What constitues pedophilia in the Muslim world? Anything goes seems to be the norm apparently.

There are many adults, both women and men I admire for their courage, tenacity, and character. Children are admired because they are…well…children. Children are not expected to do the things adults do, yet here is one 8 year old little girl, a second grader who has exhibited a courage and tenacity one is unlikely to find even in some adults.

A Yemeni court on Tuesday granted a divorce to an eight-year-old girl whose unemployed father forced her into an arranged marriage this year, saying he feared she might be kidnapped.

"I am happy that I am divorced now. I will be able to go back to school," Nojud Mohammed Ali said, after a public hearing in Sanaa's court of first instance.

ibn Misr: she's happy that she got away from this atrocity, but she's not out of danger, she could be murdered. But here too, muslims don't use our definitions. Murder for them is an honor, and murdering this girl, for them it would an "Honor killing." Nevertheless, this girl served the biggest blow to islam, and implicitly condemned mohamed's criminal teaching against all children.

Her former husband, 28-year-old Faez Ali Thameur, said he married the child "with her consent and that of her parents" but that he did not object to her divorce petition.

ibn Misr: "her consent"? What's the consent of an 8 year old child is worth under any civilized law? It's worth noting that muslims like to justify their prophet pedophilia with 6 year old Eisha by also saying it was with her consent. What a relief. Ask a muslim father if he would let his 8 year old daughter smoke cigarettes with her consent? Wafa Sultan, the psychiatrist, was right, these people need brain rehabilitation, starting by the ones who holds PhD degrees.

In response to a question from Judge Mohammed al-Qadhi, he acknowledged that the "marriage was consummated, but I did not beat her."

ibn Misr: what a gentleman, he did not beat her. I'm speachless.

Yemen, one of the world's poorest countries, has no law governing the minimum age of marriage.

ibn Misr: The same thing happens in the richest oil Gulf country, we have ample documentations. Poor or rich, this is not the question. Does the koran, and Sharia allows it or not? That's the question. And what law they're looking for if they claim that the law of Allah is their only source of legislation? Are they having second thoughts that Allah's laws are garbage?

Nojud was a second grader in primary school when the marriage took place two and a half months ago.

ibn Misr: "marriage of a second grader," This girl is wounded for life, physically and psychologically. Muslims boast that the koran is the same everywhere. That's pretty obvious, from the millions of people and children victimized by it everywhere.

"They asked me to sign the marriage contract and remain in my father's house until I was 18. But a week after signing, my father and my mother forced me to go live with him."

ibn Misr: There is no such a thing called, "marriage contract," in islam. It is called, " Akd Nekah," which literally means "Intercourse contract." Any time muslims talk about marriage, remind them of this.

Nojud's father, Mohammad Ali Al-Ahdal, said he had felt obliged to marry off his daughter, an act he claims she consented to.

ibn Misr: she consented, but he forced her to go live with him. The ultimate rationality of the muslims logic.

He said he was frightened after his oldest daughter had been kidnapped several years ago and later married to her abductor. He said the same man then kidnapped another of his daughters who was already married and had four children, resulting in him being jailed.

ibn Misr: You don't need me to grasp this. It is self explanatory of the societies produced by "The religion of the right path and peace." This is the peace and light of islam they want it to shine on you, the kafir living in darkness. It also explains their slogan, "Islam is the solution for the world."

Dressed in traditional black, Nojud said she would now go to live in the home of her maternal uncle and did not want to see her father.

ibn Misr: Let's pray that she would be spared from being molested by her uncle, that's another story.

The girl's lawyer, Shadha Nasser, said Nojud's case was not unique. "I believe there are thousands of similar cases," she said, adding that civil society groups are pressing parliament to set the minimum age for marriage at 18.

ibn Misr: and what about the no minimum age of Allah's law in 65:4? I don't wanna say garbage again, I said it before, no need for repetition.

