Hector Aleem Update 01-02-11

This latest Hector Alleem update, bearing extremely bad news, came through a Facebook message today. I transmit it to you as I received it, unedited. Hector was convicted, without evidence, on one trumped up charge and sentenced to a long prison term and exorbitant fine. 

    You will find threads of desperation, frustration and outrage running through this update. I am unable to provide financial assistance or any other aid or comfort other than what little publicity I can give the case.  I urge others who are able to donate to Hector's defense fund. 

    I urge our government to apply diplomatic pressure on Pakistan to put an end to this Gd'd persecution of Christians!   I urge Christians resident in Pakistan to emigrate if possible where Muslims are not the majority or ascendant. If that is not possible, unite, arm yourselves and prepare to rise up.

    As proved by its canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis, jurisprudence & biography, Islam is not a religion, it is the most despicable of organized crimes disguised as a religion.  It can not be respected; it must not be tolerated; its existence must be terminated! 

    I call on men of good will, lovers of life & liberty, wheresoever dispersed over the face of the earth to rise up and disrespectfully demand the eradication of Islam.  This work must begin by exposing Islam for what it is: a continuing criminal enterprise. This work must continue by exposing Allah as an impotent idol. This work must be expanded by exposing Muhammad as a lecher, pederast, genocidal murderer & warlord who  falsely attributed his evil utterance to divine revelation. 

    Let those who doubt & dispute the condemnation of the malignant cult of Islam and its evil founder first do their research. Examine the evidence before labeling me "Islamophobe", 'bigot', 'racist' & 'hate monger'.

On 21st of December, was daddy's hearing and many Talibans from Peshawar gathered in the court and chanted slogans against daddy and they were holding the prisoner uniforms because daddy wasn't convicted yet because only convicted people can wear the uniforms in prison. The judge went under pressure and he gave daddy a 7 years sentence and 50,000 Pakistani Rupees fine. I didn’t know why judge give him the sentence because there was no evidence and even the investigation officer wrote in his statement that he filed the case on an oral statement and he didn't find any evidence against daddy neither he recovered anything (this case wasn't the blasphemy case, it was one of those cases which were lodged after daddy’s arrest to prevent him from getting out of jail), God knows what is going to happen. I am so upset. I don’t know for how long we are going to ask for donation, I really want some money right now because when we go to the High Court we will file an appeal against this decision.
Due to lots of dangers we cannot study or work in Pakistan. And I don't know for how long we have to suffer this. We cannot spend this precious time in sitting here and wait for people's help. We really have to do something. Please put yourself in our shoes and you'll understand everything. I don't how daddy is going to tolerate this, He is a heart patient and two days back a prisoner died in prison because he had a heart attack and the doctor came after 04 hours. Prisoners are not safe in Adiyala you must have read about the kidnap of 11 prisoners from Adiyala Jail. Anything could happen any time. We really need to do something
In the statement of the Investigation Officer, He said that he didn't recover anything neither he had any proof and he has filed the case on an oral statement. After few days on another hearing daddy gave me a letter because we are not allowed to talk to him so he gave me a letter in which he wrote this.

On 21 of Dec special central judge gave me 7 years imprisonment and said emotionally that
I DO NOT NEED ANY PROOF I TOOK THE REVENGE OF DR. AFIA SIDDIQUI, the investigation officer stated in his statement that the complainant didn’t give me any written or documentary proof. Neither I my self found any proof against Hector. I registered this case on oral statement.
Dear brothers and sisters Pakistan is very difficult country for minorities especially for Christians. If America attacks on Afghanistan or Iraq, Pakistani Muslims burn and destroy our houses and churches and loot our valuables and properties. They put us in jail without any proof; judges give their decisions against Pakistani Christians and give them death sentences without any proof. It is so surprised that we are born in Pakistan but still we are not Pakistani, Muslims always thinks and says that we are American or European agents’ on the other hand American and European government thinks that we are untouchable creatures. They don’t allow us in their embassies, they hire Muslims in their embassies, they do not issue visas to Christians, and they do not raise their voice in our favor. My brothers and sisters, is there any third option for me and for my children? I am in jail since 2 years, my wife and kids are hiding their selves. They are not safe in Pakistan. My sons are not going to schools and my both daughters and wife cannot do any job. They are educated persons they can earn money but they cannot because of danger they are facing. How can my family survive? No one is ready for their financial support. American and European countries support and give financial help to Islamic NGOs and people and countries but the Islamists always like to help Talibans. Its time to wake up. Please do something for your Christian brothers and sisters and all Christians who are suffering in Pakistan. There are so many Christians in Pakistan who are suffering but you don’t know about them. We are not allowed any facilities or to go to the Church or to read Holy Bible here but you give them proper places to worship in your countries even they are allowed to use loud speakers in mosques but we aren’t allowed to raise our voice for destroyed church.

This is so very upsetting if the judge is making up this case and compare it with Dr. Affia's case, than this thing is very serious now. Now I know why he gave my father this sentence. This shows his grudge and discrimination for Christians.

