28th Amendment?

I was directed to this article courtesy of Snooper at A Newt One. He referenced it from The Jawa Report and TJR linked back to LiveLeak.

I wholeheartedly support this Constitutional Amendment. Here it is in full (I have made minor, grammatical corrections; however the original text is available at the above link for comparison purposes):

PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT AGAINST ISLAM
A Proposed Constitutional Amendment
(Note the need for this Amendment at the end)

Background and Justification to Amendment 28
(self-defense/survival measure)

Whereas: Religion is defined as an institution dedicated to improving social conscience and promoting individual and societal spiritual growth in a way that is harmless to others not participating in or practicing the same;

Whereas: The United States of America was founded on the ideals of individual rights, including the individual right to practice one’s religion of choice or no religion and there would be no compulsion of religion, nor state sanctioned religion, nor a 'religious test' for participation in the body politic;

Whereas: islam includes a complete political and social structure encompassed by its religious law--shari'a--that supercedes any civil law and islam mandates no secular or democratic institutions are to be superior to islamic law;

Whereas: islam preaches that it and it alone is the true religion and islam will dominate the world while supplanting all other religions and democratic institutions;

Whereas: Saudi Arabia , the spiritual home of islam does not permit the practice of any other religion on its soil and even 'moderate' muslim states such as Turkey and Malaysia actively suppress other religions;

Whereas: islam includes as its basic tenet the spread of the faith by any and all means necessary, including violent conquest of non-believers and demands of its followers that they implement violent jihad (holy war) against those un-willing to convert or submit to islam, including deception and subversion of existing institutions;

Whereas: On 9/11/2001, 19 muslim hijackers acting in the name of islam killed 3,000 Americans and numerous other acts of terrorism have been directed at the American people around the world;

Whereas: Representatives of islam around the world, including Osama Bin Laden (architect of 9/11), the government of Iran including Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, HAMAS, Hezbollah and other islamic groups have declared jihad (war) on America and regularly declare that America should cease to exist;

Whereas: There is no organized islamic opposition to violent proponents of islam;

Therefore: islam is not a religion but a political ideology more akin to Fascism and in complete opposition to the ideals of freedom as described in the United States Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights.

Be it resolved that the following Amendment to the Constitution be adopted:

Article I

The social/political/ideological system known around the world as islam is not recognized in the United States as a religion. The practice of islam is therefore not protected under the 1st Amendment as to freedom of religion and speech.

Article II

As representatives of islam around the world have declared war and committed acts of war against the United States and its democratic allies around the world, islam is hereby declared an enemy of the United States and its practice within the United States is now prohibited.

Article III

Immediately upon passage of this Amendment all mosques, schools and muslim places of worship and religious training are to be closed, converted to other uses, or destroyed. Proceeds from sales of such properties may be distributed to congregations of said places but full disclosure of all proceeds shall be made to an appropriate agency as determined by Congress.

No compensation is to be offered by Federal or State agencies for losses incurred on such properties; however, Federal funding is to be available for the demolition of said structures if other disposition cannot be made.

The preaching of islam in mosques, schools and other venues is prohibited. The subject of islam may be taught in a post high school academic environment provided such instruction include discussion of islam’s history of violence, conquest and its ongoing war on democratic and other non-islamic values.

The preaching or advocating of islamic ideals of world domination, destruction of America and democratic institutions, jihad against Judaism, Christianity and other religions and advocating the implementation of shari'a law shall in all cases be punishable by fines, imprisonment, deportation and death as proscribed by Congress.

Violent expressions of these and other muslim goals or the material support of those both in the United States and around the world who seek to advance these islamic goals shall be punishable by death. Muslims will be denied the opportunity to emigrate to the United States .

Article IV

Nothing in this Amendment shall be construed as authorizing the discrimination against, of violence upon, nor repudiation of the individual rights of those Americans professing to be muslim. The individual right of conscience is sacrosanct and the practice of islam within the privacy of home and self is strictly protected to the extent that such individuals do not violate the prohibitions described in Article III.

