Obamination in Cairo: Summary

This summary of the Obamination: Treachery in Cairo series is meant for two classes of readers: those lacking the time and patience to slog through the entire liefest and the patient and ambitious readers who read it all and now need a ready reference.

I realize that Muslims, Jews & Christians have one thing in common: some of the opinions expressed in this blog post will infuriate them. That's tough! Truth is important, even if it gives you pain instead of pleasure. The pleasant lies spewed by our President will lead us down the slippery slope to Hell.

The keywords, used as headers in this post, come from President Obama's speech in Cairo, Egypt. REMARKS BY THE PRESIDENT ON A NEW BEGINNING Cairo University Cairo, Egypt.

"Muslim world" implies unity; that Dar al-Islam has conquered Dar al-Harb and taken over. Earlier, President Obama said that the U.S.A. is not a Christian nation. This time, he declared us a Muslim nation. As such, it must either be immune from attack if ruled by Muslims or conquered to restore it to righteous Muslim rule, eliminating the Kafir government. With a Muslim President ensconced in the White House, how much time will pass before the practitioners of takfir will call for his head as a hypocrite? Continued conflict in Afghanistan & Iraq would guarantee that outcome.

The expression"Muslim world" is part of an egregious pandering campaign of appeasement which can only embolden our enemies and renew their enthusiasm , prompting further attacks. To the casual listener, it is a reference to the parts of Asia, Africa & Europe where Allah's writ runs. But world is an inclusive term, implying the whole of the planet, not a region or subdivision.

goodwill

Goodwill, like respect, must be reciprocal, it is not a one way street. They hate our existence; they want us dead or enslaved. Goodwill is impossible in this condition.

great tension

President Obama implied that tension between Islam and western civilization is caused by our activities, faults and failures.

colonialism

Obama implied that European colonialism caused the tension between Islam and western civilization. In reality, European colonialism was a counter action against Islamic imperialism.

aspirations

This shibboleth has two levels: global and regional. On the global level, it implies that Islam has legitimate aspirations. In fact, It aspires to conquer, subjugate & control the entire world, imposing its system of tyrrany by force. Regionally, it implies that Falestinians have legitimate aspirations. In reality, they aspire to destroy Israel as a preface to total world conquest.

Hostility

We'd be insane if we were not hostile to Imperialism, genocide & terrorism!

Violent extremists

This shibboleth implies that violence is an exception in Islam, not the rule. In reality, violence is sanctified & mandated by the Qur'an, exemplified in Moe's sunna and codified in Shari'ah.

our relationship

This lie ascribes the predator:prey relationship between Islam and western civilization to "differences" when, in reality, it is founded in Allah's Jihad imperative.

sow hatred

"Those who sow hatred rather than peace" is a variant of the extremist shibboleth.

peace

To Islam, peace is the condition after they conquer the entire world. Dar al-Islam is where Alllah's writ runs; Dar al-Harb is where it does not. Harb means war.

justice

Read Reliance of the Traveller, Book O to see how justice is achieved in Islam. Justice means Allah's writ ruling the entire world.

prosperity

In Islam, prosperity follows conquest: the spoils of war and annual Jizya flowing from conquered people. We should give them money so they can afford more and better weapons to attack us with.

mutual interest

We have no mutual interest with Islam. Our interest is to live in peace, liberty and prosperity. Islam's interest is to conquer, subjugate and dominate the entire world, taking all its treasure.

mutual respect

Islam demands respect, it does not give any! Our role is to be "defeated and gathered together to Hell".

America and Islam are not exclusive

They want to replace the Constitution with the Qur'an! They demand Shari'ah, to the exclusion of man made laws. If that ain't exclusive, what is?

common principles

This shibboleth overlooks Islam's duality. Brotherly love, relief & truth apply to Muslims, not to Kuffar. Shari'ah forbids giving Zakat to Kuffar. Muslims are permitted to deceive and attack Kuffar.

justice

To Islam, it means "just us" none but Muslims left alive in the world. To us it means giving to every man his just due.

progress

To Islam it means world conquest. To us it means an improved standard of living.

tolerance

Two kinds of men ascribe tolerance to Islam: ignorant damned fools and liars. Islam is intolerant!
  • 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

dignity

Only an ignorant damned fool or conceited liar asserts that Islam recognizes and values human dignity. Moe said: "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Note the emphasized clause; it has an obvious corollary: our blood & property are not sacred to Muslims until we join them. Moe declared open season on us; so much for dignity.

speak always the truth

President Barack Hussein Obama holds the truth in such high regard that he keeps it, like the good china, in a locked cabinet; he almost never uses it. He only shares interests with Muslims because he is a Muslim. In reality, Muslims are permitted to lie for self-protection and to advance Islam.
  • 2:225, 3:28, 5:89 & 16:106 are cited as foundations of al-taqeyya
    • (unless you indeed fear a danger from them) meaning, except those believers who in some areas or times fear for their safety from the disbelievers. In this case, such believers are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly. For instance, Al-Bukhari recorded that Abu Ad-Darda' said, "We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.'' Ibn Kathir

I'm a Christian

If that was true, he would condemn Islam. Anyone who knows Islam from the inside and then converts to Christianity would not lie about Islam as he does.

dignity and peace

There is neither dignity nor peace in Islam. Putting your nose to the ground and your butt to the sky is not dignified. Sexually exploiting prisoners of war is not dignified. Arbitrarily killing prisoners of war is not dignified. Making war is not dignified, nor is it peaceful.

religious tolerance

Allah commands Muslims to fight pagans until all resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped in the whole world. This commandment is contained in 8:39. Allah commands Muslims to fight Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians until we are subjugated and extorted. This commandment is contained in 9:29. Unlimited, outcome oriented warfare is not a sign of tolerance! Seeking a religion other than Islam will not be accepted and will condemn you to Hell.

racial equality

Abd has two meanings: black and slave. Moe said: "Listen and obey (your chief) even if he is an Ethiopian with a head like a raisin."

John Adams

"The United States has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion or tranquility of Muslims."Another Adams quote contradicts that one.
“In the seventh century of the Christian era a wandering Arab, of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combing the powers of transcendent genius with the preternatural energy of a fanatic and the fraudulent spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth.

Adopting, from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God, he connected indissolubly with it the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war as part of his religion against all the rest of mankind. The essence of his doctrine was violence and lust; to exalt the brutal over the spiritual part of human nature.

Between these two religions, thus contrasted in the characters, a war of more than twelve hundred years has already raged. That war is yet flagrant; nor can it cease but by the extincture of that imposture, which has been permitted by Providence to prolong the degeneracy of man. While the merciless and dissolute are encouraged to furnish motives to human action, there never can be peace on earth and good will toward men. The hand of Ishmael will be against every man, and every man’s hand against him.” John Adams, 1830
–John Quincy Adams, “Christianity—Islamism.” “Unsigned essays dealing with the Russo-Turkish War, and on Greece,” originally published in The American Annual Register for 1827—1829 (New York, 1830), Chs. X-XIV: 267—402. (source)

partnership

Allah explicitly prohibits Muslims from partnership with Kuffar. 3:118 is exemplary.