I know I must have been very irritating for you but I really really want some money. We are going to the High Court for the dismissal of this decision and we really need money to file the application in the High Court.
I have stopped living in fantasies. Now I am ready to run daddy's mass campaign I am just fed up of this because most of the people don’t read e mails and I cannot afford phone calls to different countries because it’s too expensive. It is very difficult to ask for donation again and again. We have been paying our lawyer through donations since April 2010. How long will people give us? This is so difficult now. If nothing happens (I wish something must happen) than it would be difficult to live and doing nothing for seven years. Hector Aleem Update 11/30/10

    In this report, it appears that the end of the trial is drawing closer, but retarded by transfer to a different judge and lack of funds for the lawyer.  The persecution of Hector Aleem illustrates the absolute necessity of defeating the push for blasphemy laws.  There is neither security nor justice for minorities where Allah's writ runs. 

    We learn from Reliance of the Traveller, o11.10 that saying anything negative about Islam, Moe or Allah carries the death penalty. Full understanding of the the issue requires reading  o8.1 & o9.14 to learn of the penalty  and o8.7 for the list of prohibited expressions.

    Two Europeans are currently on trial for revealing the truth about Islam and one was convicted earlier this year.  There is no right more precious than that of free speech because without it, we can not warn our fellows of approaching danger.  Shall we be led, "dumb like sheep to the slaughter"?

For the first time ever we are about to share some good news with you. As you all know that Our Father Hector Aleem is falsely accused of Blasphemy charge. And you also know that Sunni Tehreek (A terrorist organization) is behind that and lodged that case on our father. And you also know that when daddy was arrested, Sunni Tehreek lodged more cases on him (with different plaintiffs) to prevent him of getting out of the jail. But these other cases were lodged on him when he was in jail. Hector Aleem was arrested in January 2009 due to that Blasphemy case and after three months i.e. on April 2009 more cases were lodged on him which were some other criminal charges. Of course all these cases are false and there is no evidence against our father. That was done to prevent him from getting out of the jail and to increase tension for him and his family and to torture him mentally. Those cases are being processed along with that Blasphemy case. But the good news is that our father Hector Aleem has been released from three of those Criminal cases because there was absolutely no evidence against him. In the order the judge wrote “since two years there has not been any kind of evidence against Hector Aleem, and those cases were lodged against him due to the personal enmity of the plaintiff so he is now released from these three cases”. But he is still in jail due to that Blasphemy charge and some other cases which are still being processed. We are 1000% sure that our father Hector Aleem will be released from these other criminal cases too as they are all at the end and there is no evidence against him. But that Blasphemy case is still very dangerous because it carries death penalty if convicted. Blasphemy case is also at the end, and there are only final arguments left. But the judge who was processing the Blasphemy case has been changed, we don’t know if he has been changed by the government or what but the new judge is about to come. We don’t even know the name of that new judge and that’s why the processing has been delayed till 4th December 2010. Our lawyer is doing an awesome job but he is asking for the fee. We paid him a lot, but still he is asking for the fee and I think that he will continue to ask for the fee until our father is released from jail. Sunni Tehreek (A terrorist organization) announced that to all lawyers that “a person who take the case of Hector Aleem will be killed”. Now all other lawyers are afraid to take the case of Hector Aleem, there was another person from Pakistan who is a lawyer and was a member of this group agreed to take the case our father but when he saw the danger of Mullahs and that terrorist organization Sunni Tehreek, he refused to help us. Our current lawyer is the only lawyer in whole Pakistan who is brave enough to take our father’s case and says “my life and profession are in danger due to your case that’s why you will have to pay me whatever I ask you to pay, and if you wont pay me….I will stop working and will resume working when you will pay me” So we are in this situation. It all happened in front of you, nothing was happening when this group was started in April 2010 but now things are changing. You all have supported us this far, we need your support once again and hopefully when this time we will pay our lawyer his fee…our father will be released thanks to all of you. The example of Asia Bibi is in front of you, she is convicted and is about to be hanged to death. There are many protests going on in Pakistan against Asia Bibi and all Blasphemy victims, Mullahs want to kill them all. Because of this the heat on our father’s case is increasing. And there are 99% chances that Mullahs will gather outside daddy’s court again and will try to do something bad. So please don’t let the same thing happen to daddy like it happened to Asia Bibi. We are all very scared of this Blasphemy tension which is rising in Pakistan. Please pray for our father, pray for his safety and his release. Hector Aleem Update 11/02/'10

The persecution of Hector Aleem drags on. In this latest update, his family expresses hope that the trial is dragging to a close.  Once again we are reminded that Pakistan's jails are not secure for inmates.  Bear in mind that this can happen to you after Islam takes over.

The trail is at the end and hope that tomorrow will be the last arguments, I really don’t know other formalities but surely final arguments are near. If it won’t happen tomorrow than it could be done in few days. The court is SESSION COURT IN RAWALPINDI and the name of the judge is Mr. ALI IMRAN additional session judge.
Dear friends the case is at the end and we need lots of prayers, Please remember us in your prayers and also pray for our and daddy’s security. I have read a news today that 11 prisoners from Adiyala Jail (same jail in which daddy is kept) were kidnapped by the intelligence. And they are still missing even after the arrest of the superintendent of jail (because the superintendent handed them over to the intelligence) and the order of Supreme Court. So I am very scared of these circumstances, this is Pakistan and anything could happen anytime, the prisoners are not safe even in jail. Need more and more prayers. Please do donate because I don’t want the lawyer to stop right at the end of the case, we really need this donation. Please do donate generously.