THE REASON THE AMENDMENT IS NEEDED:

I walked down the street in Barcelona, and suddenly discovered a terrible truth - Europe died in Auschwitz.

We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims.

In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.

The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world. These are the people we burned.

And under the pretense of tolerance, and because we wanted to prove to ourselves that we were cured of the disease of racism, we opened our gates to 20 million Muslims, who brought us stupidity and ignorance, religious extremism and lack of tolerance, crime and poverty due to an unwillingness to work and support their families with pride.

They have turned our beautiful Spanish cities into the third world, drowning in filth and crime.

Shut up in the apartments they receive free from the government, they plan the murder and destruction of their naive hosts.

And thus, in our misery, we have exchanged culture for fanatical hatred, creative skill for destructive skill, intelligence for backwardness and superstition.

We have exchanged the pursuit of peace of the Jews of Europe and their talent for hoping for a better future for their children, their determined clinging to life because life is holy, for those who pursue death, for people consumed by the desire for death for themselves and others, for our children and theirs.

What a terrible mistake was made by miserable Europe.

These poor excuses for journalistic integrity couldn't get a story straight if their lives depended on it. And, by the way, it does. They just don't or won't see the threats from the enemy. They are very similar if not identical to the chronic malcontents at SmolderingMutantBlobs. Every time I read such disingenuous TP worthy trash written by members of the anti-Americanist class of fools, I always question their motives, their Patriotism and their social integrity. We all know their motives - lose the war at any cost in order to be able to say, "See? We told you so." We all know to whom and to what they swear their allegiances to - anyone that hates the United States; anyone that will replace the United States Constitution with some morphed socio-commie tripe; anyone that will rid this land of Traditional Americana; anyone that will replace a thriving Capitalist Economy with a failed socialist "everyone is equally poor" economy; anyone that can defeat the United States.

As for their social integrity - they wouldn't know what integrity means. We also know that they most assuredly do not follow Ethics In Journalism. Ethics and integrity are alien in conceptual reality to an anti-Americanist socialist hack group such as McClatchey News. They take snippets of data out of context and feed it to their drones of ignorance like it is socialist gospel. The Abyss of Obscurity is too good for them.

Donald Douglas has two fantastic articles up where he takes this sycophant drones of ignorance behind the woodshed and leaves them there to wallow in pain and hate. The articles are entitled Antiwar Rush to Judgment on Alleged Pentagon Surrender Report and Distorted Antiwar Propaganda. Both pieces are must reads due to his keen flare to detail and pointing out the obvious to the oblivious - that would be to the anti-Americanist hacks.

Our functions and jobs as Keyboard Warriors is to expose these pathetic minions of the George Soros ilk of cowards and fools and support our Troops AND The Mission(s) at hand. We understand the enemy and they either don't or won't. It is either or and there can be no other intent of these ill-advised doom and gloomers.

The Leftinistra writers and whiners can be found here in abundant supply as they dig into non-issue issues as they so commonly do in the hopes that they can vindicate themselves from being on the wrong side of every issue at every turn due to their pure, unadulterated hatred of President Bush - BDS. Nothing else matters to them, they are so blinded by their hate.

The Prophet then said, "O Allah, make him (i.e. Abu Amir) on the Day of Resurrection, superior to many of Your human creatures." I said, "Will you ask Allah's Forgiveness for me?" (On that) the Prophet said, "O Allah, forgive the sins of 'Abdullah bin Qais and admit him to a nice entrance (i.e. paradise) on the Day of Resurrection." Abu Burda said, "One of the prayers was for Abu 'Amir and the other was for Abu Musa (i.e. 'Abdullah bin Qais)."

Child Abuse in Islam

What constitues pedophilia in the Muslim world? Anything goes seems to be the norm apparently.

There are many adults, both women and men I admire for their courage, tenacity, and character. Children are admired because they are…well…children. Children are not expected to do the things adults do, yet here is one 8 year old little girl, a second grader who has exhibited a courage and tenacity one is unlikely to find even in some adults.

A Yemeni court on Tuesday granted a divorce to an eight-year-old girl whose unemployed father forced her into an arranged marriage this year, saying he feared she might be kidnapped.