3:118. O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitânah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses) if you understand.

That command is confirmed in 4:89, 4:144, 5:51, 5:57, 9:23 and 60:1.

what Islam is

Islam is a war cult. How was it spread from Arabia to Africa, Asia & Europe? Islam flowed one way, spoils flowed the other. After 1400 years, it is still making war. Jihad is Islamic war against Kuffar. It is clearly defined in Reliance of the Traveller, O9.0 and the translator's footnote to 2:190. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) stated in one hadith, “The head of its matter is Islam and its pillar is the Salah and its highest peak is the Jihad.” Jihad is what a Muslim must do to avoid being condemned to the fire and earn admission to Paradise As-Saff 10-13 make this fatal fact abundantly clear.

negative stereotypes

With that glib phrase, President Barack Hussein Obama dismisses all evidence of the intrinsic evil of Islam. The entire canon of Islamic scripture, tradition & jurisprudence: so much stereotyping. Yeah, right.

In the original post, I overlooked an important part of President Obama's statement.
And I consider it part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear.
President Obama conflated himself with King Abdullah, "Guardian of the two sacred Mosques". The Constitution assigns no such responsibility to the President. The King of England is "Guardian of the faith", the President is commander in chief.

Barack Hussein Obama

Does anyone else remember how bitterly the candidate, his sycophants, the press and his opponent bitched when anyone pronounced that full name during the campaign?

freedom to practice one's religion

Practicing Islam is not limited to Iman, Salat, Zakat, fasting & Hajj. Jihad is "ordained for you"; "a commerce that will save you from a painful torment". As in "Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, ".

While there is a "right to practice Islam" in this country, then we have no right to life nor do we have a right to be secure in our property. Our rights are abrogated.

common aspirations

  • 2:212. Beautified is the life of this world for those who disbelieve, and they mock at those who believe. But those who obey Allâh's Orders and keep away from what He has forbidden, will be above them on the Day of Resurrection. And Allâh gives (of His Bounty, Blessings, Favours, Honours, etc. on the Day of Resurrection) to whom He wills without limit.
  • 3:185. Everyone shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception (a deceiving thing).

  • 4:74. Let those (believers) who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter fight in the Cause of Allâh, and whoso fights in the Cause of Allâh, and is killed or gets victory, We shall bestow on him a great reward.

  • 4:77. Have you not seen those who were told to hold back their hands (from fighting) and perform As-Salât (IqâmatasSalât), and give Zakât, but when the fighting was ordained for them, behold! a section of them fear men as they fear Allâh or even more. They say: "Our Lord! Why have you ordained for us fighting? Would that you had granted us respite for a short period?" Say: "Short is the enjoyment of this world. The Hereafter is (far) better for him who fears Allâh, and you shall not be dealt with unjustly even equal to the Fatilâ (a scalish thread in the long slit of a datestone).

  • 6:32. And the life of this world is nothing but play and amusement. But far better is the house in the Hereafter for those who are AlMuttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2). Will you not then understand?

  • 9:24. Say: If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your kindred, the wealth that you have gained, the commerce in which you fear a decline, and the dwellings in which you delight ... are dearer to you than Allâh and His Messenger, and striving hard and fighting in His Cause , then wait until Allâh brings about His Decision (torment). And Allâh guides not the people who are Al-Fâsiqûn (the rebellious, disobedient to Allâh).

innocents

If they are not believers, they are not innocent. Disbelief is a mortal sin in Islam. Damned fools will doubt this but I have proof. I place in evidence Al-Ma'idah 33 and Ibn Kathir's tafsir.
  • 5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.
Disbelief in Allah is sufficient to subject you to the listed hudud.

subjugating

Islam subjugates non-Muslims in pursuit of slaves, sex slaves, booty and continuing income from extortion. That is Islam's mission, established by its founder. It does not evolve, nor can it be altered. Islam, being perfected, can only be defiled, not improved.

world order that elevates

I interpret that clause as a discussion of Islamic supremacism. Muslims are the "best of peoples". Moe explained the meaning of that phrase: "the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.". Rush Limbaugh put an economic spin on it, as a clue to Obama's intent to impose Socialism, confiscating your wealth to give it to the Muslims and others who did not earn it.

violent extremism

This shibboleth is employed to establish a false premise: "Islam is a great religion of peace; Jihad and terrorism are deviations from standard Islam.". Jihad is defined and mandated (ordained) in 2:216. Allah dedicated Surahs Al-Anfal & At-Taubah to warmongering. Moe exemplified it in his sunna. Ibn Kathir brings the two together most effectively. Intelligent men of good will will read it and curse Islam, demanding its extinction.

Not at war with Islam

Islam is permanent war against all mankind. What part of "fight them until" do you not comprehend? You have seen "Islam will dominate" on signs in demonstrations in Britain. You have heard it in Juma Kutba. What part of it do you not comprehend? Ibn Kathir calls it "good news".

facts to be dealt with

Al-Ikhwan al-Muslimeen, Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaeda,& Hamas are all one and the same. They are Islam. Islam is them. They are all devoted to one Gd'd demon and based upon one Gd'd book. A lion is a deadly predator, no matter what you call it. Islam is a deadly predator, no matter what name it goes by.

But that is not yet the case

It never will be! So long as Islam dominates Afghanistan, it will be a source of terrorism. Terrorism and genocide are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. Have you read 3:151, 8:12, 8:60, 8::67, 33:26, 33:27, 47:4, 59:2 and 59:13? Why the Hell not? Those ayat are short, easy to read and comprehend. I gave you links to them. Please use those links. In 8:60, scroll down to Abdullah Yusuf Ali's translation. What is the purpose of a large army and arsenal? To do what to whom?

irreconcilable with the rights of human

Islam is irreconcilable with the rights of human beings. Islam denies the right to life. It denies the right to autonomy. It denies freedom of belief & practice. It denies dignity. It denies equality. It murders. It enslaves. It rapes. Moe said that our blood and property become sacred to Muslims when we become Muslims.

and with Islam

The activities of al-Qaeda and Taliban are not irreconcilable with Islam! They are Islam! Taliban means "students of the Koran". They memorize that damned book and the accursed hadith. They obey Allah and emulate his Messenger. That is what Islam is; that is what Believers do. For Chrissake, get a God Blessed clue!!!
  • 49:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those! They are the truthful.
  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 65:

    Narrated Abu Musa:

A man came to the Prophet and asked, "A man fights for war booty; another fights for fame and a third fights for showing off; which of them fights in Allah's Cause?" The Prophet said, "He who fights that Allah's Word (i.e. Islam) should be superior, fights in Allah's Cause."

