In an AFP report carried by Google, President Elect Obama's designated Secretary of State uttered this cretinous comment in her confirmation hearing.

"strategy of smart power in the Middle East that addresses the security needs of Israel and the legitimate political and economic aspirations of the Palestinians"

The security need of Israel is to be permanently and constantly free from attack and the threat of attack. Palestinians are Jews, not Arabs, not Muslims. Palestine is a corruption of a name imposed by Rome as an insult after a rebellion against Roman occupation of Israel. Get a clue; read the history.

The ownership of the land by its owners is only one of usufruct, and this Waqf will endure as long as Heaven and earth last. Any demarche in violation of this law of Islam, with regard to Palestine, is baseless and reflects on its perpetrators.

Article Thirty-Four

Palestine is the navel of earth, the convergence of continents, the object of greed for the greedy, since the dawn of history. The Prophet, may Allah's prayer and peace be upon him, points out to that fact in his noble hadith in which he implored his venerable Companion, Ma'adh ibn Jabl, saying:

• O Ma'adh, Allah is going to grant you victory over Syria after me, from Al-Arish to the Euphrates, while its men, women, and female slaves will be dwelling there until the Day of Resurrection. Those of you who chose [to dwell in one of the plains of Syria or Palestine will be in a state of Jihad to the Day of Resurrection.

Without giving a specific quote, AFP reports that Mrs. Clinton rejects negotiation with Hamas until they recognize Israel, renounce violence and agree to abide by previous peace agreements. When will that happen? On the 33^rd day of the month of Never.

By virtue of Caliph Umar's conquest of the Roman Province of Syria in 638, the Levant belongs to Allah and Muslims must maintain possession of it. By reconquering a fragment of her ancient patrimony, Israel disproves Allah's promises and establishes his status as an impotent idol as demonstrated fact. Muslims will never tolerate that insult.

  the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

  "I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"

  this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

  The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) [...]

That is Islamic law. It states that the Caliph must make at least one military expedition against Kuffar in every year. This is confirmed by Fiqh.

• Below is what Al-Ghazali actually wrote about jihad war, and the treatment of the vanquished non-Muslim dhimmi peoples (from the Wagjiz, written in 1101 A.D.): …one must go on jihad (i.e., warlike razzias or raids) at least once a year...one may use a catapult against them [non-Muslims] when they are in a fortress, even if among them are women and children. One may set fire to them and/or drown them...If a person of the Ahl al-Kitab [People of The Book - Jews and Christians, typically] is enslaved, his marriage is [automatically] revoked…One may cut down their trees...One must destroy their useless books. Jihadists may take as booty whatever they decide...they may steal as much food as they need...
• Al-Shafi'i (God have mercy on him) said: "The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims' interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse." He said: "If he did not undertake the sending of enough troops to fight, those who are absent (must) go out, and consider as an obligation that which God (who is praised) said."

Fools, morons, idiots, cretins and the terminally brainwashed will not accept any evidence, no matter how copious nor how well documented. For those few remaining intelligent and open minded people who may read this post, I present links to exegeses: Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, which cites the ayat & ahadith upon which the Qadi's expert opinion is based. The titles alone will suffice for the few having common sense.

• The Command to strike the Enemies' Necks, tighten Their Bonds, and then free Them either by an Act of Grace or for a Ransom
• The Order to fight until there is no more Fitnah
• Permission to fight; this is the first Ayah of Jihad
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers and Hypocrites

Now you know that anyone and everyone who spews "peace process", "two state solution", "road map","one state solution", "compromise", "settlement", etc. is either a fool or a liar, most likely a liar. Govern yourself accordingly and use common sense when you vote next time, if there is a next time.

I have been sitting in front of my computer for the last week wondering what the hell is going on with the world. Each day I see more and more evidence of the hatred and bigotry associated with "The Religion of Peace", and not one elected official or member of the media speak out in horror of what they have seen and heard. Their silence is deafening.

The supporters of murderers take to the streets and the media covers them. What they don't show the public is the level of hatred that these hordes spew at all times. Scenes like this do not make it on to the nightly news:

I could post hundreds of videos like these, but you get the point. The world does nothing to counter this. And it frightens me.

I know this frightens many elder Jews. Men and women who suffered the horrors of the Holocaust. They remember how that started, they remember the songs and chants of hatred, and where it led.

