Letter to Congress re: Another TRUE American Speaks Out

This letter has been sent to the following (by me, anyway):

Pres. Bush, Vice Pres. Cheney, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton (only 1,000 characters--chicken), John Kerry (only 3,200 characters--bigger chicken), John Murtha, Dick Durbin, Ted Kennedy, Carl Levin, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Hillary Clinton, Pat Leahy, Chuck Schumer, Russ Feingold, Michael Castle, Howard Coble, Norm Coleman, Susan Collins, Thomas M. Davis, John J. Duncan, Jr., Wayne Gilchrist, Chuck Hagel, Robert Inglis, Timothy V. Johnson, Walter B. Jones, Mark Kirk, Steven C. LaTourette, Ronald Paul, Thomas E. I don't know how many of them are only available through the ZIP + 4 feature--meaning if you don't have a ZIP + 4 address in their district, you can't write them a letter. We at Victory Caucus know how to get around that! Further, Grijalva has a second "wall" and that's inputting the answer to a simple math problem. Murtha isn't much better.

The truth is, they're all (EXCEPT BUSH AND CHENEY WHO KNOW THE MEANING OF STAY THE COURSE AND KEEPING THEIR WORD TO THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ) a bunch of cowards who don't want to be confronted with their wrongdoing. It's easier to read email when it's all positive. More of the utopian "Rosie" colored "View". There were a few I couldn't get through to--their websites are down. Those were Roscoe G. Bartlett, Phillip S. English and Ric "Lawnboy" Keller. Rest assured, they will get theirs as well.

Below is a letter that appears on several blogs. It was written by a Veteran and speaks volumes on the Greater War on Terror.

For all of you defeatists that think we can "talk" to this enemy, for all of you named in the letter as the "Axis of Idiots", maybe you need to quit playing the game of the Ostrich Syndrome and get over your BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome) and get over it NOW. You do NOT speak for a majority of Americans, the majority of Americans want this war WON, without all of your posturing, violations of the Logan Act, all of your "form letters" in response to citizens, with your canned talking points, without facetious trips taken at taxpayer expense while you leave the troops hanging and without all the games you’re playing with people’s lives.

In fact, your majority in the elections was extremely small–it certainly was NOT a majority of this nation’s populace.

I personally, don’t feel the need to see my children’s and grandchildren’s heads being held up for cameras.

All of you need a dose of reality on just what we are facing–this isn’t Vietnam, this is ISLAM and THEY WILL FOLLOW US HOME. Your "rights" will no longer exist if this happens–women’s rights, civil rights, homosexual rights, freedom of speech–none of it will matter because they will no longer exist. Are you that dense that you don’t understand this? Or are you simply so filled with hatred at our President (remember, we only have ONE of those, not 535) that you would sell this country down the river? I believe it’s both.

Further, for you to tack on the pork you did for special interest groups, after the majority of you ran on lower taxes, "ethics (you wouldn’t know an ethic if it reared up and bit you)", etc., you have completely broken your word to the people who DID fall for your lies. That’s fiduciary mismanagement.

I don’t understand why you are encouraging this to happen, why you are undercutting the nation with your shenanigans and frankly, your treasonous behavior. For every lame response we get from one of you, we post it at the Victory Caucus (www.VictoryCaucus.com) as well as our individual blogs. We WILL expose you and continue to expose you to keep your actions, your broken promises and your lies in the forefront of the American public so they never forget your actions.

It was, after all, the Democrats and defeatists such as yourself that lost Vietnam. It was, after all, the Democrats and defeatists such as yourself that started the chain of cause and effect that led to 9/11. It was, after all, the Democrats and defeatists such as yourself that has cost this country its standing as the promise-keepers of the world, thus weakening and crippling this nation to such an extent that we have few allies left.

Like the letter writer, I do indeed question your patriotism. You have NONE. It is, after all, Democrats and defeatists such as yourself, that did this. Your party is filled with liars, bribe takers, murderers, scandals and those who disgrace the uniforms they once wore–and that’s just who is sitting now. You have no credibility. You’re more interested in the almighty dollar than in what’s morally right for you have no morals.

We will be watching and we will be publishing all we can. We will keep your actions at the forefront of people’s minds.

Jimmy Carter, you're the father of the Islamic Nazi movement. You threw the Shah under the bus, welcomed the Ayatollah home and then lacked the spine to confront the terrorists when they took our embassy and our people hostage. You're the Runner-in-Chief.

Bill Clinton, you played "ring around the Lewinsky" while the terrorists were at war with us. You got us into a fight with them in Somalia, and then you ran from it. Your weak-willed responses embolden the killers. Each time you failed to respond adequately they grew bolder, until 9/11.