Fighting to make Islam dominate the world is Allah's cause; if you don't participate, you are not a believer; you are going to Hell.

whoever kills an innocent

Another shibboleth, from 5:32. They never quote the next verse; why is that? Only because it prescribes hudud for those who "wage war against Allah": bilateral amputation, crucifixion, death or expulsion. What is the meaning of "wage war against Allah? Ibn Kathir has the answer. Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. [The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land] Disbelief is sufficient to render you najis, not innocent. Kufar are not innocent, they are guilty of rebellion against Allah and may be killed with impunity unless they are under a treaty of protection. Hypocrites fall into the same category. Get a clue! The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers and Hypocrites

Islam is not part of the problem

Islam is the problem!!! Allah said "fight them until" ; 8:39, 9:29. Islamic law says that the Caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians. That is in Reliance of the Traveller, O9.8, which cites 9:29 as its scriptural basis. O9.9 says that the Caliph fights all other people until they become Muslim. O9.1 says that it is an obligation binding upon Muslims in every year.

promoting peace

I challenge the President to show how Islam promotes peace! Is this how it promotes peace??
Each item in that list is a link to a topic in Ibn Kathir's Tafsir. Ibn Kathir spent his entire adult life studying and teaching Islam. He was a hafiz and a qadi. He quotes the relevant ayat and ahadith, putting them together so that the meaning will become clear to you. If you could comprehend plain English, you would not need his assistance.

build schools and hospitals,

Great. Sink billions in new targets for the Taliban to demolish with their bombs. Keep them busy blowing up local schools and hospitals in Afghanistan, that will keep them away from ours.

our principles

Another highly charged, fully loaded shibboleth. Prosecution by torture and cruel & unusual punishments are domestic proscriptions, for good reason, based upon European experience. Our system of justice seeks truth, not revenge. President Obama conflate concepts related to principles of domestic legal justice with national defense. Al-Qaeda & Taliban captured on foreign fields of battle with weapons in their hands are not American citizens charged with speeding or jay walking. They are enemy combatants. There is a vital difference. They have no rights. Their death is as close as we can come to justice.

Water boarding is not torture. It inflicts temporary fear, not permanent injury. It was medically supervised and monitored. It did not involve beating, burning or cutting.

Gitmo is an alternative to a grave. A very expensive alternative. Those imprisoned there have no right to a trial or a lawyer. They have a right to nothing. They should have been reduced to nothing on the battlefield.

partnership

One of the President's favorite shibboleths. Muslims are forbidden to take Kuffar as partners. We have no common interests or objectives. They want to dominate the world; they perceive us as the greatest obstacle to achieving their strategic objective. Islam is our enemy, not our ally.

Palestinians

"Palestinians" is another favorite shibboleth. "Palestine" is a linguistic corruption of an insulting name imposed on Israel by Rome after the suppression of the Bar Kochba rebellion. Same place, same people; different name. What you call "Palestinians" are undifferentiated Arabs, not members of a separate culture. Name their King, capitol, currency and language which separate them from the mill run of Arabs. I won't hold my breath waiting.

Threatening Israel with destruction

  • Sahih Muslim Book 041, Number 6985:
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.
"The last hour" is a reference to judgment day. It means that the Muslims can't obtain admission to Paradise; the celestial bordello with houris and rivers of wine ; gardens of low hanging fruit until they hunt down and kill the last Jew. They don't get to Paradise until they finish the genocide.

Take another look at At-Taubah 29.
  • Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
What? fight. Whom? Jews and Christians who do not convert to Islam. How long? Until they are subjugated, humiliated and extorted. What did Moe do? Get a clue.
  • Sahih Bukhari 4.52.195
    Narrated Anas:
The Prophet set out for Khaibar and reached it at night. He used not to attack if he reached the people at night, till the day broke. So, when the day dawned, the Jews came out with their bags and spades. When they saw the Prophet; they said, "Muhammad and his army!" The Prophet said, Allahu--Akbar! (Allah is Greater) and Khaibar is ruined, for whenever we approach a nation (i.e. enemy to fight) then it will be a miserable morning for those who have been warned."
  • Abu Dawud Book 38, Number 4390:
    Narrated Atiyyah al-Qurazi:
I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.
Ghazwat & genocide. Got a clue yet? For the terminally stupid, I have another clue.
  • 7:167. And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would certainly keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. Verily, your Lord is Quick in Retribution (for the disobedient, wicked) and certainly He is OftForgiving, Most Merciful (for the obedient and those who beg Allâh's Forgiveness).

What will Allah do to the Jews? He will send someone to torment them until the last day. Who will he send? Got that clue yet? Yes, Morons, I have one final clue for you.
  • In the future, the Jews will support the Dajjal (False Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of this world. [Eternal Humiliation placed on the Jews]
What will the Muslims do to the Jews? Who will lead them in that final genocide? Can a Christian know this and not curse Islam? President Obama claims to be a Christian; he knows Islam from the inside. Why doesn't he condemn it? One way or another, he is a liar.

homeland

This is a powerfully loaded shibboleth. President Obama previously admitted that Israel is the Jewish homeland. He can't bring himself to admit that the Arabs are interlopers & occupiers, false pretenders to possession of the land. They don't want a homeland, they want a big pile of dead Jews. Their objectives are genocide and policide. Their motivation is pride. Israel, by recovering a fragment of her ancient patrimony and withstanding four wars, is living proof of the fact that Allah is an impotent idol. That is the ultimate blasphemy, which no Muslim can tolerate.

Allah made promises to the Muslims. He promised victory. He promised conquest. He promised a 2:1 kill ratio. He did not deliver. You need to read 8:65 & 8:66. Two hundred will overcome 2000. How many Arabs were there in 1948 and how many Jews. Who won? Get a clue. The Jews accepted an unfair division of the land, the Arabs rejected it and launched a genocidal war. For that and 60 years of terrorism they should be rewarded? Go to Hell!

dislocation

Another loaded shibboleth. Their dislocation is a direct result of their genocidal war against Israel. No attack, no dislocation. It is that simple. They are like the parricide who pleads for mercy because he is an orphan.

peace and security

They don't have peace & security because they have no desire for them. They want genocide & policide as preludes to total world conquest.

occupation

The Falestinians can end their occupation anytime by returning home: to Jordan and Egypt from whence they came to Israel., which they illegally occupy.

aspiration

That is another fully loaded shibboleth. Falestinians do not want state hood, dignity, etc. They want to finish the policide & genocide of Israel and move on to the next stage of world conquest.

two peoples with legitimate aspirations

No, only one people with legitimate aspirations, and a group of Arab squatters who seek to kill and supplant the legitimate owners of the holy land.

painful history

Everything the Falestinians bitterly bitch about is a consequence of their attempted genocide and policide against Israel.

only resolution

Any "solution" that leaves live Muslims within rocket range of Israel is part of the problem, not part of the solution.

two states

Israel & Jordan. But Jordan is full of Muslims. No solution! Anything that leaves live Muslims within rocket range of Israel is part of the problem, not part of the solution!

peace and security

While there are live Muslims on this earth, Israel will never have peace or security!

obligations

Which of their Oslo Accord obligations did the Falestinians carry out? Which of their Wye River obligations did they carry out? Which of their road map obligations did they carry out?

abandon violence

That is tantamount to abandoning Islam. Allah will curse them for abandoning Jihad. Jihad is their only guarantee of avoiding condemnation to Hellfire. While they are Muslims, they will be violent.