Hector Aleem Update 10-25-'10

Today I received the following update on the persecution of Hector Aleem. As always, there is a desperate need for money to pay his lawyer and  a  mob outside the courtroom howling for Hector's head.  

    The first  video did not work for me on the first try, all I got was sound, nothing comprehensible.  On the second try I got a street scene.

Dear Group Members

First of all I’d like to welcome new members.
As you all know that the trail of Our Father is at the end and as you all know that there is nothing against us and the mullahs knows that. That is why they are now pressurizing the judge to give the decision in their favor. As we always tells you that Mullahs gather outside the court and chant slogans against Christianity and daddy. We made their videos secretly. It is not allowed to take any camera inside the court and it was very dangerous for us to make this video. The judge is giving the hearings day by day. And we have to go to the court almost daily. These are two videos we made, one with the cell phone because the cell we got is not of good quality that is why the first video is of very bad quality but today we managed to take the camera of our aunt (mom’s sister) and we made this video. You can see that the Maulvies are gathered outside the court and the guy in brown turban is the plaintiff and the lawyer came out of the court is the plaintiff’s lawyer. In the end they chanted GIVE DEATH PUNISHMENT TO THE BLASPHEMER but we couldn’t film that part because we were so panicked that someone would catch us so we could not capture that moment.
Now I have request to all blogger friends to upload this video on your blogs and tell your friends that Hector’s life is in danger and someone should help us. We really need to pressurize the government and no body for the asylum has contacted us yet. We really need to bring daddy out of this situation. Please help us and please donate as much as you can. And those who cannot donate please tell your friends to do so. And also please pray for us. We are afraid that the judge can easily be pressurized by those Mullahs and give decision against daddy. Hector Aleem Update 09-18-10

Two points in this Hector Aleem update need to be brought  to the front burner and  reinforced.

• Sunni Tehreek forced to start the trial on 18th September 2010 because a large mob gathered in front of the court so the judge had to obey what they said.
• But the most interesting point I want to mention here is that when our lawyer asked the plaintiff (Muslim Cleric) that how do you get income? Because Sunni Tehreek is a religious organization and it can’t make much money; then the Plaintiff (Maulvi) replied that he got a sound system business which means that he sells DVDs and songs. And because of that the whole court laughed at the plaintiff.

    Instead of  impartial justice, Pakistan has mob rule.  The courts bend to the will of the mob.  Since Christians are a minority, they can not obtain justice.

    This point may go over many heads.  The audience laughed when the plaintiff's source of income was exposed because the Taliban and their allies forbid many forms of entertainment.  They burn down music shops and beat their owners,  killing many.   The revelation reduced the plaintiff's  probity as a witness several notches.

    Islam forbids musical instruments & entertainments because Moe  hated anything and everything that distracted his army from preparing for war. He wanted them to spend time honing their archery skills, not singing & dancing.

    The reputation of a witness is an important matter, as shown by this quote from  Reliance of the Traveller. [Emphasis added.] Testimony is accepted from one who...

traits which one's peers possess in one's particular time and place. Sheikh ai-Islam (A:

those who observe the precepts and rules of the
Sacred Law." It is according to standards commonly
acknowledged (def: f4.5) because there are
no absolute standards for it, but rather it varies
with different persons, conditions, and places.
Such things as eating and drinking (A: in the
marketplace) or wearing nothing on one's head
may vitiate it (A: though the latter is of no consequence
in our times). as maya religious scholar's
wearing a robe or cap in places where it is riot
customary for him to do so).

024.3 Nor is testimony acceptable from someone
who:
( I) has committed an enormity (0: meaning
something severely threatened against in. an
unequivocal text from the Koran or hadith (dis:
book p) (N: though if someone who commits such
an act then repents (def: p77) and is felt to be sincere
in this, he regains his legal uprightness and his
testimony is accepted, provided he is tested after
his repentance long enough to believe in its
genuineness) ;
(2) persists in a lesser sin (0: because it then
becomes an enormity, as opposed to when one
does not persist therein. A lesser sin is one that has
not been severely threatened against in an
unequivocal text);
(3) or is without respectability (def:
024.2(f», such as a street-sweeper, bathhouse
attendant, and the like.

Dear Group Members,

The hearing was on 18th September 2010, as you all know that we have applied for the quashment (Cancellation) of the case in the High Court. But the opponents i.e. Sunni Tehreek (a terrorist organization) wanted to start the trial in the session court. Sunni Tehreek forced to start the trial on 18th September 2010 because a large mob gathered in front of the court so the judge had to obey what they said. The mob also chanted death slogans against daddy and Christianity, they had long beards and were shouting a lot and that’s how they were trying to confuse our lawyer but they failed. And thanks to your support and sister Elizabeth who donated 50 Pounds which I gave to the lawyer and made him ready to go to the hearing. Our lawyer went to the court and he argued plus questioned the plaintiff marvelously. Our lawyer raised some very good and legal points. He continued to argue for about two and a half hours. There were some very interesting points which went against the plaintiff but I won’t disclose any information now as the judge has not given any decision yet. But the most interesting point I want to mention here is that when our lawyer asked the plaintiff (Muslim Cleric) that how do you get income? I don’t know about the court but according to my observation, everything was on our side and I saw the plaintiff’s face which was really upset. Our lawyer was very happy but the procedure has not finished yet. I told you that this lawyer is very good for our case but he asks for a lot of money. Hector Aleem Update 08-15-10

The family of Hector Aleem  sent out another update on  the status of his case. Unfortunately, the latest hearing accomplished nothing because his lawyer declined to participate due to lack of funds.