Don't they say that the koran is written on the eternal tablet kept by Allah? Are they gone garbage the eternal tablet too?

They keep telling us that the koran is valid for all times, all places, and all people? So how come it's not doing well in Yemen?

The lawyer said, "civil society groups want to set the minimum age for marriage at 18."

Does that means that Allah's laws in the koran are "Uncivil"? That's what sounds to me, unless someone corrects me and set me on "the right path."

And as they say, to keep the best for last.

The biggest blow of all: what they're gone do with all the verses, stating that no one would change the words of Allah, which imply that no one would change Allah's law?

Reality and shame are the most efficient cure for muslims. With the spread of the information, thanks to the internet, chat forums, and satelite channels, muslims are surrounded and bombarded with the shameful truth of their beliefs. And regardless of their superficial boasting about their islam, and the assured facade they display especially front of westerners that ignore what islam and muslims are going through, the reality is totally different.

From interacting with them on a daily basis, we see them shaken, unsure, in doubt, confused, shocked and cornered by what we reveal from their own books. Unable to answer any question, or justify muhammad deeds or their beliefs, which makes them furious and angry. These are unmistakable signs of their handicap and intellectual bankruptcy.

They realized they are in big trouble, on the defensive at every front, and feel ashamed. And for their own good, we should keep it that way to help them start gaining respect for themselves, by not sparing them more shame, to help them save themselves ... from themselves ...

This past Friday, Yunis al-Astal, a leading Muslim cleric and Hamas member of the Palestinian parliament, declared on Hamas' Al-Aqsa TV that "the capital of the Catholics, or the Crusader capital," would soon be conquered by Islam and Rome become an advance post for the Islamic conquests, which will spread through Europe in its entirety, and then will turn to the two Americas.”
The Islam hydra, with Saudi Arabia and the oil-money bloated Emirs and Sheiks of the Persian Gulf leading the Sunni charge from one side and the end-of-the-worlder bomb-seeking Shiite of the Islamic Republic of Iran with its proxies of Hamas, Lebanon Hezbollah and the Sadrists in Iraq closing from the other side will devour the free world.

Disguised as religion, Islam has penetrated the democracies with the aim of replacing civility and liberty with the barbarism of theocracy and Sharia. Islam’s multi-prong attack aims to destroy all that liberty offers.

It is generally assumed that religion addresses issues of importance to daily life as well as matters that transcend it. Religion claims to exercise a civilizing influence by ordering the social life and promoting spirituality, as well as advancing an array of human virtues. Zoroaster, for instance, based his faith on the triad of goodly thoughts, goodly speech and goodly deeds. Moses framed the fundamentals of his faith in the Ten Commandments, and Jesus placed love at the core of his faith.

Yet, all is not well with religion. Purveyors of some religions advocate and promote ideas and practices that are harmful to the general well-being of mankind. It is imperative that a society institutes measures that guard against any and all organizations and ideologies, be they religious or otherwise that harms it.

As things stand now, our lives are governed by numerous boards at all levels of government, business, and community. All these boards are charged with the responsibility of looking after the welfare of the people they serve. The Food and Drug Administration, for instance, must pass on the safety and quality of the food we eat; the Aviation Safety Board works to ensure safe flights; a local school board strives to create the environment that best serves the education and safety needs of the pupils. Every community and business of any size is served by boards.

There are, however, no oversight boards that would check against things that contaminate the mind and present a clear threat of unraveling our democracy’s social compact as we know and cherish it. Shouldn’t these dangers to our beliefs and way of life be monitored and combated or should they be given a pass to work their damage?

Presently, America is faced with a formidable enemy in a Trojan horse called Islam. This imminent danger makes it imperative to revisit the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and make the necessary changes to legally defeat Islam’s subversion of the democratic system.

Muslims in Western democracies, most of them escapees of the misery of Islamic countries, exhibit such incredible gall and audacity as to shamelessly demand that their benevolent hosts surrender their liberty and legalize and adopt the Sharia in their societies.