Resistance

That is another classic shibboleth. Falestinians are the aggressors, not the defenders. They are engaged in genocide, not resistance. Falestinians are not analogous to slaves in America. Those slaves were enslaved and sold by Muslims! They were victims, not aggressors.

moral authority

Since when do the means justify the ends? Islam seeks total world domination; to kill you, rape your widow, take your property and sell your orphans into slavery. What difference does it make how they accomplish their objective? Ballot or bullet, sword or demographics, the end is still unacceptable.

Hamas

Hamas is violent because it is Islam. Islam and Hamas are one and the same. Read their charter; read the Qur'an.

recognize Israel's right to exist

How stupid & dishonest can a Harvard Lawyer be? The objective is genocide and policide. The last Jew must be hunted down and killed. Israel is proof that Allah is an impotent idol. That blasphemy is intolerable to Muslims. Muslims are commanded to make war on Jews. They can't quit, that would condemn them to Hell.

Fallestine's right to exist

Palestine is another name for Israel. Israel has a right to exist; Fallestine does not. Falestinians are undifferentiated Arabs, with their own nations and homelands far from Israel. Let them go home and stay home. Israel is not their home. They were squatting on Israel's territory when they launched a genocidal war against Israel.

Progress

Israel made progress because she engaged in productive pursuits. Falestians make no progress because they invested in genocide and corruption. Israel has no responsibility to Falestinians! All they owe their enemies is a proper burial.

Arab Peace Initiative

It is a total sham; fraudulent from the outset. They want victory, not peace. They are mandated to complete the genocide of the Jews.

Palestinian state

There already is one: Jordan. No more Falestinian states are needed, one is enough.

time for us to act

Yes, it is. Time to rid the world of Moe's War Cult!

Islamic Republic of Iran

The name says it all. Iran is Islamic. Iran wants to rule the world for Allah. Iran's leadership believes that by initiating a great slaughter they can bring about their final victory. Allowing Iran to acquire nuclear technology is the worst mistake we can make. They will use it, and not peacefully. They will share it and the result will be nuclear blackmail. Just nuke Iran and be done with it if you have any common sense. The alternative is too horrible to contemplate!

courage...

Where will you obtain courage, rectitude and resolve? It is obvious that you don't have any. Harry Truman had them. Ronald Reagan had them.. You need them. We are up the creek, without a paddle, with an anchor on our neck. .

nuclear weapons

How would World War Two have ended if we had been last instead of first to create the A bomb? What would Japan or Germany have done with it? What will Iran do with it?

The genie is out of the bottle and it can't be contained again. There is no possibility of adequate and accurate verification of nuclear disarmament. We can not trust the aggressor nations and we can't verify disarmament. Anyone who thinks its possible is a damn fool who should be institutionalized for his own and our protection.

democracy

It is a form of government, not an objective and not a solution. Historically, it has always ended badly. Our government is a representative republic, not a democracy. The key to our success is our Constitution, which President Barack Husein Obama reviles.

The true national treasure is the concept of limited government enshrined in that Constitution. Our current problems stem from abandoning that crucial concept.

Democracy is best described as two wolves and one sheep voting on the dinner menu. Government should protect us from predators, not become one.

tradition of tolerance

Nothing is further from the truth! Islam is not tolerant, it is intolerant. 3:85 says that seeking any religion other than Islam will not be accepted. 8:39 commands war against pagans until resistance ends and only Allah is worshiped. 9:29 commands war against Jews & Christians until they are subjugated, humiliated and extorted.
  • 4:88. Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allâh has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allâh has made to go astray? And he whom Allâh has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance).

4:89. They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliyâ' (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allâh (to Muhammad ). But if they turn back (from Islâm), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliyâ' (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them.

Hypocrite is a code word for those who claimed to be Muslim but did not join the Jihad. Allah commands that they be killed. This is why Islamic law requires the execution of apostates. Islam is not tolerant!!!

Freedom of religion

If Islam has it, nobody else can. Islam is intolerant. It makes war on all non-Muslims. Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims. That is clear on the face of Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387. Jihad, genocide & terrorism are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. Their performance is a required practice. It is not possible to practice Islam without performing them. There is, in Islamic law, a minimum requirement of one military attack on Kuffar in every year. "The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims' interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse."

Zakat must be given to support Mujahideen fighting Kuffar at the battlefront. Failure to join the Jihad, support it financially, or support the Mujahid's families condemns a Muslim to Hell.
  • Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2497:

    Narrated AbuUmamah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who does not join the warlike expedition (jihad), or equip, or looks well after a warrior's family when he is away, will be smitten by Allah with a sudden calamity. Yazid ibn Abdu Rabbihi said in his tradition: 'before the Day of Resurrection".

interfaith dialogue

There is no bigger fraud than interfaith dialogue. Visit http://www.totheulama.wordpress.com to find the details of the fraudulent "Common Word Between Us and You".

education

Bringing Muslims here for education is the worst idea going. We have enough already, we don't need more. Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and others have degrees from American institutions. Learning our language and culture makes them more effective terrorists. Why should we be teaching them computer science, nuclear technology and microbiology --technologies that can be used against us militarily? This country would be much better off if Barack Obama Sr. had staid home.

economic development

Great idea: build factories in Arabia; ship some of our jobs over there, putting Americans out of work. Yeah, right. Great idea: help them to generate more revenue with which to buy weapons to use against us. Yeah, right.

right path, not just the easy path

You are on the wrong path; the easy path: surrendering to Islamic aggression & intimidation.

one rule

The Golden Rule in Islam only applies to fellow Muslims. Zakat can not be given to Kuffar, only to Muslims. Brotherly love is for Muslims, war must be made against Kuffar.

peace

We can't live together in peace with Islam! Islam is permanent war. Jihad, genocide & terrorism are intrinsic sacraments of Islam, codified in Al-Anfal & At-Taubah. A Muslim's salvation from Hellfire and admission to Paradise is dependent on participation in Jihad. Obtaining one of the best places in Paradise is dependent on being martyred.

Do not believe these lying politicians, read Islam's canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence for yourself. You can find the Qur'an, hadith and tafsir with any search engine. I have posted links to them in this series of posts. Why not use them now? Learn, and share what you learn with others, its the least you can do to save civilization from advancing barbarism. .

Qur'an quotes in this series are from the Hilali & Khan translation. In most cases, they are linked to http://www.quranbrowser.com, which displays a table of ten parallel translations. One quote is linked to the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Noble Qur'an because that source provides the translator's foot notes.

Hadith quotes in this series are from collections hosted by the Muslim Student Association at USC. Sahih Bukhari & Sahih Muslim are supposed to be the two most authentic collections.

