Southern Boys and Tony Blair
The first is a "joke" about Rednecks. Now, to me, the term "Redneck" can be a profound term of respect. The South has given more of her blood in all of our wars than any other region. These good ole Southern boys play hard, fight hard, love hard, laugh hard and in general, live hard. Their faith runs deep. Their courage runs long. And the patriotism sinply cannot be challenged. So, while this "joke" may seem simple, think about it--there's an underlying message there and that is Southern boys WILL solve the problem if they're properly motivated.
Subject: Rednecks
The Pentagon announced TODAY the formation of a new, 500-man elite, fighting unit called the United States Redneck Special Forces (USRSF) .
These Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia , South Carolina, Kentucky, Mississippi, West Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina boys will be dropped into Iraq.
They have been given only the following facts about terrorists:
1. The season opened today. The Pentagon expects the problem in Iraq to be over by Friday.
2. There is no limit.
3. They taste just like chicken.
4. They don't like beer, pickups, country music or Jesus.
5. They are directly responsible for the death of Dale Earnhardt.

Now, on to Tony Blair. In a way, Blair got a raw deal. He got the England of today, one overrun with jihadists. He didn't get Churchill's England, where men were men and didn't put up with crap. However, Blair, in many ways, was as succinct and as quotable as Churchill. Here is one of those quotes, and I think he sums up the situation quite nicely:
In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview.
When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America, he said:
"A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want
in...And how many want out ."
Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:
1. Jesus Christ
2. The American G. I.
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.
YOU MIGHT WANT TO PASS THIS ON, AS MANY SEEM TO FORGET BOTH OF THEM. Sphere: Related Content