The Muslims’ presence in countries such as Canada, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Sweden represents the tip of the sword of the Islamists protruding from the Trojan horse.

Once Sharia is recognized to any extent, it will reach out to rule, not only on matters that concern Muslims, but also those that may involve a Muslim and non-Muslim. Under Sharia, a Muslim man married to a non-Muslim woman is able to divorce the woman at will and automatically have custody of the children.

America, with a long history of protecting religious freedom, still clings to the “hands off” practice of leaving alone any doctrine or practice billed as religion. A thorny problem is in deciding what constitutes a religion and who is to make that call. The dictionary supplies a sociologically useless definition for religion: “The expression of man’s belief in and reverence for a superhuman power recognized as the creator and governor of the universe.” Just about anyone or any group under this definition can start a religion, and they indeed do—and some do so at significant costs to others.

Islam was birthed by primitives of some 1400 years ago and over time invaded much of the world at the point of the sword. Presently, Islamists, with their treasuries flush with petrodollars, are in a great position to realize their perennial dream of bringing the world under the rule of Muhammad’s Ummeh.

On the one hand, Pakistan is already a nuclear power and the Islamic Republic of Iran aims to be one before very long. On the other hand, Muslim governments and wealthy Sheikhs are funding Islamic schools, centers and front organizations in the West to work from within at the unraveling of the non-Islamic democratic systems. In a parallel attack, the “Legal Islam” is exploiting every provision of the law in free societies to promote Islam and silence its critics through expensive legal shenanigans.

Islam is incompatible with democracy and subversive of the way of life that blesses this nation. It is imperative that we fight Islamofascism with the same determination that we fought other enemies of freedom such as Nazism, Fascism, and Communism. It is, therefore, imperative that the Constitution be revisited in such a manner that it no longer grants a pass to any cult simply calling itself a religion.

Bluntly speaking, no one can be a faithful Muslim and an American at the same time. As more and more Muslims arrive in non-Islamic lands, as they reproduce with great fecundity, as they convert the disenchanted and minorities, and as petrodollar-flush Muslims and Muslim treasuries supply generous funds, Muslims gather more power to undermine the democratic rule.

The hydra of Islam is lashing out by its jihadists, sophisticated and well-funded lawyers, terrorist groups, and terror-sponsoring governments who have the bomb and those that are racing non-stop to acquire the ultimate weapon. There is no time to waste. Steadfastly confronting Islam is the only way to defeat a fanatical enemy who does not believe in negotiation or compromise. For Islam, it is winner take all. And the way that permissive, oblivious, and well-meaning free societies are reacting does not bode well for liberty.

Islam must be recognized for what it is: a Trojan horse carrying in its belly what will assuredly slaughter all who stand everything that is precious to free people.

Note: Don't you find it ironic, even hypocritical, how the left vilifies conservatives? We are accused of being alarmist, spreading Islamophobia and bigotry, yet who is promoting Islam?
Who advocates and supports the spread of Islam in America? We are even accused of being unpatriotic. Of course those hateful words are slung by both sides.
This is not a slam against the left, though some might think it. Nor is it condemnation of the left, though perhaps it should be. All of us share in this to one degree or another regardless of where you stand or what viewpoint you may have.
We all make mistakes from time to time and perhaps I'm making one here. Frankly, I truly fear for my country...for our country and that includes those on the left. Most of all I fear for my children and what they may face someday. This country belongs to all of us regardless of what our views may be or which political party we may be part of.

The fact is our way of life, the good and the not so good, is under assault by the purveyors of the so called "religion of peace". Whether you agree with me or not matters little. The fact is we have all been asleep at the wheel, and unless we wake up soon, put our differences aside, and work together we may all wake up one day to the Adhan( Athaan) or "call to prayers".
The spread of Islam within our borders is making great strides. We see it and read about it but do we do anything about it?
Are we more interested in condemning each other?