The Holocaust didn't start with Dachau and Auschwitz, it ended there. It didn't start with World War 2, that war ended it. It started with an idea. That was all. An idea to rid the world of all people who were Jewish. How they did it is a lesson in hate. It happened in 4 stages.

Stage 1:

Propaganda

It started first with a media campaign. With cartoons and articles depicting Jews as less then human. The Nazis had to win over the hearts and minds of the German people. And it was through the media of the time: Print, radio, and film that they were to accomplish it.

As you can see by the above example, Jews are depicted as lazy and unGerman. Exactly the idea the Nazis wanted to show.

And in today's media anti-Semitic cartoons are again being shown. Not just in the Muslim world where they are acceptable, but here in the United States and in Europe.

This one was printed in many major newspapers in the US, Canada and Europe.

Already the media has joined the bigots in their campaign. The print media has already started the process in 1990 and the rest of the media (Conservative radio withstanding) is jumping on the band wagon. It is already to blame Israel and more importantly Jews for all the evils in the world. That is the message the majority of people in the West are hearing day and night from the media. It is becoming their mantra, their motto. And the majority of people in the West are like sheep. They are easily led and manipulated.

Stage 1 is well underway. On to Stage 2.

Stage 2:

Protests and Riots

Stage 2 is the "People's Uprising" part of the operation. In this supposed average citizens (and in the case of German: Brownshirts) take to the streets in protests. These protests get more and more violent over the weeks, months or years, culminating in the ultimate protest of all: The Riot (in Germany Kristallnacht).


Again we are seeing the middle part of Stage 2. So-called "citizen protests" in every major city in the world. Many are turning violent. In London and Paris there have been riots.

This is just the beginning. The protests all over the world will get more and more violent and will be attacking more and more Israeli and Jewish businesses and people.

Governments will have to cave into the demands of the rioters in order to have peace. There is just one problem. Their demands lead directly to Stages 3 and 4.

By this time the government is able to start their "Final Solution" without any subterfuge. They will eliminate the rabble crowd from public view (In Germany Hitler destroyed the Brownshirts) and can operated openly with public support in many cases.

Stage 3:

Deportation

The government will begin the round up of their Jewish population to place them in safe areas. This now can be done openly and with great fanfare if the government wishes. The people will be placed in special areas with a city (as in the Warsaw Ghetto) or special areas in their nation (as in various Indian Reservations or Japanese Interment Camps). If people complain about it, they either mysteriously disappear or are brought up on false charges. If a group starts to complain about what is happening, they are reminded that these people are being relocated for their own protection.

The majority population either doesn't care or is openly supportive of the action being taken.

Sometimes governments stop here. They either do not have the immorality in them to take the last step, or enough public outcry stops them from taking the last step.

Stage 4:

Genocide.

It is a very small step to go from the rounding up of people to the mass execution of people. A very small step. This step is normally done without the public's knowledge and with a total or almost total media blackout. For if the general public ever found out about the slaughter of innocent people, they would be so horrified that they might not be easily controlled by the government.

In Turkey the government rounded up millions of Armenians and slaughtered them by shootings, starvation, and illness.

In Germany at the start of the Holocaust, the Germans had a 2-fold idea. Starvation and mobile killing units (Einsatzgruppen). This units would dig a big ditch or pit, have the Jews rounded up, many times they would force the people to strip, then line the up and shoot them. At Babi Yar more than 34,000 men, women and children were murdered over a 2 day period.

But that was too inefficient and slow. The final step in the perfect genocide is the creation of "special death camps". Places where the only object is to kill your fellow man. The names of Auschwitz, Treblinka, Sobibór, Bełżec, Chełmno, and Majdanek jump out at you. They speak of untold horror and death. They are the end result in what started with Stage 1.

Already we are seeing the first 2 stages of the road to genocide being played out in the world. There is the media accepting as truth the propaganda and lies coming from the Muslim world, accepting without any questions. And there is the "People's Uprisings" being played all over the world. Already Stage 2 is progressing to riots and beatings. If left unchecked these riots will become worse and there will be murders associated with them.

And what do we have to combat it? Very little. We have bloggers who try and spread the truth about what is happening. We have a few conservative speakers on the radio trying to spread the truth. But we have mostly silence. Silence from elected officials too scared of those who are rioting to anger them further and silence from the media, too afraid of losing their viewers. And thus has begun.

I know many voices on the right who claim that this cannot happen again, that they will not allow it. But how many of them would actually lay down their lives to prevent it? It is one thing to say you will not allow it, but another to actually have to take a stand and prevent it.