    We don't need to read between the lines to see that the stress is wearing his family's patience very thin.  They are fatigued & frustrated, as anyone  would be in their situation.

    If you are able and willing to contribute to the cause of obtaining justice for Hector,  you can find donation information in their Facebook group.  You may think that cases  such as Hector Aleem's are remote, happening in  Asia, but they will not remain remote unless we stop  Islam's infiltration & subversion of Europe and America.  Unless we act soon, we will be facing the same kind of persecution in our own countries.

Nothing happened in today's hearing because our lawyer didn't appear on today's hearing
We are more deserving than any other flood victim. They lost their house and everything because of natural disaster but we have lost everything of ours because of nothing. I just hate it. Why people are donating them who wont even appreciate because they consider it KAFIR (infidel) MONEY but we are Christians and waiting for help for two years but nobody came forward. I thank every body who has donated but still we need lots of money because of our lawyer, I asked lots of organisations but nobody agreed I am very sure if we were Muslims all these organisations would have helped us 100 times. people are donating these flood victims in millions but nobody can donate us $5000, we dont have much to eat but still we say that our father should be out we dont need money for anything else but I think people are heartless. We have paid our lawyer $1000 and unlimited to his clerk for filing and papers and to him for the gas of his car this amount makes another $1000 and he doesn't considers it as fee but only expenses for him but he didn't appear in court in today's hearing because he want all money together. Even our own church didn't help us. I get $1,$2 or $5 and sometimes $50 or $100 which is very rare. What can this amount do? A sister is helping us in collecting donations and I know she is having too much trouble even from her own Church and I asked another brother to request people for donation on his group but he refused because he said telling people to collect money will lessen his readers and members, they all will leave the group immediately. People can spend $15 or $20 in buying useless Shane Dawson or Shay Tard shirts or buy farmville or mafia wars cash but they can't help someone who's life is in risk. We are living in this difficult country that we cannot even do jobs. But nobody even arranged any asylum for us.

This video was shot on the 23rd, the intervening days were used in creating the sub titles.  The tape was made  on the occasion of a court hearing. Hector was speaking softly because the taping was clandestine.  I expect that when the Paki's find out about it, he will pay in pain.

    There is no justice for Christians in Islam dominated areas. I do not know the extent to which Pakistani law mirrors Shari'ah, I only know that this is the standard set by Umdat al-Salik.

The language barrier  is  obviously at play in this update.  If I interpret it correctly, a stay had been issued in conjunction with an appeal to the High Court but the Judge pressed forward regardless.

    It becomes clear that there is little or no justice for Christians in Pakistan.  The section of Reliance of the Traveller which explains  who is qualified to testify in court exposes the horrific truth. Note the words which I emphasized.

Dear group members.

21st August 2010 was the hearing of Hector Aleem, so here is the update about the hearing. First of all our lawyer asked the judge for the stay, because the High Court has given the stay for the quashment of the case and advised the lower court not to proceed until the High Court allows the lower court but as the judge of the lower court is very discriminative, he was not ready to give the stay even after the order of the High Court but after our lawyer gave some legal points and told him to wait until the judgment of the High Court he agreed not to proceed but the Mullahs and the Lawyer of the plaintiff pressurized him to proceed other wise they will protest and will destroy the court, the judge than started the proceeding. All the witnesses were available and our lawyer had to question them but the Investigation officer of Hector’s case was not available, so the judge has ordered the IO (investigation officer) to come on the next hearing. During the argument of both lawyers (our and plaintiff’s) they both argued so harshly and were about to had a physical fight. But the judge ordered both of them to calm down. And gave the next date of hearing. This all situation tells us that our lawyer is quiet brave and is ready to face any situation.

Hector Aleem Update 7-28

The trial drags on, a reminder of the fact that  there is no justice where Allah's writ runs. Hello everyone

Sorry we always get so tired when its Hector Aleem's hearing. 26th July 2010 was the hearing in the High Court but we were told that we wont have to come because Judge will give another date. I dont know why Judge is choosing some other day for our case but hope everything will be okay. We did not go to High Court but we went to the Session Court, We have a stay in the Session Court because our case is being processed in the High Court. There we met Hector Aleem for like just two minutes, we told him that there are many brothers and sisters who are praying or him. He was happy to know that many people are praying for him and he said "when many people are praying for me then sure God will listen their prayers and will give me freedom asap". Another thing I wanted to tell you is on the day before 26th July 2010, four men were severely injured because someone shot them. And thats the same Court my husband goes to, so today Hector was given security. But still we need your prayers.

Please keep on donating for Hector's legal funds because the case is being processed and lawyers do not work without fee. Those who have already donated, thank you very much. And those who cant donate, please tell your friends to donate and keep on praying for Hector Aleem.

We are Christians living in a Muslim state and our lives are in danger. We cannot even go out to do some job to earn money. We cannot do anything because of the danger from extremists. My Children cannot study anymore because their lives are in danger.

Hector Aleem Update 7-20

These are the two most recent updates to the case of Hector Aleem. This tragic story illustrates the absolute evil of blasphemy laws which the OIC is trying to impose upon the entire world.

Dear Group members

I am very sorry that I didn't update you on time. so here is the update of Hector's case.