Tafsir quotes in this series are from Ibn Kathir's Tafsir: http://www.tafsir.com. If you want to find a specific reference, use the search engine at http://www.qtafsir.com, the text is the same.

Quotes from Reliance of the Traveller and Tools of the Worshipper are from a huge text file: http://www.nku.edu/%7Ekenneyr/Islam/Reliance.html . Unlike the Qur'an, tafsir & hadith, Reliance is not available with named anchors for direct linking. I provide the Book, Chapter & paragraph citations, you can search for them with the Ctrl F key combination if you use Windows.

Apologists for Islam argue that the ayat cited above are contradicted by other, more tolerant & peaceful revelations from the early Meccan period. They overlook the fact that Allah does not contradict himself.
  • 4:82. Do they not then consider the Qur'ân carefully? Had it been from other than Allâh, they would surely have found therein much contradictions.

  • 2:106. Whatever a Verse (revelation) do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring a better one or similar to it. Know you not that Allâh is able to do all things?

  • 16:101. And when We change a Verse [of the Qur'ân, i.e. cancel (abrogate) its order] in place of another, and Allâh knows the best of what He sends down, they (the disbelievers) say: "You (O Muhammad ) are but a Muftari! (forger, liar)." Nay, but most of them know not.

Which verses were abrogated? The Ulema determined that, as a general rule, latter revelations abrogate earlier. Surah At-Taubah was among the last to be revealed. Would Islamic law be based upon abrogated verses? Who knew? Moe knew; what did he do? He went on many razia & ghazwats and orderd more. He practiced genocide & terrorism. Evidently the verses commanding that behavior were not abrogated.

Reliance of the Traveller, O9.8 says that: ]Emphasis & links added.]

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

"Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),

Would Shari'ah be based upon an abrogated ayat? Did Moe make war like that? Examine fragments of a relevant hadith.

  • Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4294
    • when the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) appointed anyone as leader of an army or detachment he would especially exhort him to fear Allah and to be good to the Muslims who were with him. He would say: Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children.
    • ). If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them...

Chapter O9.0: Jihad

(O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion. And it is the lesser jihad. As for the greater jihad, it is spiritual warfare against the lower self (nafs), which is why the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said as he was returning from jihad.

``We have returned from the lesser jihad to the greater jihad.''

The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus (def: b7) is such Koranic verses as:

-1- ``Fighting is prescribed for you'' (Koran 2:216);

-2- ``Slay them wherever you find them'' (Koran 4:89);

-3- ``Fight the idolators utterly'' (Koran 9:36);

and such hadiths as the one related by Bukhari and Muslim that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said:

``I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay zakat. If they say it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the rights of Islam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah'';

and the hadith reported by Muslim,

``To go forth in the morning or evening to fight in the path of Allah is better than the whole world and everything in it.''Details concerning jihad are found in the accounts of the military expeditions of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), including his own martial forays and those on which he dispatched others. The former consist of the ones he personally attended, some twenty-seven (others say twenty-nine) of them. He fought in eight of them, and killed only one person with his noble hand, Ubayy ibn Khalaf, at the battle of Uhud. On the latter expeditions he sent others to fight, himself remaining at Medina, and these were forty-seven in number.)

The Qur'an, hadith & Shari'ah form a congruent mutually reinforcing pattern. What I write is true; what Shrub & Obama say is not. Which do you believe?

Obama’s filing against 9/11 families: so bad it's good

http://errortheory.blogspot.com/2009/06/obamas-filing-against-911-families-so.html

