I DON'T Like BHO and Here are SEVERAL Reasons Why

By now it should be obvious to my readers I plain don't like the man. It has nothing to do with racism--except his racism. It has everything to do with the fact the man is a lying, opportunistic, inexperienced, smarmy, self-hating, smug, elitist, self-satisfied worm than someone I could actually see being president of this country. He has no leadership capability and no idea what he's doing. He is truly an empty suit.

I've been monitoring the comments at Spree's Wake Up America while trying to take care of some things at home (one reason I haven't been posting as often as I would like lately), and two commenters on her threads have made "lists" of BHO's liabilities. Rather than take just my word for it, I'll let them do the talking for me. I have made corrections to grammar, punctuation and spelling.

First up is "Desert Rat" and these are his views, pre BHO's SF speech to the elite (Desert Rat's comments are dated April 9, 2008):

LET ME SEE IF I HAVE THIS STRAIGHT:

His father was a Kenyan, moslem, black–we have seen pictures of his African family.

His mother was Kansan, atheist, white--WHERE ARE THE PICTURES of his Kansan, white mother and his white grandparents who raised him?

His father DESERTED him and his mother (going back to his family in Kenya) when he was very young.

His mother married an Indonesian moslem and took him to Jakarta, where he was educated in a moslem school.

His mother returned to Hawaii, where he was raised by his white, Kansan grandparents.

He later went to the best high dollar schools–HOW?

He lives in a $1.4 MILLION DOLLAR house he acquired through a deal with a wealthy fund raiser. HOW?

He "worked" as a civil rights activist in Chicago. He has never held a productive job. The Presidency is not a civil rights post.

NOR IS IT SUBJECT TO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION SET ASIDES

He entered politics at the state level and then the national level, where he has MINIMAL experience.

He is proud of his "AFRICAN" heritage but it seems his only African connection was his African father impregnated a white girl and deserted her. I didn’t know sperm carried a "CULTURAL" gene. Where is the pride in his "WHITE" culture?

He goes to an "AFROCENTRIC" church that hates whites, hates Jews and blames America for all of the world’s PERCEIVED FAULTS, then repeatedly covers up for the pastor and the church.

He claims he could not confront his pastor but wants us to believe he can confron North Korea and Iran. RIGHT!!!

Yeah, I think I see how he could be a UNITER and bring us together. I think the hope is he HOPES NO ONE WILL PUT THE PIECES TOGETHER

Next up, we have Alex and his comments are post-SF elite fundraiser, where a HuffnPuff reporter was allowed but the general press was not. Even HuffnPuff was shocked at his double-speak and talking out of both sides of his mouth--so shocked, they are the ones who brought us this story (BHO's utter contempt for the heartland and small towns).

Here are Alex's views:

Look at Obama’s affiliations:

- Senator Meeks–who openly hates whites and gays--is listed prominently on Obama’s campaign website as a major Obama supporter and backer; he is also one of Obama’s super-delegates. Meeks has been integral in helping Obama succeed in politics.

- Mr. Ayers of the Weather Underground, a group that killed police and tried to bomb the US Capitol, served with Obama on the board of the leftist foundation called the Woods Fund.

- Robert Malley, a close senior adviser to Obama who advocates negotiations with Hamas as well as providing international assistance to the terrorist group.

- Larry Sinclair alleges in 1999 Senator Obama arranged to meet him in a limousine, sold Senator Obama cocaine and then gave Senator Obama oral sex. Larry then claims he and Obama went to a hotel and oral sex was again performed. Mr. Sinclair is testifying in court under oath these allegations are true.

- Mr. Auchi is an Iraqi billionaire, a major financial sponsor and closely connected to Obama’s rise to power. While working with Saddam Hussein, Auchi made his fortune through selling arms in Iraq and funneling money from the Oil for Food program.

- Mr. Rezko, an Iraqi citizen and long time friend of Obama and Auchi, as well as a major mob figure. Rezko is NOT known for his civic sense of duty and does not do favors without asking something in return. Coincidently, the Chicago Times today reported Rezko was negotiating to purchase rehab buildings in Obama’s district.

- Rev. Wright, a racist who hates America and whites with Hitleresque tirades. Wright has been Obama’s spiritual mentor for over 20 years. Before the media exposed Wright, Wright was on Obama’s campaign staff as Obama's chief religious advisor. Wright and Meeks are ideologically closer to Karl Marx and Black Nationalism than to Christianity.

- Rashid Khalidi, a fundraiser for Obama, is one of Obama’s close friends. Khalidi claims Israel is a "catastrophe" and supports Palestinian terrorist groups.

- Mr. McPeaks is Obama’s military adviser and national campaign co-chairman who publicly states American Jews are the "problem" and Christian Zionists were driving America's policy in Iraq to benefit Israel.

- Michelle Obama trumpets Obama as "the second coming of the messiah" and also states she "has never been proud to be an AMERICAN in her adult life".

The list goes on.

How can Obama’s bad judgment in choosing to associate with criminals and fanatics be justified?
Had Hillary Clinton had any of the above ghosts in her closet, she would have been thrown out of the election long ago.

Homeland Security Buys a Clue

This article came to me from one of my legal contacts and may be helpful for those with out-of-country travel plans.

Since DHS took over the passport office and made the requirements regarding passports (can we say National ID anyone?) for even day travel into Mexico and Canada, not to mention areas normally not requiring passports, the wait time for your passport has doubled and in some cases, tripled. Leave it to the government to further screw things up (yet morons think the government can make national health care run smoothly? How about y'all re-think that idiocy, 'k?).

DHS is, of course, pushing its implementation of the REAL ID Act of 2005, and a handful of states not only objected to its implementation but actually passed laws against it with anti-REAL ID legislation.