1- Our lawyer who was working for us has ran away and after that we found another lawyer who is a Supreme Court lawyer and he has taken our case. When he took our case he told me that first of all he will make Hector out than we will give him his fee but as soon as he took our case he started demanding high fee as he is a SUPREME COURT LAWYER. That is why the amount is bigger than before. I know those who has donated for the previous lawyer do not like this but believe me we are more upset and our case which is very dangerous that even lawyers feels uncomfortable and no organization has helped us that is why we have to do all this alon.

2- Fee receipt of the lawyer is attached but this time I am being more careful. But still we have to collect donations. Do donate any amount you can and if you have already donated than please tell your friends to donate.

3- 22 July is the date of petition filed by our lawyer in High Court. We hope that our FIR ( first information report) will be quashed (cancelled) by the high court judge because it was filed illegal because an individual cannot lodge the blasphemy FIR. A senior officer is supposed to be the plantiff in the blasphemy case and before lodging it he has to investigate the case properly.

4 - As you know that two brothers from Faisalabad having same case i.e. Blasphemy case were shot dead yesterday in Faisalabad - Pakistan and no Police Officer did anything in fact they supported the killer in shooting the victims. Because the killer was only one guy and Police men were many in number but still those two brothers were killed. The reason to tell you this is Hector Aleem is arrested in that false blasphemy case and this case is the most dangerous case in Pakistan. A person can be killed by anyone anytime. So please pray for Hector Aleem's safety and also do write to Pakistani Government for his safety.

Ty brothers and sisters........Today we went to the court but the lawyer of opponent party was not ready and he asked for some time. On the other hand our lawyer did an awesome job, he raised many legal points and judge was very impressed by our lawyer and Judge was on our side. But there were many Mullahs and they began to shout slogan against Christianity.......they were shouting "DEATH TO CHRISTIANITY" After the hearing we ran away from the court and hid ourselves in an office of our lawyer's friend. When the coast was clear we came back to home. We ran away from the court because we heard one of them saying that we must do something to Hector's family to teach that bloody infidel some lesson. We need more prayers..........Thank you once again for praying.

Hector Aleem: Update

Sometimes it is good to be wrong. This is one of those times. I assumed that Hector had been murdered when he disappeared from the jail. The latest update from his family reveals that I was excessively pessimistic. Hector has been returned to the jail after being tortured.

First of all welcome all new group members, please invite your friends to join this group.

1st July was daddy's hearing and luckily I got five minutes to meet him and he told me lots of things in those five minutes. Here are the details:

Daddy told me that people from FIA (Fedral investigation Agency) came and took daddy to some unknown place. There they kept him for five days and during those five days they beat him and tortured him mentaly and physically. Daddy told me that members of Sunni Tehreek (a terrorist organization in Pakistan) and their head Mulana Tahir Iqbal Chisti who is also the plantiff of our case was there. We only know that they tortured daddy, but we dont know how they tortured him because we had only five minutes. But daddy showed me his swelled hands and feet which had bruises on them. He was very very weak and he could barely stand. Then he told me that a person named Shehzad who is 25 years old and is locked up in a cell next to daddy's cell made a Crucifix on a bed sheet. Then he disrespected the Cross by walking on it and after that he urinated and spitted on it and then he wiped feces with it. When daddy informed Ashraf (head Warder) and Imtiaz (an Incharge who assists Ashraf) then they not only encouraged that man and also didn't take any action against him. They told him if he do it next time then they would be more happy of him and he would be given much more facilities in jail. In the end daddy said " first I was being tortured physically and now they are hurting me religiously and mentally". Daddy is not allowed to go to Church, not on Christmas nor Easter. He is not even allowed to pray in his own cell. Its a request to please tell the Suprietendent o the jail to let daddy pray and visit Church. I am giving you his address and phone number, but remember DO NOT day anything against Islam or Pakistan because that can put daddy's life in danger.

The Persecution of Hector Aleem Will be Your Persecution

How would you feel if your loved one was incarcerated, tortured and threatened with death on trumped up charges of "blasphemy? What would be going through your mind if he disappeared from jail and could not be found? How would you pay escalating legal fees?

That is the situation of the family of Hector Aleem. Christians do not get Justice where Allah's writ runs. Pakistan's blasphemy law derives moral support and legitimacy from the annual resolutions "combating defamation of religions" passed by the General Assembly and Human Rights Council.

OIC is striving to convert those resolutions into binding international law so that we can be subjected to persecution just as Hector Aleem is. The time for action is now, before their Ad Hoc Cmte. meets in November. What will you do about it? Will you sign and publicize the International Qur'an Petition? Like we have told you before that Hector Aleem has been disppeared for almost one week. But now we came to know that the terrorist organization Sunni Tehreek took him with the help of FIA (Fedral Investigation Agency) and ldged another case against him. I really dont know his physical situation because if they took him then they must have beaten him. So I will tell you his situation as soon as I get any news. we just came to know that Hector Aleem is back in jail today. We need to bring him out as soon as possible because now we are sure that he is not even safe inside the jail. And if we dont do anything fast then these kind of things can happen again. Like we told you before Sunni Tehreek is a very powerful terrorist organization in Pakistan which is against Hector Aleem.