"I am happy that I am divorced now. I will be able to go back to school," Nojud Mohammed Ali said, after a public hearing in Sanaa's court of first instance.

ibn Misr: she's happy that she got away from this atrocity, but she's not out of danger, she could be murdered. But here too, muslims don't use our definitions. Murder for them is an honor, and murdering this girl, for them it would an "Honor killing." Nevertheless, this girl served the biggest blow to islam, and implicitly condemned mohamed's criminal teaching against all children.

Her former husband, 28-year-old Faez Ali Thameur, said he married the child "with her consent and that of her parents" but that he did not object to her divorce petition.

ibn Misr: "her consent"? What's the consent of an 8 year old child is worth under any civilized law? It's worth noting that muslims like to justify their prophet pedophilia with 6 year old Eisha by also saying it was with her consent. What a relief. Ask a muslim father if he would let his 8 year old daughter smoke cigarettes with her consent? Wafa Sultan, the psychiatrist, was right, these people need brain rehabilitation, starting by the ones who holds PhD degrees.

In response to a question from Judge Mohammed al-Qadhi, he acknowledged that the "marriage was consummated, but I did not beat her."

ibn Misr: what a gentleman, he did not beat her. I'm speachless.

Yemen, one of the world's poorest countries, has no law governing the minimum age of marriage.

ibn Misr: The same thing happens in the richest oil Gulf country, we have ample documentations. Poor or rich, this is not the question. Does the koran, and Sharia allows it or not? That's the question. And what law they're looking for if they claim that the law of Allah is their only source of legislation? Are they having second thoughts that Allah's laws are garbage?

Nojud was a second grader in primary school when the marriage took place two and a half months ago.

ibn Misr: "marriage of a second grader," This girl is wounded for life, physically and psychologically. Muslims boast that the koran is the same everywhere. That's pretty obvious, from the millions of people and children victimized by it everywhere.

"They asked me to sign the marriage contract and remain in my father's house until I was 18. But a week after signing, my father and my mother forced me to go live with him."

ibn Misr: There is no such a thing called, "marriage contract," in islam. It is called, " Akd Nekah," which literally means "Intercourse contract." Any time muslims talk about marriage, remind them of this.

Nojud's father, Mohammad Ali Al-Ahdal, said he had felt obliged to marry off his daughter, an act he claims she consented to.

ibn Misr: she consented, but he forced her to go live with him. The ultimate rationality of the muslims logic.

He said he was frightened after his oldest daughter had been kidnapped several years ago and later married to her abductor. He said the same man then kidnapped another of his daughters who was already married and had four children, resulting in him being jailed.

ibn Misr: You don't need me to grasp this. It is self explanatory of the societies produced by "The religion of the right path and peace." This is the peace and light of islam they want it to shine on you, the kafir living in darkness. It also explains their slogan, "Islam is the solution for the world."

Dressed in traditional black, Nojud said she would now go to live in the home of her maternal uncle and did not want to see her father.

ibn Misr: Let's pray that she would be spared from being molested by her uncle, that's another story.

The girl's lawyer, Shadha Nasser, said Nojud's case was not unique. "I believe there are thousands of similar cases," she said, adding that civil society groups are pressing parliament to set the minimum age for marriage at 18.

ibn Misr: and what about the no minimum age of Allah's law in 65:4? I don't wanna say garbage again, I said it before, no need for repetition.

Don't they say that the koran is written on the eternal tablet kept by Allah? Are they gone garbage the eternal tablet too?

They keep telling us that the koran is valid for all times, all places, and all people? So how come it's not doing well in Yemen?

The lawyer said, "civil society groups want to set the minimum age for marriage at 18."

Does that means that Allah's laws in the koran are "Uncivil"? That's what sounds to me, unless someone corrects me and set me on "the right path."

And as they say, to keep the best for last.

The biggest blow of all: what they're gone do with all the verses, stating that no one would change the words of Allah, which imply that no one would change Allah's law?