DHS has now "blinked". For those who have travel plans and no passport, the deadline requiring compliance with the REAL ID Act has been extended to December 31, 2009.

Faced with a minirevolt among a handful of states, the Department
of Homeland Security avoided a head-on confrontation and extended time to improve security procedures on drivers' license identification under the REAL ID Act of 2005.

The extension of time to all 50 states, whether they asked for it or not, is viewed as a victoryby the rebellious states. The extension will avoid hassles, and pat-down searches, for many Americans trying to board airplanes using drivers' licenses as the summer vacation season approaches.

Six states have steadfastly refused to go along with some of the REAL ID mandates, which require Americans to carry a federally approved ID card, or passport, to travel on an airplane, open a bank account, get into federal buildings or collect social security.

States were required to adopt licensing systems that meet federal standards by May 11, 2008, which include new security layers to prevent forgery and include verification of birth certificates, social security numbers and immigration status.

Among the recalcitrant states were Maine, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Montana, Oklahoma and Washington, but by April 2 Michael Chertoff, secretary of the Department of Homeland Security,indicated all states were technically in compliance, despite some states'passage of laws
rejecting REAL ID requirements.

DHS spokeswoman Veronica Valdez said April 7, "We have reached agreements to make sure all states are ontheir way to making identification more secure and REAL ID Act compliant." She declined any further comment.

Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer has been among the leaders of the pack of objecting states. He said in March that "DHS blinked" when his state got an extension from Chertoff despite insisting Montana would never comply and a state law that bars compliance.

Montana Attorney General Mike McGrath sent a letter to DHS in March pointing out the steps the state has taken to improve license security and catch fraudulent documents. He asked that DHS not punish the state because the Legislature has not been in session since its unanimous vote in 2007 to forbid implementation of REAL ID.

South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford was equally defiant about the REAL ID
program but got the extension anyway. The state passed an anti-REAL ID measure in 2007 and has not backed down.

"At the end of the day, I'm duty-bound to uphold the laws of our state, which right now say we can't comply with REAL ID," he told reporters on the eve of the DHS extension. "That being said, I do fall into the camp that believes REAL ID is poor public policy for any number of reasons, and we have some real questions as to whether the benefits in terms of security outweigh the costs in terms of time and money," he said.

Maine was the last state to get the extension on April 2, according to the DHS.

The state asked that the federal government not penalize Maine residents
for the state's failure to comply under a 2007 law that states Maine would
refuse to implement the act to protest treatment of the states by federal
authorities.

Maine Gov. John Baldacci promised to seek legislation to halt Maine's current practice of issuing licenses to people not lawfully in the United States and to begin retaining photographs of people who apply for state
identification, even if no ID is issued, according to the DHS.

Baldacci also promised to submit legislation that would have Maine use the federal alien verification system to verify noncitizen documents and seek state appropriations to pay for the changes.

The promises were good enough to win a DHS approval for the extension.

I have issues with the idea of a National ID, no matter how it's sugarcoated or named. I understand we have to have something to identify citizens and those here illegally. Frankly, I don't know the solution to this issue.

I don't like the government having more and more control over me and I think this is where my real objection lies. Further, if the government is going to require passports, you'd think they'd reduce the cost of them. Instead, the cost has remained the same while the service to obtain a passport has deteriorated--just like any other government run agency.

In an April 8, 2008 article titled "Apology to the Valiant American Soldier," Iraqi liberal Khudayr Taher bemoaned the ill treatment the U.S. army received from those it liberated:

"We forsook you and betrayed you – we, whose history is an expression of massacres, conflagrations, and ruin. We killed you, and we killed our dream and aspiration of reaching the sun, the moon, and the stars – [we killed our dream] of availing ourselves of the opportunity to live as true humans, thanks to your presence."

"My dear, brave American soldier, you noble individual who traversed land and sea in order to write the story of Iraqi freedom for the first time in its modern history – you believed, in accordance with logic, self-evident truths, and rational thought, that a people who had been subjected to repression, starvation, and killing would dance for joy, and would thank Allah who sent you to them as a liberating angel. [You believed that] they would strew flowers and break out in songs of joy that would smash the chains of slavery, ignominy, and humiliation."

Not even a writer of surrealistic [literature] or [theater of] the absurd would have imagined that the Iraqi people would revolt against their liberator and would rush ardently back to a new bondage of a different kind – that of the religious cleric, the tribal sheikh, and the gang leader. It was unthinkable that the people would go against logic, rational thought, and self-evident truths, in a mad rush towards the abyss and total ruin."

My beloved, brave American soldier, we apologize to you, and we are saddened at our wretched and miserable selves. Since we are a people that slaughters itself, and kills one another, cutting off heads, what can you expect from us other than ingratitude, perfidy, and stabbing you in the back for the benefit of Iranian and Syrian intelligence and Al-Qaeda?..."

Fighting Battles...Ignoring wars

We make a serious mistake when we fail to recognize that the situations in Iraq and Afghanistan and Lebanon are merely part of a worldwide war. We cannot prevail in any of these conflicts as long as we insist on treating them as isolated incidents. We are engaged in combat with a well financed, determined enemy with forces in every corner of the globe that will not cease their attacks until we drive them off the face of the earth.

Should Israel cease to exist, and were the U.S. to pull out of Iraq in the face of a civil war, the world war would not end. It will go on until either the West defeats it or it defeats the West. If we begin to recognize that we are in a real war and fighting for our very lives, and that this war will last for most of our lifetimes, we will begin to understand that we are either in this struggle for the long haul, or are prepared to surrender and submit our children to the law of Sharia.
