Absolutism & Abrogation

The Qur'an is not silent concerning itself.

• 44:2. By the manifest Book (this Qur'ân) that makes things clear,

  
  

  44:3. We sent it (this Qur'ân) down on a blessed night [(i.e. night of Qadr, Sûrah No: 97) in the month of Ramadân,, the 9th month of the Islâmic calendar]. Verily, We are ever warning [mankind that Our Torment will reach those who disbelieve in Our Oneness of Lordship and in Our Oneness of worship].

  
  

  44:4. Therein (that night) is decreed every matter of ordainments .

  
  

  44:5. Amran (i.e. a Command or this Qur'an or the Decree of every matter) from Us. Verily, We are ever sending (the Messengers),




• 56:77. That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Qur'ân).

  
  

  56:78. In a Book well-guarded (with Allâh in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz).

  
  

  56:79. Which (that Book with Allâh) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels).

  
  

  56:80. A Revelation (this Qur'ân) from the Lord of the 'Alamîn (mankind, jinns and all that exists).

  
  

  56:81. Is it such a talk (this Qur'an) that you (disbelievers) deny?




• 2:185. The month of Ramadân in which was revealed the Qur'ân, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong). ...




• 3:7. It is He Who has sent down to you (Muhammad) the Book (this Qur'ân). In it are Verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book [and those are the Verses of Al-Ahkâm (commandments, etc.), Al-Farâ'id (obligatory duties) and Al-Hudud (legal laws for the punishment of thieves, adulterers, etc.)]; and others not entirely clear. So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow that which is not entirely clear thereof, seeking Al-Fitnah (polytheism and trials, etc.), and seeking for its hidden meanings, but none knows its hidden meanings save Allâh. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in it; the whole of it (clear and unclear Verses) are from our Lord." And none receive admonition except men of understanding. (Tafsir At-Tabarî).




• 12:1. Alif-Lâm-Râ. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur'an, and none but Allâh (Alone) knows their meanings].

  
  

  These are the Verses of the Clear Book (the Qur'ân that makes clear the legal and illegal things, legal laws, a guidance and a blessing).

  
  

  12:2. Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'ân in order that you may understand.

  
  

  12:3. We relate unto you (Muhammad) the best of stories through Our Revelations unto you, of this Qur'ân. And before this (i.e. before the coming of Divine Inspiration to you), you were among those who knew nothing about it (the Qur'ân).




• 22:16. Thus have We sent it (this Qur'ân) down (to Muhammad) as clear signs, evidences and proofs, and surely, Allâh guides whom He wills.




• 22:72. And when Our Clear Verses are recited to them, you will notice a denial on the faces of the disbelievers! They are nearly ready to attack with violence those who recite Our Verses to them. Say: "Shall I tell you of something worse than that? The Fire (of Hell) which Allâh has promised to those who disbelieve, and worst indeed is that destination!"




• 24:46. We have indeed sent down (in this Qur'ân) manifest Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, lawful and unlawful things, and the set boundries of Islâmic religion, etc. that make things clear showing the Right Path of Allâh). And Allâh guides whom He wills to a Straight Path (i.e. to Allâh's religion of Islâmic Monotheism).




• 24:54. Say: "Obey Allâh and obey the Messenger, but if you turn away, he (Messenger Muhammad) is only responsible for the duty placed on him (i.e. to convey Allâh's Message) and you for that placed on you. If you obey him, you shall be on the right guidance. The Messenger's duty is only to convey (the message) in a clear way (i.e. to preach in a plain way)."

The Qur'an tells us that it is Allah's word; it is clear and definitive; a clear guide to obedience. It tells us that its commands are clear. Take a good long look at 3:7. The foundations of the book are clear commandments.

I have now shown you clear evidence of Qur'anic absolutism. It is Allah's word; his law which must be obeyed. His Apostle's exemplary obedience to it is to be emulated. So, what is a Muslim to do when the Qur'an contradicts itself?