You can make of this what you will but I repeat, unless we put our differences aside and advocate for our own liberty and freedom we may very well lose it. Loss of our freedoms may not come in our lifetimes, but what about our children? Our grandchildren?

Isn't there even one thing about this country that you find worth fighting for? Just one?
Have we lost our minds and our souls?

Haven't we had sufficient warning from experts, pundits, bloggers about this very real peril?
Or do we just go about "business as usual" ignoring the warnings and the signs, slinging hate at each other.

I weep for my children when I think they may someday be wearing burqhas or unrolling prayer rugs 5 times a day to the call of Adhan and wondering why we didn't do anything about this when we had the chance.

Up to you folks to decide the merits of my comments but while you argue or make snarky remarks, just remember we have been warned over and over. United we may have a chance to preserve liberty and free thinking, divided we shall surely fail.

Cultural Jihad: It's Not My Fault

We are living in an American Society where no one has to take responsibility for their own actions because the "whatever it is" (pick a subject and insert) is always due to someone else's actions or inactions.

Bookworm has a "case in point" article at The American Thinker which illustrates that very happenstance where the Finger of Blame points in the general direction of every where else except the Root Cause. Read it and carry on.

Also, we live in a society where the vast majority of one particular major political party and a very significant part of the other major political party are in the habit of being against anything and everything someone else comes up with as a viable plan to solve a "whatever it is" issue.

Take the Global Warming Myth, for example. Everyone knows that the Global Warming issue is a fraudulent exercise in ignorance and shamster connivery (yes I made those two words up - get over it) but the proponents of said scam beat GWB over the head with it. So, in an attempt to sway the fray as it were, GWB comes up with perhaps a talking point to "move forward" with the discussion. It isn't good enough due to BDS. The loudest mouth whining about it is Mr Incompetent himself, Harry Loser Reid. "Whatever it is I'm against it" comes to mind. Personally, I think GWB is a flake for coming up with the greenhouse gas ignorance but, hey, each to their own. The point is, the Liberal Mind is a mental disorder and the Global Warming Myth is killing people. Al Gore, "playing on our fears" needs to face the crimes against humanity he has wrought. If not, at least take his dumb peace prize back and give it to Milton Berle.

In other news, we have yet another fine article by Debra Baker at The American Thinker adding credence to my previous post here in regards to Saddam Hussein and the plethora of links to Global Jihad terrorists and terrorist organizations. I guess it wasn't his fault seeing that the terrorist mind is also a mental disorder just as the liberal mind is a mental disorder. What goes around comes around. It is GWB's fault...I forgot...how silly of me.

And then, we have the once upon a time Main Stream Media, now defunct and renamed/dubbed the Lame Stream Media, giving way to us, the Conservative Citizen Journalists, as The New Media. Seeing that the Leftinistra bloggers ape and mimic the "old media", we don't even consider them to be media, ergo, insignificant pawns in a sewer ripe with all manner of disease, hate and discontent - mental disorders.

Ralph Peters brings them all to the woodshed in a piece entitled MEDIA'S WAR LIES; WARPED GLEE OVER DESERTERS. Bloody hell. It isn't their fault, really. Flip Wilson loved the New York Slimes at one time. The devil makes the old media do crazy things like blow issues out of proportion or taking a known fact and building an entire ill-conceived premise based in nothing but wishful thinking. They are so invested in defeat to save face - sound familiar to anyone - that they will mislead just to say "I told ya so" and then when the Truth comes out, they are silent as a dead skunk. The stench gives them away.

Attaturk at SmolderingMuttGoo is yet another prime example of placing blame elsewhere. Some how, some way, the final DNC debate quagmire was Michelle Malkin's and Steve Doocy's fault. The Liberal Mind is a mental disorder.