Each day I am reminded of the words of Edmund Burke, 1729-1797, British statesman and philosopher, who wrote:

"Evil flourishes when good men do nothing."

I pray that this time the good men and women will do something to stop it.

"An outbreak of common sense?"

I am sure you all remember Baby P who I named one of my Heroes of the Year. In my column, I commented about the failure of the child protection services in Haringey, where Baby P lived out his short, tortured life:

This precious hero, reaching out to someone, despite the documented abuses he suffered. This child, despite having come to the attention of many local child protection services, was killed by people who SHOULD have nurtured him. This young hero, was also killed by the neglect of the authorities who completely failed in their duty. For a timeline of how this baby boy was abused by not only his mother and her 'friends' but failed by the people whose job it is to safeguard all children, go here. It seems that after his death, there was much wringing of hands, pointing of fingers, as all sorts of investigations were started. Yes, heads rolled ... (original post here.)

One of the heads that rolled was Sharon Shoesmith, then council chief. She was sacked, and told she would have no severance package, no compensation. It seems Ms. Shoesmith was not willing to go quietly. To say I was outraged when I found the following article, is to grossly understate my reaction:

THE council chief sacked over the Baby P abuse scandal is claiming ministers acted illegally by firing her.

Sharon Shoesmith, 55, who was dismissed last month for "devastating" failures, is fighting for up to £173,000 compensation.

A 500-page dossier claims both Children's Secretary Ed Balls and Haringey council broke the law by firing her.

Her lawyers say the damning report into the scandal which led to her dismissal was untrue.

Mrs Shoesmith, who is understood to have hired Ken Livingstone's former lawyer Tony Child, refused to apologise or resign from her £110,000 job after 17-month-old Baby P died of abuse while he was on the council's at-risk register.

A source said Mrs Shoesmith had come out "all guns blazing". They added: "[She] is basing her appeal on the grounds that the panel failed to apply the law properly, and failed to check whether the findings of the highly critical report were true."

Baby P died in his cot after suffering 50 injuries. Social workers saw him about 60 times yet he was left with his abusive mother and step-father and their lodger. All three await sentencing.[emphasis mine]

Be sure to check out some of the readers' comments on that. They don't mince words. It seems Ms Shoesmith did not have to wait her fortnight (that's two weeks for my American readers!) for a decision.

Baby P official loses sack appeal

Sharon Shoesmith's department was heavily criticised in the Baby P case

The former head of children's services at the centre of the Baby P case has lost an appeal against her dismissal.

Sharon Shoesmith was sacked by Haringey Council last month after a damning initial report into her department's role into the 17-month-old's death.

The toddler, who was on the council's "at-risk" register, died in 2007 after suffering a series of major injuries.

The north London council said the appeal had been rejected by a panel of councillors.

Following the report, Ms Shoesmith was dismissed with immediate effect and the council said she would not be receiving any compensation or pay in lieu of notice....(BBC here)

I would say that there are no winners in any of this. Upon reflection, though, maybe any future children in care may be the winners. Not only will Ms Shoesmith never again be in a position to a be grossly negligent in her duty, but perhaps also, any other workers whose job it is to protect the weakest in our society will be more vigilant. Maybe - just maybe - in future cases, some employee will blow the whistler on obvious cases of child abuse.

And the title of this piece? Was a comment by a reader on today's report in the Evening Standard:

...Ms Shoesmith's appeal hearing before a panel of three Haringey councillors began on Wednesday last week and lasted three days.

A Haringey Council spokesman said: "A panel of councillors has rejected an appeal by Sharon Shoesmith against her dismissal on December 8 2008.

"The decision was taken today by a different panel of councillors from the ones who made the original decision. Ms Shoesmith will not be returning to work in Haringey. She will not receive any compensation package. She will not receive any payment in lieu of notice."...

I expect Ms. Shoesmith will continue to feel hard done by, and wrongly dismissed, etc. etc. Be that as it may, it is my fervent hope that ALL future employees responsible for the safety of these precious littlest heroes, use a LARGE dose of common sense, at the very least.

I heard the following story VERY early this morning, and the irony of timing made me gasp! When we have The Religion of Death (oops, I mean the Religion of Peace) killing all the infidels world wide, and London - yes! MY london! - being demolished from the inside out by the Pro-Religion of Death support 'rallies', comes this from a bunch of atheists:

'No God' campaign draws complaint

An atheist campaign claiming "There's probably no God" has been reported to the advertising regulator.