Obama’s filing against 9/11 families: so bad it’s good Bizarre amicus brief totally demolishes the Second Circuit's dismissal of the families' suit, then replaces it with the most mendacious stupidity imaginable. Now the Supreme Court will HAVE to hear the case, just to avoid the implication that it accepted this garbage. Blogburst logo, petition9/11 families were stunned this week to learn that President Obama is asking the Supreme Court NOT to review their effort to recover damages from the government of Saudia Arabia and from several Saudi princes for funding al Qaeda’s 9/11 attack on America. That the defendants did funnel vast sums of money to al Qaeda was accepted as a given by the appellate court, as was the fact that al Qaeda was known to be dedicated to and engaged in violent attacks against America. So what was the Obama administration’s reason for siding with the Saudis? Solicitor General Elena Kagan’s amicus brief to the Supreme Court had to admit that the Second Circuit Court of Appeals erred in its grounds for denying the suit against the Saudi princes. No, the fact that the princes did not actually direct the al Qaeda attack on the United States does not relieve them of liability for attacks that they funded. The precedent on this is clear. As long as the defendant knew “that the brunt of the injury” from his tortious act would be felt in America, then:
... he must ‘reasonably anticipate being haled into court there’ to answer for his actions. [Calder v. Jones, 465 U.S. 783, 790. Cited on Kagan’s p. 18.]
Nevertheless, said Kagan, she could think of a way around the appellate court’s utter failure to get the heart of the case right. The families’ suit falls under the 1976 FSIA law that establishes exceptions to the principle of sovereign immunity. This law does not allow jury trials. Thus while the appellate court was clearly wrong to say that the suit should not be heard, Kagan suggests that there are snippets in the ruling that can be read as the appellate court acting in its role of trier of fact, and thus ruling against the families for providing insufficient evidence. In other words, instead of seeing the Second Circuit as rejecting the basis of the suit, we should see them as accepting the suit, and ruling against it on the substance. To make her argument that the appellate court actually did try the facts, she quotes the Second Circuit’s statement that:
Conclusory allegations that [Prince Turki] donated money to charities, without specific factual allegations that he knew they were funneling money to terrorists, do not suffice.
But of course the families DID marshal reasons why Turki could be expected to know that his donations were going to al Qaeda, as indicated by the appellate court’s further statements that there was no personal jurisdiction even if the defendants did “know that their money would be diverted to al Qaeda,” or were “aware of Osama bin Laden’s public announcements of jihad against the United States.” (Cited in the families' reply brief, p.8, and in Kagan’s brief, p. 19, respectively.) For Kagan to pretend that the Second Circuit acted as a sufficient trier of fact, when it explicitly asserted that the facts don’t matter, is just an attempt to mislead the Court. The evidence that the Saudi Princes knew they were funding al Qaeda has yet to be considered by U.S. courts, even though Kagan herself admits that if they did know, they should be held liable. The families respond Of course the families are angry that Obama is blocking their access to the courts, despite their legitimate claims under U.S. law:
The Administration's filing mocks our system of justice and strikes a blow against the public's right to know the facts about who financed and supported the murder of 3,000 innocent people. It undermines our fight against terrorism and suggests a green light to terrorist sympathizers the world over that they can send money to al Qaeda without having to worry that they will be held accountable in the U.S. Courts for the atrocities that result. … The Administration's filing is all the more troubling in that it expressly acknowledges that the courts below applied incorrect legal standards in dismissing the Saudi defendants, but nonetheless argues that the case -- one that seeks to account for the terrorist attacks against America and the murder of our family members -- does not warrant the Supreme Court's time.
This at the same time as Obama insists that al Qaeda operatives held at Guantanamo Bay must be granted access to U.S. courts. Concocted rights for terrorists, yes. Following the law for the victims of terrorism, no. On Saudi state liability, Kagan again misleads to the point of outright dishonesty Here too, Kagan is forced to start out by noting that the grounds on which the Second Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the families’ claims is not valid. The circuit court held that damages for terrorist acts have to be brought under the FSIA law’s special exception for terrorist acts, which requires that the state defendant be designated by the State Department as a terror supporting state. Since Saudi Arabia has not been so designated, suit cannot be brought under this provision, end of case. Wrong, as Kagan herself explains:
Congress’s concern was not to impose new limits on the domestic tort exception, but instead to expand jurisdiction to cover a narrow class of claims based on conduct abroad. See, e.g., H.R. Rep. No. 702, 103d Cong., 2d Sess. 3, 5 (1994) (explaining that the bill would “expand” jurisdiction to include claims by an American who is grievously mistreated abroad by a foreign government”).
This was necessary because the domestic tort exception only applies to injuries that occur on U.S. territory. Specifically, the domestic exception allows suit when:
1605(a)(5) - money damages are sought against a foreign state for personal injury or death, or damage to or loss of property, occurring in the United States and caused by the tortious act or omission of that foreign state.
In the wake of the Iranian hostage taking in Tehran, Congress wanted designated terror-supporting states to be liable for harms that they inflict on Americans even on their own territory, but this in no way was supposed to limit suit over harms that occur within the United States, such as the 9/11 murders. Confronted with this obviously wrong ruling by the Second Circuit, Kagan again tries to cobble together an alternative grounds for granting Saudi immunity. To fullfill this improbable command from above, she decides to flat-out lie about precedent, big bald astounding lies. Torturing "tortious" Notice that the language of the domestic tort exception is perfectly clear that what has to occur inside the United States is the personal injury or death, not the decision that leads to the personal injury or death. Suppose that the home office of a state owned shipping company decides to scrimp on safety equipment for its cargo vessels, leading to loss of American lives when cargo is offloaded in an American port. This is exactly the kind of thing that FSIA was intended to cover, but Kagan pretends otherwise, arguing that not only the tort (the harm), but also the “tortious act or omission” that creates the harm, have to take place inside the United States. In many cases there is no separation between the harm and the act that creates it. They both occupy the same time and place. Neither does the language of torts typically distinguish between the tort and the tortious act. Instead, the tortious act is seen as being realized when the tort (the harm) actually occurs. Kagan's ploy is to try to make a distinction between the tort and the "tortious act" that leads to it, and she is able to come up with some out-of-context references to make it sound as if precedent demands that both the harm and the decision-making that leads to the harm have to occur here in America. She claims, for instance, that:
In Amerada Hess, the Court considered and rejected the argument that domestic effects of a foreign state’s conduct abroad satisfy the exception. 488 U.S. at 441.
Applied to the current case, she is clearly suggesting that the “domestic effect” corresponds to the 9/11 attacks, and that the “conduct abroad” corresponds to the statutorily required “tortuous act or omission” that in both cases took place outside of U.S. territory. A look at the actual Supreme Court ruling, however, shows this to be a gross misrepresentation of Ameranda Hess. Looking up Argentine Republic v. Amerada Hess Shipping Corp. and turning to p. 441 we find what the case was actually about:
In this case, the injury to respondents' ship occurred on the high seas some 5,000 miles off the nearest shores of the United States. Despite these telling facts, respondents nonetheless claim that the tortious attack on the Hercules occurred "in the United States."
In other words, it was the harm itself that in this case did not occur within U.S. territory. Contrary to Kagan’s representation, the Court was NOT making a distinction between the harm and decision that led to it and claiming that both had to occur within the United States. This kind of blatant misrepresentation of precedent is lawlessness! Is this how the Obama administration treats precedent? As fodder for utterly dishonest word games? YES. To preserve its own reputation, SCOTUS will have to hear the families’ case The Supreme Court asked the Obama administration to submit this brief. It cannot be ignored. If SCOTUS accepts guidance from this contemptuous document, then it is implicated in the Obama administration’s contempt for the law. If the sheer perversity of Kagan’s filing does force the Court to hear the families’ case, that would be a great outcome, but the downside risk is equally amplified. If the Court DOES accept Kagan’s guidance, it is a black black day for America. Meretricious cites and arguments dominate every paragraph of Kagan’s brief, except in two place: where she shoots down the Second Circuit’s patently errant grounds for dismissal. It almost seems like she started with a brief in support of the families’ suit before getting the order from Obama to side with the Saudis. Apparently she decided that it was fruitless to try to support the Second Circuit’s reasoning, so she let the demolition of the Second Circuit’s ruling stand, then supplied her own just as bad case for Saudi immunity. However it came about, Kagan’s destruction of the Second Circuit ruling is so competent, and her substitute arguments for immunity so incompetent, that the whole almost seems designed to force a Supreme Court hearing. Could she have intentionally sabotaged her own brief? Doubtful, given that the Obama DOJ just overruled its own career lawyers in order to drop an already won case against three New Black Panthers who were caught on tape using weapons to intimidate voters. Apparently the Obama administration just really is this stupid and malicious. In any case, it seems unlikely that Kagan’s shenanigans will get past the justices. Antonin Scalia is unlikely to forget the FISA case opinion he wrote in 1992, addressing the very question of harms resulting in the United States from decisions made by foreign entities in their home countries. His conclusion? In a breach of contract case where the only tie to the United States was the option of receiving payment in dollars in New York City, the Court denied immunity. Only the harm itself had to take place on U.S. territory, not the decisions that led to the harm, and the opinion was unanimous. Obama’s imperial presidency: he does not want to be bound by the 1976 Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act, and says so The family group states directly that:
The filing was political in nature and stands as a betrayal of everyone who lost a loved one or was injured on September 11, 2001.
Indeed, the entire first section of Kagan’s brief is replete with claims that exceptions to sovereign immunity should be determined politically. That is the way it used to be, before Congress passed the FSIA act specifically in order to take these determinations out of the political realm. The United States only started granting any exceptions to the legal tradition of sovereign immunity in the 1950's, after some nation-states started getting heavily involved in commerce. If state enterprises could not be held liable in U.S. courts, they would have a competitive advantage over private industry. Not smart policy during the cold-war contest between capitalism and communism. Exceptions were at first made on a case by case basis by the executive, but such arbitrariness does not suit the needs of commerce, so Congress made an explicit decision to take this power away from the executive. Even so, Kagan’s brief hints over and over (p. 4-10) that executive prerogative should still hold sway, but without ever making an explicit case that FSIA intrudes on the inherent powers of the presidency, and without ever stating what the president would want to do with those powers in the present case if the court were to recognize them as pre-eminent. The reason Kagan doesn’t make these things explicit is because they are damning. Obama knows that the Saudi’s are liable under U.S. law, but for his own political reasons he does not want them to be held liable, but neither does want the nation to understand that he considers currying favor with the people who attacked us on 9/11 to be more important than justice for his own murdered countrymen. The president does indeed have some inherent power here, just as President Bush had inherent power to wiretap conversations with al Qaeda operatives both at home and abroad, regardless of what Congress put in the FISA wiretapping law. Bush did abide by FISA, but he didn’t have to.* Obama is going further. He does not want to abide by FSIA, but is unwilling to make the case that the particular exemption from FSIA that he is asking for is a legitimate exercise of his inherent powers, or even assert what he would do with that power. He just wants the courts to do his dirty work for him, asking them to grant immunity to the Saudis based on bogus claims about FSIA law and precedent. Conservative justices might be tempted to recognize the president’s inherent powers in the area of foreign policy, but they should not let him exercise this power on false pretenses. If he wants to claim that he has the inherent power to grant immunity to the Saudis and that this is how he wants to exercise that power, he can do it publicly, but he should not be allowed to overrule Congress on the pretense that he is doing the will of Congress. To allow this subterfuge would destroy fundamental FSIA precedents while failing to attain the virtue of the pre-FSIA regime, where the president had to stand or fall by his explicitly political decision-making. If Obama wants to invoke the inherent power of the presidency here, he at the very least has to be willing to admit it. * FISA court precedent on inherent powers The powers of Congress to regulate in an area where the president has his own inherent authority was addressed by the FISA court in September 2002:
The Truong court, as did all the other courts to have decided the issue, held that the President did have inherent authority to conduct warrantless searches to obtain foreign intelligence information. It was incumbent upon the court, therefore, to determine the boundaries of that constitutional authority in the case before it. We take for granted that the President does have that authority and, assuming that is so, FISA could not encroach on the President’s constitutional power.
The contrast to the present case is instructive. Bush’s Solicitor General Ted Olson did not hide the fact that President Bush wanted the court to recognize his inherent authority to conduct signals intelligence. With that power duly recognized, Bush still went the last mile to conform to the law as enacted by Congress. That is what it means to “uphold our fundamental principles and values,” while Obama, who keeps accusing President Bush of failing to uphold our values, engages in legal subterfuge, showing as much contempt for the law as for our 9/11 families. Obamination: Treachery In Cairo #10