Reality and shame are the most efficient cure for muslims. With the spread of the information, thanks to the internet, chat forums, and satelite channels, muslims are surrounded and bombarded with the shameful truth of their beliefs. And regardless of their superficial boasting about their islam, and the assured facade they display especially front of westerners that ignore what islam and muslims are going through, the reality is totally different.

From interacting with them on a daily basis, we see them shaken, unsure, in doubt, confused, shocked and cornered by what we reveal from their own books. Unable to answer any question, or justify muhammad deeds or their beliefs, which makes them furious and angry. These are unmistakable signs of their handicap and intellectual bankruptcy.

They realized they are in big trouble, on the defensive at every front, and feel ashamed. And for their own good, we should keep it that way to help them start gaining respect for themselves, by not sparing them more shame, to help them save themselves ... from themselves ...

“Europe will be Muslim in a dozen years,” promises the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Supreme Guide (dictator) who is racing full-speed ahead to make as many bombs as possible with long-range missiles capable of delivering their payload anywhere in the world.

This past Friday, Yunis al-Astal, a leading Muslim cleric and Hamas member of the Palestinian parliament, declared on Hamas' Al-Aqsa TV that "the capital of the Catholics, or the Crusader capital," would soon be conquered by Islam and Rome become an advance post for the Islamic conquests, which will spread through Europe in its entirety, and then will turn to the two Americas.”
The Islam hydra, with Saudi Arabia and the oil-money bloated Emirs and Sheiks of the Persian Gulf leading the Sunni charge from one side and the end-of-the-worlder bomb-seeking Shiite of the Islamic Republic of Iran with its proxies of Hamas, Lebanon Hezbollah and the Sadrists in Iraq closing from the other side will devour the free world.

Disguised as religion, Islam has penetrated the democracies with the aim of replacing civility and liberty with the barbarism of theocracy and Sharia. Islam’s multi-prong attack aims to destroy all that liberty offers.

It is generally assumed that religion addresses issues of importance to daily life as well as matters that transcend it. Religion claims to exercise a civilizing influence by ordering the social life and promoting spirituality, as well as advancing an array of human virtues. Zoroaster, for instance, based his faith on the triad of goodly thoughts, goodly speech and goodly deeds. Moses framed the fundamentals of his faith in the Ten Commandments, and Jesus placed love at the core of his faith.

Yet, all is not well with religion. Purveyors of some religions advocate and promote ideas and practices that are harmful to the general well-being of mankind. It is imperative that a society institutes measures that guard against any and all organizations and ideologies, be they religious or otherwise that harms it.

As things stand now, our lives are governed by numerous boards at all levels of government, business, and community. All these boards are charged with the responsibility of looking after the welfare of the people they serve. The Food and Drug Administration, for instance, must pass on the safety and quality of the food we eat; the Aviation Safety Board works to ensure safe flights; a local school board strives to create the environment that best serves the education and safety needs of the pupils. Every community and business of any size is served by boards.

There are, however, no oversight boards that would check against things that contaminate the mind and present a clear threat of unraveling our democracy’s social compact as we know and cherish it. Shouldn’t these dangers to our beliefs and way of life be monitored and combated or should they be given a pass to work their damage?

Presently, America is faced with a formidable enemy in a Trojan horse called Islam. This imminent danger makes it imperative to revisit the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and make the necessary changes to legally defeat Islam’s subversion of the democratic system.

Muslims in Western democracies, most of them escapees of the misery of Islamic countries, exhibit such incredible gall and audacity as to shamelessly demand that their benevolent hosts surrender their liberty and legalize and adopt the Sharia in their societies.

The Muslims’ presence in countries such as Canada, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Sweden represents the tip of the sword of the Islamists protruding from the Trojan horse.

Once Sharia is recognized to any extent, it will reach out to rule, not only on matters that concern Muslims, but also those that may involve a Muslim and non-Muslim. Under Sharia, a Muslim man married to a non-Muslim woman is able to divorce the woman at will and automatically have custody of the children.

America, with a long history of protecting religious freedom, still clings to the “hands off” practice of leaving alone any doctrine or practice billed as religion. A thorny problem is in deciding what constitutes a religion and who is to make that call. The dictionary supplies a sociologically useless definition for religion: “The expression of man’s belief in and reverence for a superhuman power recognized as the creator and governor of the universe.” Just about anyone or any group under this definition can start a religion, and they indeed do—and some do so at significant costs to others.