Posters with the slogan appear on 800 buses in England, Scotland and Wales, as well as on the London Underground.

But organisation Christian Voice has complained to the Advertising Standards Authority saying they break rules on substantiation and truthfulness.

The British Humanist Association, which backed the campaign, said it was not taking the complaint seriously.

The ASA's code states "marketers must hold documentary evidence to prove all claims". The regulator said it would assess the complaint and decide whether to contact the advertiser.

It appears from the Beeb report that this campaign was the "brainchild" of a comedian. Oh, really? Not sure that any of the innocents around the world, being killed in the name of various gods, would appreciate the comedy in this campaign. I don't think it funny, either. BUT I do marvel at the irony, that in England, MY England, where islam supporters are compling lists of Jews to target, and rampaging around neighbourhoods of London I know and love, trying to silence any infidels who dare call a terrorist what they ARE, we still have enough freedom of speech (for now) to foist THIS notion on commuters.

Who was it said something like: We won't have to invade the west. They will destroy themselves from within???

To quote one of my all-time favourite songs:

How Israel Got Her Groove Back

In the movie How Stella Got Her Groove Back, Stella a successful, 40-year-old stock broker raising her son and niece, is talked into a trip to Jamaica by her friend Delilah. In Jamaica she meets William Shakespeare, 20 years her junior and is caught up in a steamy romance. During which she examines her life and tries to strike a balance between her need for romance and her life as a mother and executive.

Israel has been like Stella. Israel was going through a crises. Trying to please the US and Europeans with concession after concession and getting nothing in return. The disaster of the Second Lebanese War of 2006 left her vulnerable, her enemies gathering like wolves for the slaughter.

Now that has changed. Today Israel is back to her old self. She is stronger, better equipped to handle what the world throws at her. And her enemies are worried.

Dan Diker is a foreign policy analyst with the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. He writes from Jerusalem today with an optimistic assessment of Israel's current offensive:

Israel may have reached a deterrent moment in its war in Gaza against Iranian-backed Hamas. I spoke with a senior Arab diplomat last night. He told me that the Arab street is afraid that "the Jews have gone crazy."

Yes, it's true. He noted, "Israel has begun to restore its deterrence" in the Arab world. "Hamas miscalculated," he added. They had thought Israel would not attack, but would merely accede to tougher Hamas demands for an improved "Tahdiya," their version of a temporary calm.

This is perhaps one of the more optimistic assessments I have heard from Arab colleagues recently. There is supporting documentation. Hizbullah's immediate public denial yesterday of the Katusha rocket attack from Southern Lebanon against Israel's North and the reports on Lebanese TV of convoys of Lebanese (read: Hizbullah) vehicles moving north in expectation of a major Israeli reprisal strengthens this sense.

It's also notable that Al Jazeera's reportage yesterday avoided interviewing ordinary Gazans. Arab sources in Gaza confided that the public anger is not directed at Israel any more than it is at Hamas. Al Jazeera, doing a superb job as PR agents for Iran's proxies, likely wanted to avoid risking those types of reactions from the battlefield.

The source also said that Hamas is "doing very bad things" to Fatah activists in Gaza both as revenge against claims that Fatah leadership provided intelligence to Israel, and as a warning to Fatah to avoid the temptation of being convinced by Egypt, the US and the West that they reassert control in Gaza.

Fatah officials in the West Bank are also demoralized. Nasser Juma'a, a Palestinian Legislative Council Member from Nablus told a well known British reporter yesterday that the "Hamas are insects" and noted that the Palestinians would likely "not see a Palestinian state in his lifetime." Qadura Fares, a Fatah senior, said that the PA would not succeed either in the West Bank or Gaza without "tackling the privileges of the Fatah elite," who he said "have become like princes."

Yes, Israel has gotten their groove back! Gone are the days of concession after concession without anything in return. Gone are the days of humiliation at the hands of her enemies, and gone is the idea of the Saudi Peace Plan. A plan by Saudi Arabia to destroy the Jewish Nation.

There will be no more concessions on Israel's part. Jerusalem will be taken off the negotiating table forever, Hamas and Hizbollah are scared of her might.

The Jews haven't gone crazy. They are remembering that they are the Lions of Judea! That they are God's Warriors! That they are not, and never will again be Ghetto Jews!

Today Israel got her groove back. Jews and their supporters all over the world are walking taller, with a pride in their step.

And it feels damn good!