Martyrdom of Hector Aleem: Why Blasphemy Laws Must Go

A son of Hector Aleem sent an update message through Facebook. I am transmitting his message to you so that you can more fully comprehend why lovers of life and liberty must never accept Islamic blasphemy laws in any time or place, in any form, to any degree no matter how they are disguised. I have added bold font emphasis to the message, it is otherwise unedited.

It is obvious to me that Hector Aleem has almost certainly joined the blessed martyrs waiting under the heavenly altar for divine justice. Murder: its what Islam is; what Muslims do. Simon does not want to confront that reality. I sympathize with him, but I have no hope of a good ending.

Ignore the cloaking prose of the legislation on Pakistan's books. Look through it to Shari'ah and witness the execrable reality of Islam, which causes reasonable men to curse it.

Chapter O8.0: Apostasy from Islam (Ridda)

(O: Leaving Islam is the ugliest form of unbelief (kufr) and the worst. It may come about through sarcasm, as when someone is told, ``Trim your nails, it is sunna,'' and he replies, ``I would not do it even if it were,'' as opposed to when some circumstance exists which exonerates him of having committed apostasy, such as when his tongue runs away with him, or when he is quoting someone, or says it out of fear.)

When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.

O8.2

In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.

O8.3

If he is a freeman, no one besides the caliph or his representative may kill him. If someone else kills him, the killer is disciplined (def: o17) (O: for arrogating the caliph's prerogative and encroaching upon his rights, as this is one of his duties).

O8.4

There is no indemnity for killing an apostate (O: or any expiation, since it is killing someone who deserves to die).

There is no doubt about the penalty prescribed for apostasy. Nor is there any doubt concerning its definition. The list of acts and attitudes is long, I cite here those most relevant.

O8.7: Acts that Entail Leaving Islam

-4- to revile Allah or His messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace);

-5- to deny the existence of Allah, His beginingless eternality, His endless eternality, or to deny any of His attributes which the consensus of Muslims ascribes to Him (dis: v1);

-6- to be sarcastic about Allah's name, His command, His interdiction, His promise, or His threat;

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

-15- to hold that any of Allah's messengers or prophets are liars, or to deny their being sent;

(n: `Ala' al-din' Abidin adds the following:

-16- to revile the religion of Islam;

-19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

-20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet's message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala'iyya (y4), 423-24). )

That Islamic law applies to Muslims, how does it affect me? Take another long hard look at item 20 above. What part of that do you not comprehend: Islamic law has global applicability. Another paragraph lists the limits on conquered Christians. Yet another paragraph identifies acts which abrogate a Christian's treaty of protection, subjecting him to immediate execution. Five items are listed, one is relevant.

It is to inform you all that Hector Aleem has been disappeared suddenly from Jail. We can’t find him anywhere. When our lawyer sent legal papers in jail to get them signed by Hector Aleem then the Jail authorities told that Hector Aleem is NOT in jail and some agencies took him somewhere. We are trying for three days to confirm that where is daddy but no one is able to tell us anything. Our lawyer has searched him in each and every Police Station of Rawalpindi/Islamabad but we couldn’t find him anywhere. Three days have passed now and we still don’t have any clue about daddy. We don’t know if he is being tortured somewhere or being kidnapped. Even Jail authorities can’t tell where he is now. They just say, “Some agencies took him”. But they don’t tell us that where he is and who took him? Please pray for him and tell your friends and family to pray for daddy. If you got your blogs then please publish it in your blogs, and if your friends got any kind of blog then please tell them to publish this news. This is not fair that daddy is not even safe inside the jail, and we don’t know where he is now.

The case of Hector Aleem, falsely accused of blasphemy by Pakistani authorities, continues to drag on. Today I received an update, which I am sharing with you below. Yesterday, another one of Hector Aleem’s hearings took place. Because Facebook is temporarily banned in Pakistan, Mehwish Aleem, Hector’s daughter, e-mailed me and asked that I distribute this message to all members:

“The [prosecuting] Lawyer of Sunni Tehreek has still not arrived from Umrah, that’s why his junior lawyer came for the hearing. Daddy was also there, we saw him but we were not able to talk to him because we were in burqas (for security purpose). The junior lawyer started with the sentence: "I can't tolerate to see this blasphemer standing in front of me; I really want to kill him with my own hands" Judge was there but he didn't say anything to stop him from using that kind of language.

“Our lawyer and Sunni Tehreek's junior lawyer debated (I don’t know the legal word of debate in court language) for one hour and their lawyer was continuously saying that Hector Aleem should be punished or else we will do our own justice. Daddy and lawyer were saying that the real culprit has been caught and legally I should be free from this case but the lawyer of Sunni Tehreek was not trying to listen anything. He gathered many other lawyers from the lawyers bar and they were all in favor of Sunni Tehreek and they chanted slogans against daddy and Christianity. As the lawyer of Sunni Tehreek isn't here so judge gave another date of hearing i.e 27 May 2010.

“After that we went to the lawyer's chamber, there lots of media or maybe people from some news agencies were waiting for the lawyer. So he hid us in his chamber after 3 hours we left his chamber when everybody was gone. In fact YESTERDAY WAS A HORRIBLE DAY.

“Tell people to pray for us and write to our government and other officials to have mercy on us and free my father.

“This was the situation of yesterday. but one important thing Facebook is banned in Pakistan for unknown days due to the 20th May… as we can’t visit Facebook for some days so you have to post this mail there and tell everybody that we can’t visit for few days. And i will inform you about [the May 27 hearing] too.”

