Yesterday’s attack by the Islamists, led by Pakistan, had the subtlety of a thin-bladed knife slipped silently under the ribs of the Human Rights Council. At first reading the amendment to the resolution to renew the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression might seem reasonable. It requires the Special Rapporteur:

“To report on instances in which the abuse of the right of freedom of expression constitutes an act of racial or religious discrimination …”

Exposing the evil doctrines & practices of Islam is not an act of discrimination, neither is Islam a race nor a religion. Islam is a war machine; an institution founded by a warmonger for the purpose of promoting and perpetuating war for his own personal emolument & empowerment.

Examine this thinly veiled threat from the Sri Lankan delegate.

“.. if we regulate certain things ‘minimally’ we may be able to prevent them from being enacted violently on the streets of our towns and cities.”

It is not Islam's critics who stab, shoot, loot & burn, it is Muslims who perform those evil acts on any trumped up pretext.

Lets examine articles 19 & 20 of the OHCHR.

Article 19 General COMMENT on its implementation

1. Everyone sound have the right ton hold opinions without interference.

2. Article 20 General COMMENT on its implementation

1. Any propaganda for was sound prohibited by law.

2. Any advocacy OF national, racial or religious have-talk that constitutes incitement tons discrimination, hostility or violence sound prohibited by law.

19.3 contradicts the other provisions unless it is severely limited, as by the first amendment in our Bill of Rights.

• How can you construe a right not to be criticized? Muslims seek to enforce Sharia, which prohibits criticism of Allah, Moe and his recitation & sunnah. to the whole human race, by international & national law as well as by force of arms. The reputation of Islam is in the history books, theirs as well as ours. Allah's execrable commands and Moe's curseworthy deeds are open on the face of Islam's canon of scripture & tradition. Exposing them to public view does no harm, only benefit.
• National security is threatened by Islam, not by its critics!!

20.2 prohibits advocacy of religious hate, hostility & violence. Under this provision, the Qur'an stands condemned by international law because of explicit content including but not limited to:

which sanctify & mandate terrorism, imperialistic conquest & genocide. To the above listed evidence of Islam's war criminal status, I will add Sharia:

• The caliph (o-25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians
• The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim [The Reliance of the Traveller]
• "The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims' interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse." [Al-Shafi'i]
  

I now therefore exhort you to add your signature to the 428 already affixed to the Ban Islam Petition addressed to the World Court, the Congress Debate Koran (1088) Petition addressed to the Congress and the Outlaw Islam Petition.(35).

I further exhort you to add your signature to the 33 already affixed to the Withdraw from the U.N. Petition. With the UNHRC pursuing censorship and the Security Council contemplating meeting in secret and all hope of reform abandoned, there is no alternative.