REMARKS BY THE PRESIDENT ON A NEW BEGINNING Cairo University Cairo, Egypt. [Block quote format, Ariel font, emphasis added.]
Refutation by a disgusted citizen interspersed in Times New Roman.

AUDIENCE MEMBER: Barack Obama, we love you!

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Thank you. (Applause.) The fifth issue that we must address together is religious freedom.

Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance. We see it in the history of Andalusia and Cordoba during the Inquisition. I saw it firsthand as a child in Indonesia, where devout Christians worshiped freely in an overwhelmingly Muslim country. That is the spirit we need today. People in every country should be free to choose and live their faith based upon the persuasion of the mind and the heart and the soul. This tolerance is essential for religion to thrive, but it's being challenged in many different ways.

tradition of tolerance

Among some Muslims, there's a disturbing tendency to measure one's own faith by the rejection of somebody else's faith. The richness of religious diversity must be upheld -- whether it is for Maronites in Lebanon or the Copts in Egypt. (Applause.) And if we are being honest, fault lines must be closed among Muslims, as well, as the divisions between Sunni and Shia have led to tragic violence, particularly in Iraq.

Freedom of religion is central to the ability of peoples to live together. We must always examine the ways in which we protect it. For instance, in the United States, rules on charitable giving have made it harder for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligation. That's why I'm committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill zakat.

Failure to join the Jihad, support it financially, or support the Mujahid'sd families condemns a Muslim to Hell.

Likewise, it is important for Western countries to avoid impeding Muslim citizens from practicing religion as they see fit -- for instance, by dictating what clothes a Muslim woman should wear. We can't disguise hostility towards any religion behind the pretence of liberalism.

In fact, faith should bring us together. And that's why we're forging service projects in America to bring together Christians, Muslims, and Jews. That's why we welcome efforts like Saudi Arabian King Abdullah's interfaith dialogue and Turkey's leadership in the Alliance of Civilizations. Around the world, we can turn dialogue into interfaith service, so bridges between peoples lead to action -- whether it is combating malaria in Africa, or providing relief after a natural disaster.

interfaith dialogue

There is no bigger fraud than interfaith dialogue. Visit http://www.totheulama.wordpress.com to find the details of the fraudulent "Common Word Between Us and You".

The sixth issue -- the sixth issue that I want to address is women's rights. (Applause.) I know –- I know -- and you can tell from this audience, that there is a healthy debate about this issue. I reject the view of some in the West that a woman who chooses to cover her hair is somehow less equal, but I do believe that a woman who is denied an education is denied equality. (Applause.) And it is no coincidence that countries where women are well educated are far more likely to be prosperous.

Now, let me be clear: Issues of women's equality are by no means simply an issue for Islam. In Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, we've seen Muslim-majority countries elect a woman to lead. Meanwhile, the struggle for women's equality continues in many aspects of American life, and in countries around the world.

I am convinced that our daughters can contribute just as much to society as our sons. (Applause.) Our common prosperity will be advanced by allowing all humanity -- men and women -- to reach their full potential. I do not believe that women must make the same choices as men in order to be equal, and I respect those women who choose to live their lives in traditional roles. But it should be their choice. And that is why the United States will partner with any Muslim-majority country to support expanded literacy for girls, and to help young women pursue employment through micro-financing that helps people live their dreams. (Applause.)

Finally, I want to discuss economic development and opportunity.

I know that for many, the face of globalization is contradictory. The Internet and television can bring knowledge and information, but also offensive sexuality and mindless violence into the home. Trade can bring new wealth and opportunities, but also huge disruptions and change in communities. In all nations -- including America -- this change can bring fear. Fear that because of modernity we lose control over our economic choices, our politics, and most importantly our identities -- those things we most cherish about our communities, our families, our traditions, and our faith.

But I also know that human progress cannot be denied. There need not be contradictions between development and tradition. Countries like Japan and South Korea grew their economies enormously while maintaining distinct cultures. The same is true for the astonishing progress within Muslim-majority countries from Kuala Lumpur to Dubai. In ancient times and in our times, Muslim communities have been at the forefront of innovation and education.

And this is important because no development strategy can be based only upon what comes out of the ground, nor can it be sustained while young people are out of work. Many Gulf states have enjoyed great wealth as a consequence of oil, and some are beginning to focus it on broader development. But all of us must recognize that education and innovation will be the currency of the 21st century -- (applause) -- and in too many Muslim communities, there remains underinvestment in these areas. I'm emphasizing such investment within my own country. And while America in the past has focused on oil and gas when it comes to this part of the world, we now seek a broader engagement.

