. It is obvious from her expression and tone of voice that she is adversarial toward Geller. She interrupts before Geller can complete her answers. I believe that the interviewer succeeded in rattling Geller, pushing her off balance so that she was not able to make her usual articulate presentation. I will emphasize the questions with bold face, block quoting the answers and leaving my comments full width. At this point the interviewer made her first interruption to insert a canned response from the Imam of Cordoba Housed. The Cordoba House project is a symbol of Islamic supremacy. Muslims built a Mosque on Jerusalem's Temple Mount, and deny that the Temples ever existed there, claiming the site for themselves exclusively. Their attitude is supremacism, it is arrogant AssWholliness, totally unacceptable to civilized people. Recent riots were caused by similar conflicting claims over holy sites. You might remember hearing about Ayodhya. The Wikipedia entry will refresh your memory.
Another clause needs to be brought forward: "we are asking that they be sensitive and tolerant and responsive". Geller is sticking it in the left winger's eye. Islam is intolerant and unresponsive. In the Muslim world view, we must tolerate Islam, Muslims are privileged to kill us.
I want to read a response here from the Imam of the Mosque and cultural center because they put this out here and they want people like you and others who are criticizing them to understand what is going to take place in this facility. And they say that the Cordoba House seeks to create a community center where all people, Muslims, Jews, Christians and those of every faith can gather in a spirit of honor, respect and peaceful coexistence. And they go on to say that We cannot think of a better expression to promote the peaceful values of our faith than the Cordoba House, where American Muslims stand together with fellow citizens to condemn extremism and terror. It is a project to honor those people who were harmed on September 11th. Why do you object when they say you know, that's not correct what you are saying, this center is not about promoting some sort of hateful ideology, its quite the opposite?

Geller is trying to reinforce the concept of Mosques supplanting temples after becoming rattled and selecting the wrong word to inform us that Muslims invite us to Mosques in order to pull the wool over our eyes and, if possible, begin the process of converting us. Once again, the interviewer jumps in to prevent the completion of the thought.
Miss Geller, I'd like to ask you I'd like to ask you there are obviously Muslims scholars and Muslims who disagree with you but also President Bush who made this point time and time again when he reached out andsaid "look we've gotta go after those who attacked Americans on 9/11 --Al-Qaeda " certainly not moderate Muslims and not the faith of Islam, that there is a distinction, there is a difference and if people don't understand it its out of ignorance or misunderstanding. How do you counter that point if even President Bush said that what you're saying is not true?

This is what happens when they get you po'd, anger interferes with clear, concise expression. Threat doctrine is a military term, it really does not belong in this context. Islamic aggression is primarily inspired by the Qur'an's Surah Al-Anfal & Surah At-Taubah. Miss Geller, how do you counter the reality that there are thousands of Mosques across the United States and they are not points or symbols of jihad or hate?
We know from research done by SANE that four out of five Mosques preach hate and preach incitement to violence, we know this--as I said, its part of the Qur'anic text. And I think it is deeply offensive to build a Mosque on the sacred grounds of 9/11. There is a piece of the plane in that building and I think what we need to do- we are going to file a suit with the federal government to designate that building as a war memorial as a historic landmark, like Gettysburg, like Pearl Harbor . There is a piece of that plane in that building and to pray next to that is repugnant to any decent American, any Muslim of conscience, let me tell you something, I received emails from Muslims who don't believe a Mosque should be there.
It ain't the act of prayer, Pamela, its what they are praying to: the demon whose imperatives inspired the accursed abomination.