Islam was birthed by primitives of some 1400 years ago and over time invaded much of the world at the point of the sword. Presently, Islamists, with their treasuries flush with petrodollars, are in a great position to realize their perennial dream of bringing the world under the rule of Muhammad’s Ummeh.

On the one hand, Pakistan is already a nuclear power and the Islamic Republic of Iran aims to be one before very long. On the other hand, Muslim governments and wealthy Sheikhs are funding Islamic schools, centers and front organizations in the West to work from within at the unraveling of the non-Islamic democratic systems. In a parallel attack, the “Legal Islam” is exploiting every provision of the law in free societies to promote Islam and silence its critics through expensive legal shenanigans.

Islam is incompatible with democracy and subversive of the way of life that blesses this nation. It is imperative that we fight Islamofascism with the same determination that we fought other enemies of freedom such as Nazism, Fascism, and Communism. It is, therefore, imperative that the Constitution be revisited in such a manner that it no longer grants a pass to any cult simply calling itself a religion.

Bluntly speaking, no one can be a faithful Muslim and an American at the same time. As more and more Muslims arrive in non-Islamic lands, as they reproduce with great fecundity, as they convert the disenchanted and minorities, and as petrodollar-flush Muslims and Muslim treasuries supply generous funds, Muslims gather more power to undermine the democratic rule.

The hydra of Islam is lashing out by its jihadists, sophisticated and well-funded lawyers, terrorist groups, and terror-sponsoring governments who have the bomb and those that are racing non-stop to acquire the ultimate weapon. There is no time to waste. Steadfastly confronting Islam is the only way to defeat a fanatical enemy who does not believe in negotiation or compromise. For Islam, it is winner take all. And the way that permissive, oblivious, and well-meaning free societies are reacting does not bode well for liberty.

Islam must be recognized for what it is: a Trojan horse carrying in its belly what will assuredly slaughter all who stand everything that is precious to free people.

Note: Don't you find it ironic, even hypocritical, how the left vilifies conservatives? We are accused of being alarmist, spreading Islamophobia and bigotry, yet who is promoting Islam?
Who advocates and supports the spread of Islam in America? We are even accused of being unpatriotic. Of course those hateful words are slung by both sides.
This is not a slam against the left, though some might think it. Nor is it condemnation of the left, though perhaps it should be. All of us share in this to one degree or another regardless of where you stand or what viewpoint you may have.
We all make mistakes from time to time and perhaps I'm making one here. Frankly, I truly fear for my country...for our country and that includes those on the left. Most of all I fear for my children and what they may face someday. This country belongs to all of us regardless of what our views may be or which political party we may be part of.

The fact is our way of life, the good and the not so good, is under assault by the purveyors of the so called "religion of peace". Whether you agree with me or not matters little. The fact is we have all been asleep at the wheel, and unless we wake up soon, put our differences aside, and work together we may all wake up one day to the Adhan( Athaan) or "call to prayers".
The spread of Islam within our borders is making great strides. We see it and read about it but do we do anything about it?
Are we more interested in condemning each other?

You can make of this what you will but I repeat, unless we put our differences aside and advocate for our own liberty and freedom we may very well lose it. Loss of our freedoms may not come in our lifetimes, but what about our children? Our grandchildren?

Isn't there even one thing about this country that you find worth fighting for? Just one?
Have we lost our minds and our souls?

Haven't we had sufficient warning from experts, pundits, bloggers about this very real peril?
Or do we just go about "business as usual" ignoring the warnings and the signs, slinging hate at each other.

I weep for my children when I think they may someday be wearing burqhas or unrolling prayer rugs 5 times a day to the call of Adhan and wondering why we didn't do anything about this when we had the chance.

Up to you folks to decide the merits of my comments but while you argue or make snarky remarks, just remember we have been warned over and over. United we may have a chance to preserve liberty and free thinking, divided we shall surely fail.