On education, we will expand exchange programs, and increase scholarships, like the one that brought my father to America. (Applause.) At the same time, we will encourage more Americans to study in Muslim communities. And we will match promising Muslim students with internships in America; invest in online learning for teachers and children around the world; and create a new online network, so a young person in Kansas can communicate instantly with a young person in Cairo.

On economic development, we will create a new corps of business volunteers to partner with counterparts in Muslim-majority countries. And I will host a Summit on Entrepreneurship this year to identify how we can deepen ties between business leaders, foundations and social entrepreneurs in the United States and Muslim communities around the world.

economic development

Great idea: build factories in Arabia; ship some of our jobs over there, putting Americans out of work. Yeah, right. Great idea: help them to generate more revenue with which to buy weapons to use against us. Yeah, right.

On science and technology, we will launch a new fund to support technological development in Muslim-majority countries, and to help transfer ideas to the marketplace so they can create more jobs. We'll open centers of scientific excellence in Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and appoint new science envoys to collaborate on programs that develop new sources of energy, create green jobs, digitize records, clean water, grow new crops. Today I'm announcing a new global effort with the Organization of the Islamic Conference to eradicate polio. And we will also expand partnerships with Muslim communities to promote child and maternal health.

All these things must be done in partnership. Americans are ready to join with citizens and governments; community organizations, religious leaders, and businesses in Muslim communities around the world to help our people pursue a better life.

The issues that I have described will not be easy to address. But we have a responsibility to join together on behalf of the world that we seek -- a world where extremists no longer threaten our people, and American troops have come home; a world where Israelis and Palestinians are each secure in a state of their own, and nuclear energy is used for peaceful purposes; a world where governments serve their citizens, and the rights of all God's children are respected. Those are mutual interests. That is the world we seek. But we can only achieve it together.

I know there are many -- Muslim and non-Muslim -- who question whether we can forge this new beginning. Some are eager to stoke the flames of division, and to stand in the way of progress. Some suggest that it isn't worth the effort -- that we are fated to disagree, and civilizations are doomed to clash. Many more are simply skeptical that real change can occur. There's so much fear, so much mistrust that has built up over the years. But if we choose to be bound by the past, we will never move forward. And I want to particularly say this to young people of every faith, in every country -- you, more than anyone, have the ability to reimagine the world, to remake this world.

All of us share this world for but a brief moment in time. The question is whether we spend that time focused on what pushes us apart, or whether we commit ourselves to an effort -- a sustained effort -- to find common ground, to focus on the future we seek for our children, and to respect the dignity of all human beings.

It's easier to start wars than to end them. It's easier to blame others than to look inward. It's easier to see what is different about someone than to find the things we share. But we should choose the right path, not just the easy path. There's one rule that lies at the heart of every religion -- that we do unto others as we would have them do unto us. (Applause.) This truth transcends nations and peoples -- a belief that isn't new; that isn't black or white or brown; that isn't Christian or Muslim or Jew. It's a belief that pulsed in the cradle of civilization, and that still beats in the hearts of billions around the world. It's a faith in other people, and it's what brought me here today.

right path, not just the easy path

You are on the wrong path; the easy path: surrendering to Islamic aggression & intimidation.

one rule

The Golden Rule in Islam only applies to fellow Muslims. Zakat can not be given to Kuffar, only to Muslims. Brotherly love is for Muslims, war must be made against Kuffar.

We have the power to make the world we seek, but only if we have the courage to make a new beginning, keeping in mind what has been written.

The Holy Koran tells us: "O mankind! We have created you male and a female; and we have made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another."

The Talmud tells us: "The whole of the Torah is for the purpose of promoting peace."

The Holy Bible tells us: "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God." (Applause.)

The people of the world can live together in peace. We know that is God's vision. Now that must be our work here on Earth.

Thank you. And may God's peace be upon you. Thank you very much. Thank you. (Applause.)

Learn, and share what you learn with others, its the least you can do to save civilization fro advancing barbarism.

Obamination: Treachery In Cairo #9

REMARKS BY THE PRESIDENT ON A NEW BEGINNING Cairo University Cairo, Egypt. [Block quote format, Ariel font, emphasis added.]
Refutation by a disgusted citizen interspersed in Times New Roman.

For decades then, there has been a stalemate: two peoples with legitimate aspirations, each with a painful history that makes compromise elusive. It's easy to point fingers -- for Palestinians to point to the displacement brought about by Israel's founding, and for Israelis to point to the constant hostility and attacks throughout its history from within its borders as well as beyond. But if we see this conflict only from one side or the other, then we will be blind to the truth: The only resolution is for the aspirations of both sides to be met through two states, where Israelis and Palestinians each live in peace and security. (Applause.)

two peoples with legitimate aspirations

That is in Israel's interest, Palestine's interest, America's interest, and the world's interest. And that is why I intend to personally pursue this outcome with all the patience and dedication that the task requires. (Applause.) The obligations -- the obligations that the parties have agreed to under the road map are clear. For peace to come, it is time for them -- and all of us -- to live up to our responsibilities.

obligations

Which of their Oslo Accord obligations did the Falestinians carry out? Which of their Wye River obligations did they carry out? Which of their road map obligations did they carry out?

Palestinians must abandon violence. Resistance through violence and killing is wrong and it does not succeed. For centuries, black people in America suffered the lash of the whip as slaves and the humiliation of segregation. But it was not violence that won full and equal rights. It was a peaceful and determined insistence upon the ideals at the center of America's founding. This same story can be told by people from South Africa to South Asia; from Eastern Europe to Indonesia. It's a story with a simple truth: that violence is a dead end. It is a sign neither of courage nor power to shoot rockets at sleeping children, or to blow up old women on a bus. That's not how moral authority is claimed; that's how it is surrendered.

abandon violence

Now is the time for Palestinians to focus on what they can build. The Palestinian Authority must develop its capacity to govern, with institutions that serve the needs of its people. Hamas does have support among some Palestinians, but they also have to recognize they have responsibilities. To play a role in fulfilling Palestinian aspirations, to unify the Palestinian people, Hamas must put an end to violence, recognize past agreements, recognize Israel's right to exist.

At the same time, Israelis must acknowledge that just as Israel's right to exist cannot be denied, neither can Palestine's. The United States does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements. (Applause.) This construction violates previous agreements and undermines efforts to achieve peace. It is time for these settlements to stop. (Applause.)

And Israel must also live up to its obligation to ensure that Palestinians can live and work and develop their society. Just as it devastates Palestinian families, the continuing humanitarian crisis in Gaza does not serve Israel's security; neither does the continuing lack of opportunity in the West Bank. Progress in the daily lives of the Palestinian people must be a critical part of a road to peace, and Israel must take concrete steps to enable such progress.

Progress

Israel made progress because she engaged in productive pursuits. Falestians make no progress because they invested in genocide and corruption. Israel has no responsibility to Falestinians! All they owe their enemies is a proper burial.