War News: We Have Lost The War

Well? This is the end. The mightiest military known to man has been defeated. All the funding. All the training. All the dedication. All for nothing. Well, perhaps not all for nothing but, to what end? Where do we go from here, pray tell? We have lost the war. Can this be for real? Is this the end of American Exceptionalism? What do we tell our children and our children's children?

As losers of the war, when do we get the funding to rebuild our nation and from whom do we receive the dolling of funds? From whom do we seek restitution? When can we expect to see the humanitarian aid begin to roll onto our streets? Which Flag do we fly now? To whom do we swear allegiance? Will our conquerers be genteel, sweet and kind - or benevolent? Will they look upon us with mercy and help us to understand our evil ways? Or, will we be left to figure out our own way from here on out?

Will we be subjugated to tribal rivalry of marauding vipers? Will there be law and order? Will our children be safe from harm and immune from re-education camps? Will we be allowed to keep our children or will they be swept away from us to be seen or heard from no more? My God! My God! Why hast thou forsaken us?

Sounds pretty pathetic, does it not? If we stop for a moment and listen to the Socialists within our own government, does it not sound exactly as Ayman al-Zawahiri? From CNN:

Now, who does that remind you of? I already know the answer because I have written on this and talked about this on many a BTR episode, on my shows and others. Let us see how many of you out there know the answer. Name the politicians and other idiots and place a link in the comments section, if you will.

I have stated time and time again that I am not sure which party or parties are coaching and/or listening to whom or which one initiates the lessons in talking dulls. However, the message is clear...they talk the identical language. Know this...the terrorists - the enemy - speak the same language of the political leadership of the American Democrat Party as a whole and partially - at a minimum - of the American Republican Party. This cannot be denied although the socialist democrats of all manner of incidence try to shrug it off. They are treasonous. They are seditious. They are subversive. They are defeatists. They are cowards.

When our own politicians and news outlets and Leftinistra sluts and whores spout such inanities, does it not embolden the enemy and enable the enemy? Clearly, someone is listening and directing somebody here. I have never accepted the premise of coincidence. I reject the very idea of a coincidental. To me, coincidence does not exist. It is a cop-out and a cowards' excuse to ignore specific facts. Don't even try to convince me otherwise because it will fall on deaf ears.

Who was it that said, "The war is lost"? And, how many have agreed and repeated the mantra? Do you know? Do you care? Do you give a damn? The hint(s) are herein. And here. And here. And here. And, that is just the beginning. OK. One more hint. But that's all, dammit. If you actually go read all of that material, I won't see you for a week or more.

Contrary to the whining of the Leftinistra as they howl foul and devour each other as the identity politics of the weak spirited and emotional sycophants befalls them, we all know that the enemy strongly desires for the socialist democrats and republicans, as well as socialist independents, to have total and complete control of the federal government. Why? It is because the socialists are a weak bunch and cowardly and believe that the enemy can be talked to and appeasement is their game.

It isn't a big secret. The enemy has often "warned" the American Leftinistra to fall in line and retreat from the war. Why the Leftinistra howl and whine about it is indeed a mystery. The similarities of the socialist democrat and the Jihadi scum terrorist are mirror images. I have written at length on this subject and it is "Rather" difficult to keep track of the nearly 6K pieces I have penned. I do believe that this one here will lead to several and the originating piece ruffled some Leftinistra feathers because I questioned then, as I do now, the Patriotism of the individuals, groups and organizations that speak the same language as the enemy - and do it openly - and then try to condemn those that expose it for what it is - TREASON. When one aids and abets - when one does render aid and comfort to the enemy - that is TREASON and there is no way around it. Hiding behind the United States Constitution to commit treason doesn't negate the fact of the treason committed.

Does it?

If we only had leaders in this country that had a spine and moral fortitude to enforce it...

The problem that I see and have seen for years is this; to whom and to what are they "patriotic" to and towards?

So he gave it to me and I bought a garden in (the land of) Banu Salama with it (i.e. the spoils) and that was the first property I got after embracing Islam.