• 2:256. There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Tâghût and believes in Allâh, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower.



• 8:38. Say to those who have disbelieved, if they cease (from disbelief) their past will be forgiven. But if they return (thereto), then the examples of those (punished) before them have already preceded (as a warning).

  
  

  8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

What the Hell? Naskh, thats what! The 'science' of abrogation.

• 2:106. Whatever a Verse (revelation) do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring a better one or similar to it. Know you not that Allâh is able to do all things?




• 16:101. And when We change a Verse [of the Qur'ân, i.e. cancel (abrogate) its order] in place of another, and Allâh knows the best of what He sends down, they (the disbelievers) say: "You (O Muhammad) are but a Muftari! (forger, liar)." Nay, but most of them know not.

Surah 2 was the 87th to be revealed; 8 was 88th, next to last. Thus 2:256 is abrogated by 8:39. Here is a chart depicting the sequence of revelation. (Surah 9 was #113, next to last, so 9:29 also trumps 2:256.)

The bottom line: the Qur'an is Allah's perfect, final & immutable word, which must be obeyed. Allah said fight them: they must fight us!

Three out of the first five definitions include irrational; the other two include unrealistic. When they attach the Islamophobe label to us, irrational & unrealistic come along for the ride.

Is fear & loathing of Islam irrational? Only if Islam is benign. If Islam is aggressive, with a track record of aggression, then the fear & loathing are neither irrational nor unrealistic. What did Allah say?

• 3:151 We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve


• 8:12 I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.


• 59:2 But Allah's (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

Allah declares that he will cast terror into our hearts, commands Muhammad and his slaves to decapitate and mutilate us so that we can not be resurrected and declares what he did to the Bani An-Nadir to be a warning to instill fear in us.

What did Muhammad say ?

• Bukhari 1.7.331 Allah made me victorious by awe


• Bukhari 4.52.220 I have been made victorious with terror

But those are anachronisms, which applied only in ancient times, in particular places and situations, when Islam was attacked. In a pig's sphincter!!

• 2:216 Jihâd is ordained for you


• 8:39 fight them until there is no more Fitnah and the religion will all be for Allâh Alone


• 9:29 Fight against those who believe not in Allâh, ... among the people of the Scripture , until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.


• Abu Dawud 14.2526 jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist).


• Bukhari 4.53.386 Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:-- "Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master."

In light of those damnable declarations and in light of the genocidal depredations against India, Assyria, Armenia, Israel, Madrid, London, Beslan, New York City and Washington D.C., I submit to you: fear & loathing of Islam ain't irrational. Islamophobia is a false slogan cooked up for propaganda.

Tawfik Hamid quotes the OIC's recent diatribe. From Arab News:

The ministers described Islamophobia as a deliberate defamation of Islam and discrimination and intolerance against Muslims. ...

...the foreign ministers termed Islamophobia the worst form of terrorism and called for practical steps to counter it.

How can one possibly defame an institution so evil as Islam?! Revealing the damnable doctrines & practices of the demon's own murder cult is "the worst form of terrorism"?!! Worse than the Beltway Snipings?! Worse than Beslan?!! That excrement would gag a maggot!!!

“The linkage of terrorists and extremists with Islam in a generalized manner is unacceptable,”

Can you find a more flagrant example of analencephalopathy? Who would ever think of linking Islam with terror? The links are solid, and on display in Islam's canon of scripture, if anyone would take the time to read them!

Back to Dr. Hamid's editorial.

To bring an end to Islamophobia, we must employ a holistic approach that treats the core of the disease. It will not suffice to merely suppress the symptoms. It is imperative to adopt new Islamic teachings that do not allow killing apostates (Redda Law). Islamic authorities must provide mainstream Islamic books that forbid polygamy and beating women. Accepted Islamic doctrine should take a strong stand against slavery and the raping of female war prisoners, as happens in Darfur under the explicit canons of Shariah ("Ma Malakat Aimanikum"). Muslims should teach, everywhere and universally, that a woman's testimony in court counts as much as a man's, that women should not be punished if they marry whom they please or dress as they wish.