John Kerry, dishonesty is your most prominent attribute. You lied about American Soldiers in Vietnam. Your military service, like your life, is more fiction than fact. You've accused our Soldiers of terrorizing women and in Iraq. You called Iraq "the wrong war, wrong place, wrong time"... the same words you used to describe Vietnam. You're a fake. You want to run from Iraq and abandon the Iraqis to murderers just as you did the Vietnamese. Iraq, like Vietnam, is another war that you were for, before you were against it.

John Murtha, you said our military was broken. You said we can't win militarily in Iraq. You accused United States Marines of cold-blooded murder without proof. And said we should re-deploy to Okinawa. Okinawa, John? And the Democrats call you their military expert. Are you sure you didn't suffer a traumatic brain injury while you were off building your war hero resume? ftlineYou're a sad, pitiable, corrupt and washed up politician. You're not a Marine sir. You wouldn't amount to a pimple on a real Marine's ass. You're a phony and a disgrace. Run away John.

Dick Durbin, you accused our Soldiers at Guantanamo of being Nazis, tenders of Soviet style gulags and as bad as the regime of Pol Pot who murdered two million of his own people after your party abandoned South East Asia to the Communists. Now you want to abandon the Iraqis to the same fate. History was not a good teacher for you, was it? See Dick run.

Ted Kennedy, for days on end you held poster-sized pictures from Abu Grhaib in front of any available television camera. Al Jazeera quoted you saying that Iraq's torture chambers were open under new management. Did you see the news this week Teddy? The Islamic Nazis demonstrate real torture for you again. If you truly supported our troops, you'd show the world poster-sized pictures of that atrocity and demand the annihilation of it. Your legislation stripping support from the South Vietnamese which led to a communist victory there. You're a bloated fool bent on repeating the same historical blunder that turned freedom-seeking people over to homicidal, genocidal maniacs. To paraphrase John Murtha, all while sitting on your wide, gin-soaked rear-end in Washington.

Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Carl Levine, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Russ Feingold, Hillary Clinton, Pat Leahy, Chuck Schumer et al ad nauseam. Every time you stand in front of television cameras and broadcast to the Islamic Nazis that we went to war because our President lied. That the war is wrong and our Soldiers are torturers. That we should leave Iraq, you give the Islamic butchers - the same ones that tortured and mutilated American Soldiers - cause to think that we will run away again and all they have to do is hang on a little longer.

American news media, the New YorkTimes particularly. Each time you publish stories about national defense secrets and our intelligence gathering methods, you become one with the sub-human pieces of camel dung that torture and mutilate the bodies of American Soldiers. You can't strike up the courage to publish cartoons, but you can help Al Qaeda destroy my country. Actually, you are more dangerous to us than Al Qaeda is. Think about that each time you face Mecca to admire your Pulitzer.

You are America's axis of idiots. Your collective stupidity will destroy us. Self-serving politics and terrorist abetting news scoops are more important to you than our national security or the lives of innocent civilians and Soldiers. It bothers you that defending ourselves gets in the way of your elitist sport of politics and your ignorant editorializing. There is as much blood on your hands as is on the hands of murdering terrorists. Don't ever doubt that. Your frolics will only serve to extend this war as they extended Vietnam. If you want our Soldiers home, as you claim, knock off the crap and try supporting your country ahead of supporting your silly political aims and aiding our enemies. Yes, I'm questioning your patriotism. Your loyalty ends with -self. I'm also questioning why you're stealing air that decent Americans could be breathing. You don't deserve the protection of our men and women in uniform. You need to run away from this war and this country. Leave the war to the people who have the will to see it through and the country to people who are willing to defend it.

No Commander in Chief, you don't get off the hook either. Our country has two enemies. Those who want to destroy us from the outside and those who attempt it from within. Your Soldiers are dealing with the outside force. It's your obligation to support them by confronting the axis of idiots. America must hear it from you that these people are harming our country, abetting the enemy and endangering our safety. Well up a little anger please, and channel it toward the appropriate target. You must prosecute those who leak national security secrets to the media. You must prosecute those in the media who knowingly publish those secrets. Our Soldiers need you to confront the enemy that they cannot. They need you to do it now.

This is long but this retired CSM lets it all hang out! This should be sent to every person in the USA and that includes the President and the rest of our country's leaders...It's time we as Americans stood together!

Never have I witnessed a more short-sighted bunch of spoiled brats in positions of leadership, or aspiring for leadership, than we have in the Democrats today. We have the first female Speaker of the House of Representatives. Nancy Pelosi is apparently not satisfied with that job, because she simply cannot keep her hands off of the duties and roles assigned to the Presidency. Just a few seconds of self reflection, should send every one of the usual suspects under their mother's skirts from shear embarrassment.

Now, embarrassed is a funny word when you stop and think about it. It describes a feeling of shame, or a state of existence where one would rather not be. It describes a feeling, where you know critical eyes are watching in disapproval.