Compared to other parts of the world being a Christian in this country is a very easy thing. It requires relatively little sacrifice or courage. I have a friend in Pakistan who is requesting help. In a country where local governments and police answer to Muslim clerics, where women are imprisoned for the “crime” of being raped and young Christian girls are routinely kidnapped and forced into Muslim marriages, or mutilated with acid for refusing marriage Hector Aleem has had the courage to speak out against these things in the name of Christ. For this he has been imprisoned with the charge of blasphemy.

He has refused to renounce Christianity and convert to Islam. Converting to Islam would be the easy way out. It would solve his problems and ensure the safety of his wife and children, but he knows, like the missionaries recently beheaded in Somalia, that this is something a true soldier of Christ can never do. When he is called up before council he lets the Holy Spirit speak. Hector is a well respected Christian and human rights activist. Prior to his arrest he was awarded a national peace award by the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

There is only one lawyer who will defend Hector and the family is having trouble raising the $2,500.00 needed to pay his fee. She is also asking for help in making this persecution widely known. I will be distributing this information to some media outlets and other churches to try to gather support for Hector and his family. Please pass this information on to your congregation to request their support and whatever help they can give. Like our military soldiers our soldiers of Christ deserve whatever support we can provide.

It is requested that on August 2008 some officials of CDA destroyed a Church in Rawal Town in the guidance of Captain Faiz. and they insulted the crucifix and threw the Holy Bible into the garbage, and beat men and women and locked them up into the lockup of Shehzad town, and than set them free after the protest. We protested against all these officials but no action has been taken against them yet. Christians are still peace fully protesting against them that these officials should be terminated from their jobs because they insulted the Holy Bible and The Crucifix. Christian community is very angry for this incident and these officials are creating bad reputation of Pakistan. that is why it is requested to you to please take action against them and arrest them in a Blasphemy offence.

This is the start of the case. The CDA(capital Development Authority) has destroyed the Church and insulted the crucifix and than my father gave this application to file a case of blasphemy against them and on the contrary they filed the same case against my father.

I think you don’t know me, I am an officer in a secret agency and now I came to know that you are an American spy and you are destroying the future of Pakistan. You are giving the secrets of Pakistan to America; your time of death is near. Tell your family to collect your dead body from the mountains of Muree. I am a Muslim and Muslims are not afraid of death, Infidels like you are afraid of death. After killing you I will convert your wife and daughters to Islam, I want to tell you everything before your death. You are feeding your Christians by destroying the future of Muslim kids and looting money from them. I will seize your home and will cut your corpse into pieces and will feed those pieces to your own dogs. Osama Bin Laden was not scared when he destroyed whole America even he was a single Muslim, then you are like an ant in front of me. I will destroy your NGO, black dog have you seen your face you black wind.

I will throw acid on your black face and I am not scared, your own security guards will kill you on my orders. Okay I will see you at Muree maybe that will be the last journey of your life.

"Kausar Parveen, wife of Hector Aleem,
"We know where you and your children live. This blasphemer [Hector] has been arrested because of us, now take care of yourself. As I told your husband, no one will be left from his generation. We will destroy your whole generation. You are Christian and it is a good deed to kill you. My Allah will be very happy if I kill you.

"That bastard's bail had been rejected because of us. Now it's your son's turn. I will keep your daughters, and then you can call your Americans and Germans. Your husband is a traitor and his torment has just started, you just wait for your turn. We are very close to you. You can't hide from us. If you all want to save yourself then there is only one condition: Just embrace Islam. Allah will be happy for you; we only want this.".

And the translation of Threat Letter No. 2
"Kausar Parveen, wife of Hector Aleem,

"Toilet cleaners, Christians. You all deserve to be shot with a gun. First your husband blasphemed against our beloved Prophet Muhammad, and now you don't want to get punished? Remember! If there comes a bastard judge who releases your husband, then we won't leave your husband. Even If you try to leave this country, then we won't let you go easily. I am proudly announcing that Sunni Tehreek will be responsible for your death. Go and show this letter to anyone. We can sacrifice every life on our beloved Prophet."




Email 4, Details and history:

I know it is very lengthy and very detailed but you can take important point or reduce them. so here it is

My father Hector Aleem was arrested on the midnight of 21 January 2009, the police raided our house with large number (50 policemen) of policemen some of them were in uniform and rest of all were in plain clothes, they trespassed our house without any lady police. They beat my father and my mother and my siblings (my sister 25 and two brothers 13, 18); they started to destroy everything in our house and also broke and insulted the picture of Jesus Christ. We kept on asking them that what is the problem and who are they and what is happening but they didn’t tell us anything and continued beating us. They also looted our house and took jewelry and 50,000 rupees. Then they took my father to some unknown place, at that time he was wearing trousers and a shirt, they didn’t let him wear any warm clothe or shoes (that was the month of January and the temperature was approximately -1 degree Celsius). They took him bear footed,(my father wasn’t well and next day he had an appointment with a heart specialist and a surgeon). Than we called the emergency police and told them that we don’t know who took my father (because we didn’t know that if they really are policemen), than at 3 Am we received a call in our residence that my father is in Shalimar police office Islamabad. I and my mother went to the police station and took some warm clothes and his medicine and shoes but when we reached we weren’t allowed to give him any of these things neither these things were provided to him by the police. We again asked them about the case that why he is in police custody and what has he done but nobody told us about the case than after 24 hours we came to know that he has been arrested in a blasphemy case. Than my father was supposed to be brought in front of the judge and than any legal process was suppose to be done but nobody took him to the judge and they secretly took him to the Rawalpindi (the twin city of Islamabad). My father was kept hungry for 24 hours, he is a heart patient and had his angioplasty two years ago but he was beaten by the police severely and was tortured mentally and physically. The Investigation Officer Zafar Iqbal abused him and told him that he will beat him till death and will kill my both brothers and make us (me, my sister and my mother) Muslim. The judge gave him 15 days remand and the policemen beat him for 15 days with the order of the judge who was also a Maulvi having long beard.