Yes I have and I strongly recommend Robert Spencer's The Infidel's guide to the Qur'an and Ibn Warraq and Wafa Sultan and Noni Darwish, these are books from former Muslims that must be read by the American people to understand what it is they are facing. Well first let me thank you for having me on and letting me provide what I call a Muslim perspective. Number one- a few points I want to make real quick. Unfortunately, there is a lot of erroneous translations that are out there. What we have to do is ask ourselves what do they hope to accomplish with this protest today against the Mosque? In America we have freedom of religion. Point number two, this is a fringe group. A lot of family members of 9/11 as well as public officials and regular Americans who understand American ideals support this initiative because they understand two crucial points: fringe groups like Pamela's- what they're doing number one- spreading the erroneous misinterpretation that the terrorists like al-Qaeda want to spread about Islam and number two: they're simultaneously feeding the propaganda that al-Qaeda uses to recruit which is that America is anti-Muslim. now Miss Geller and her group may be anti-Muslim, but the rest of America for the most part, is not. Besides al-taqiyya and kitman, as a lawyer, he should know that government interference would be blocked by the free exercise clause, not the establishment clause. He should also know that Islam is a standing violation of the establishment clause because it demands that temporal and spiritual power be in the same hands. What part is Miss Geller not understanding here because she clearly has a point of view here that she feels threatened and she feels that this is going to be dangerous to have this Mosque in that area. What do you want to say to her ?
Well, lets examine why she's threatened. Number one, she's talking about what the Qur'an teaches. There's 1.5 billion Muslims in the world, now there is admittedly probably tens of thousands of al-Qaeda members or members of other terrorist organizations; they have nothing to do with the teachings of Islam. She keeps equating al-Qaeda and their attack against this country to what Islam teaches. I'll take her to my family in Egypt, they'll fill her with food and take her shopping and they'll show her that the vast majority of Muslims around the word and not just in this country follow the teachings of the Qur'an, which state for example, in Chapter 5, verse 32: killing one innocent person is like killing all people saving one innocent life is like saving all people. or another verse that says let there be no compulsion in religion . Another verse that says let there be no tyranny, this is what Islam really teaches when you look at the accurate majority translations that are out there. There are thousands of Mosques already in this country. These are the teachings of Jesus and Abraham and Muhammad That they teach in Sunday schools, its what I learned in Sunday school growing up. So this Mosque that they're going to be building two blocks away from the World Trade Center- lets remember that number one, a lot of Muslims died at the World Trade Center Number two, this is going to be interfaith and open to a lot of non-Muslims to use the pool, use the exhibit facilities, to engage in dialog, just like a YMCA would, and yes, Muslims are going to go pray there because there are over a thousand Muslims who work down town who need a place to pray.
The Qur'an does not teach Jihad, it commands it! Get that straight for once. By the way, argumentum ad numerum and argumentum ad populum are logical fallacies, a lawyer should know that and avoid using them.

2:256 says there is no compulsion in religion. 8:39 says "Fight them until...only Allah is worshiped.". Such conflicts are solved by naskh. Later revelations abrogate earlier revelations. The eighth surah was revealed later, 8:39 abrogates 2:256. There is something else the slick lawyer concealed from you. 3:110 says that Muslims are " the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind". That ayeh is explained by Sahih Buhari 6.60.80 The Verse:--"You (true Muslims) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind." means, the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.
So there is no tyranny in Islam? That word is not found in the Hilali & Khan translation, but this is, in 33:36: It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision.

Let alone the Millions of Muslim Americans who including myself, including my brother in law who is an officer in the Air Force stationed in Iraq right now, teachers, doctors, these are peace loving American people, their relatives overseas are peace loving Muslims, This Mosque will provide a place to pray just like several other Mosques in New York City does, for her to say that its offensive is what's offensive to us because there is nothing offensive about our religion, Mosques are no different from synagogues and churches and nowhere in this country would someone go out there and fight against the creation of a church in downtown Manhattan so I mean its really just offensive and there's a lot of ignorance out there and the days when she can go out there and make these untrue statements about the religion are over. We now have native born, English speaking American citizens just like my self with law degrees who can finally go out there on shows like yours that are nice enough to give us an opportunity to respond and say that she's on the wrong side of history where .....
I know what Geller was talking about because I have read the Qur'an & hadith and a significant sample of Islamic exegeses & jurisprudence. Geller knows what she was talking about, so does that lying Muslim.
If Muslims respect peace, it is as the outcome of Islamic conquest. Islam divides the world into two camps: Dar ul-Islam and Dar ul-harb. Dar ul-harb is the house of war, it is wherever Islam is not yet in control. If you harbor any doubt about this, read 13:41.