Words rarely exhibit such an exquisite construction of components that so accurately describes human emotion as does this word. Think how you would feel if suddenly your pants were to fall down, and you are left standing in public, bare (bottom) hanging out for all to see.

Is it coincidence, or is this how this word came into existence? There are many words that begin with the em- prefix, such as emboldened, which means that you have gained boldness. So then, just to be clear, embarrassed means that you have gained a bare (bottom). This, of course, would be humiliating for most of us.

I never dreamed there would come a day when I had a positive thing to say about Dennis Kucinich. However, when various Democrats including John Edwards, chickened out of the Nevada debate because it was cosponsored by Fox News, he was right to call his fellow candidates to task.

These pretenders are suffering from a severe case of eisoptrophobia, which is the fear of mirrors, or the fear of seeing one's reflection in mirrors. Conservatives do that to liberals without even trying, because to face up to a conservative world view is to have one's own embarrassing liberalism reflected back in high contrast.

Fox News is by no means conservatism on steroids, and whether Democrats want to admit it or not, the Fox News channel does the best job of anyone in presenting both sides of an issue. Some of the on-air personalities are clearly conservative, but in contrast to the self-delusional-liberal slant evident in the rest of the media, the Fox personalities are barely noticeable.

There is a special chemical compound called "luminol", which is used for crime scene investigations. When it contacts blood, it glows florescent blue under ultraviolet light, making it nearly impossible to clean up a violent murder scene.

Conservatives, especially those who broadcast on Fox News, are the "luminol" for detecting liberal lunacy. When conservatives are near, the pants fall off of all loony liberals who are near by, and they are bare-bottomed for all to see. They embarrass themselves by virtue of their own ideals and morality, or rather, the lack thereof.

Another patronizing, condescending letter received regarding her defeatist attitude. Do they think we can't see through them and their posturing?

Dear Certified (This was the third letter and she couldn't even get my name right!),

Thank you for contacting me about President Bush's escalation of troops in Iraq . I have grave doubts about whether this latest plan can succeed. Another Pelosi/Reid lapdog--she's a freshman and follows her leash training well!

Serving on the House Armed Services and Foreign Affairs Committees, I have been participating in many hours of hearings with Administration officials and policy experts. At briefings with top-level military leaders, I have been asking tough questions. These experiences have made me more confident than ever that the global war on terror and the situation in Iraq are more complicated than President Bush seems to recognize. Actually, they're a lot more complicated than YOU seem to realize and Gen. Petraeus told you exactly what was needed. I'd say he was pretty high ranking!

Common sense dictates that in order for any plan to succeed, it must require the Iraqi government to calm the sectarian violence and unify behind a workable political structure. Without the serious involvement and motivation of Iraqi political and religious leaders, the President's proposal to send more American troops into harm's way amounts to having 21,000 more soldiers stay the course. This I cannot support. I'd be willing to bet you support your "feminist rights" along with the gays and abortion mills--guess what, those won't exist anymore if you have your way!

The President should consider the views of the many active and retired military generals, and the recommendations of the bipartisan Iraq Study Group such as: He has--that's why he's the President and you're NOT!

-- Keeping rapid reaction and special operations forces in the region to strike Al Qaeda militias and train the Iraqi army to take over combat operations; And what do you think they're doing--sitting on their thumbs playing poker while "escorting" you and the other defeatists around when they could be accomplishing something more productive?
-- Setting performance benchmarks for the Iraqi government to create an oil revenue sharing program, reform of the de-Bathification laws and develop processes to amend its constitution and hold provincial elections; Real life doesn't follow utopian timetables
-- Starting a direct dialogue with Syria and Iran over Iraq and the Middle East ; WHAT??? ARE YOU NUTS??? and
-- Providing economic assistance to Iraq that will help create jobs, strengthen infrastructure and improve the Iraqis' capacity to be independent and stable. Again, we're already doing that--or was it not in your MoveOn.org talking points?

I strongly support our men and women in uniform who are risking their lives to protect and defend our nation. Our armed forces must have the tools, training and support they need to be successful in any mission. I have serious concerns that our Army, along with Guard and Reserve forces, is being stretched too thin. As the traitor you are, this is a lie, particularly since you supported the pork laden troop funding--funding that should have gone for the troops and veterans EXCLUSIVELY. You don't support anyone but the almighty dollar.

Instead of sending 21,000 more soldiers to Iraq as part of his same failed strategy, the President should focus on the global war on terrorism and deploy our troops in a more targeted fashion. And I believe that we need to work more effectively with other countries in order to face challenges and threats to our global economy and security. This dire situation in Iraq will remain a primary focus in my committees; I will continue to be actively engaged in trying to find solutions. The solution is the one that's working, the one the President and Gen. Petraeus presented to you and you refuse to acknowledge because it would mean we are winning--you can't accept that and prefer defeat.