The case is registered in R.A Bazaar police station Rawalpindi. According to the FIR (first information report) an unknown person sent a blasphemous sms to the leader of a Sunni Tehreek. The sim card was not registered so they searched for the culprit. When they saw the list of the persons the culprit contacted, they found many names, but in the list the only Christian name was my father’s, he made a call to my father. No other person whom the culprit called was arrested, not even called for investigation. The culprit contacted 90 people and none of them is included in the investigation. It seems that my father has just been trapped in a false case so that they could let him down. My father did not send the blasphemous message he was arrested only because he was the only Christian in the list. According to the law of Pakistan an individual cannot be the complainant of Blasphemy case. Law says that no Blasphemy case can be registered without permission of Magistrate and only higher police officer can be complainant of a blasphemy case, but the complainant in my father’s case is an individual Maulvi (Muslim religious leader). The police are favoring him and the case is registered unlawfully but still my father has spent 14 months in jail.

HISTORY
My father Hector Aleem is running a NGO with the name of Peace Worldwide, established in 1996. when he planned to establish Peace Worldwide at that time we were living in Karachi, but when he started to work for Peace Worldwide some robbers broke into our house and tried to kill my father, (they actually wanted to kill him because of his work) they kept him on gun point for 2 hours but some how they left the house, and took some electronics and money and jewelry. But as they didn’t kill him they continuously tried to kill him that is why we left Karachi and reached here in Islamabad.
Peace Worldwide is registered with the government of Pakistan and has special consultative status with Economic and the Social Council of United Nations. Peace worldwide was working on Human Rights without any discrimination for Christian and Muslim. Peace Worldwide was working on Blasphemy Law also and has highlighted and solved some of those cases. There were many schools running under Peace worldwide in some important cities of Pakistan but in 2004 these schools were closed by the pressure of Maulvies because they accused my father that he has been teaching Christian teachings to the Muslim children, the threat letter is attached. He was also attacked by the Islamists and his left foot was fractured because of that attack, report is attached. An Islamic Organization Shabab Mili was responsible for this attack. Than an employee of Peace Worldwide Irfan Khokhar was killed brutally by some Islamists.
Than in August 2008 my father started work on a Church (Chak Shehzad Church in Islamabad) destroyed by CDA (capital development authority) at that time my father started to receive verbal threats by some Islamic group, but he didn’t stop and continued working for the destroyed church than one day police arrested two men having 70 bullets and two guns and they told police that they were instructed to fire all 70 bullets into my father’s chest. Eight criminal cases were lodged against my father because he was still working for the destroyed Church. But he was declared innocent by the court. In simple words the Islamists tried very hard to finish my father because they wanted him to quit his work.

When they tried everything and nothing happened than they lodged the blasphemy case against him, he was arrested in January and the remaining of the Church in Chak Shehzad was demolished by the CDA in May 2009. Than two police officers came to my father in jail and they told him that they will file so many cases against him that he will not be able to bear them and he could not be free for many years. After that they started many other cases against him and they used to take him to the police station from prison and beat him and torture him in front of the Maulvies and Taliban from Peshawar.

The website of Peace Worldwide was hacked now it is blocked by the government but when you search for the website you will find a note that the account has been suspended due to the non payment of the bill. I am also attaching the e mail from the hosting company of the website. The website of Peace Worldwide was closed with a lame excuse that this website contains some material against Islam (told by an employee of the hosting company verbally they didn’t mention it in the e mail) which isn’t true.

I really don’t know the current situation of my father because we aren’t allowed to meet him in the jail; he is not being treated well in the prison. He is 51 years old, a heart patient who used to take his medicine regularly but now he is not even allowed to take his medicine. When he has his hearing a large number of mob gather outside the court and raise slogans against my father and Christianity and tells judge that they won’t let him out, if the judge will free him they will kill him outside the court. These are the words of the lawyer of Sunni Tehreek. We went to the minister of Law and Justice Mr. Farooq H Naik, he told us to visit his joint secretary but when the joint secretary heard about the blasphemy law he suddenly became furious and told us that my father would get sever punishment.

My father was very active in Human Rights that he was awarded a Peace Award by Mr. Yousaf Raza Gillani the prime minister of Pakistan and he was also invited by Mr. Asif Ali Zardari the president of Pakistan and many other important politicians of Pakistan ( the reason to tell this is he has a positive and good reputation). All invitations and pictures are attached.

Right now my father is in jail and we are hiding ourselves in a house, we usually don’t go out neither any of us is doing a job or studying. We have left our house and our studies; we can’t go out because we also have received two threat letters. Letters are attached.