First, he assumes that Islamophobia is real; that our fear & loathing are irrational & unrealistic. Nobody can make that claim with a straight face after the Abomination.

He says that new Islamic teachings must be adopted. He wants to write killing apostates, polygamy & wife beating out of the Qur'an. Ain't it strange that he makes no mention of terrorism & Jihad?

I have some bad news for Dr. Hamid: Allah's word is perfect and timeless. Perfection can only be defiled; never improved. Allah said that his word can not be changed.

• 6:115 None can change His Words.


• 10:15 "Say (O Muhammad): "It is not for me to change it on my own accord; I only follow that which is revealed unto me. Verily, I fear if I were to disobey my Lord, the torment of the Great Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)."

Exactly what part of No change; None can change His Words do the proponents of reform not comprehend?!

Muslims should--must--develop strategies to rescue our religion by combating the tyranny of Salafi Islam and its dreadful consequences.

Dr. Hamid expects us to be ignorant of the fact that Salafists are emulators of Muhammad. Salafis did not invent Islamic terrorism; Muhammad did, he bragged about being made victorious by terror. Islam is what Allah said & Muhammad did. It is what it is; it can not be reformed. Muslims are commanded to obey Allah and his Apostle; that's what Salafis do.

Islam is so many wonderful things for a convert such as Danny Maldonado.

For the anomie-ridden empty-headed Spiritual Searcher, it offers the One-Stop Solution to the riddle of the universe. It offers, after all, a Complete Regulation of Daily Life. No thought required. Allah Ta'ala Knows Best. Yours is not to reason why: just ask Mr. Fatwa. Ask and ye shall be given the answer as to what you are commanded to do, and what you are prohibited from doing. And when you know what is halal, and what haram, you simply follow those rules, slavishly.

For the person who resents his position in society, possibly (though not necessarily) because he feels "persecuted" or "discriminated" against as a member of an ethnic or racial minority, Islam offers a justification for making war on society -- an Infidel society which, he is told, is "unjust" (i.e., un-Islamic). Islam is now the vehicle for protest and opposition and declaration of alienation from all that that society is.

For the criminal, Islam justifies and even glorifies one's deeds. You have not stolen when you take, as a Muslim, the property of Infidels. You have not behaved badly, and certainly are not guilty of a crime, when you take, as a Muslim, non-Muslim women forcibly for your pleasure -- they were asking for it, by the way they dress, or talk, or think. They deserve it. And whatever you do, as long as the victims are Infidels, is justified in your mind, and in the minds of others. That doesn't mean that all Muslims are always breaking all laws -- no. Some will be perfectly law-abiding, but realize that, as a matter of belief, they do have a right to lay those Infidel laws aside. At some point, once they achieve greater numbers and greater powers, they will be able to exercise that right with greater boldness and impunity, to ignore, or not to recognize, the manmade laws of the Infidel nation-state -- laws which, precisely because they are manmade and Infidel, have no validity except insofar as they happen to coincide with the laws of Islam, or must be observed as a matter of necessity when Muslims are not in a position of power.

For the lonely misbegotten wretches of this world, Islam offers an Instant Community. The clever practitioners of Da'wa are able to locate the weakest links in our society, and to woo them, and to tell them just a tiny bit about Islam, and then -- first a little, thence to more -- they let those new converts in on all of Islam's killing store. Meanwhile, the New Muslim (they are careful not to use the word "revert" before Infidels, for the very word causes a question to be asked by Infidels that Muslims don't wish to answer) is carefully taken under the wing of one or several people, including the imam, who carefully look after this New Muslim, making sure he doesn't begin to question his decision, making sure he is surrounded by fellow Muslims eager to offer him every kindness and every encouragement, eager to keep him away from his old Infidel haunts and friends and relatives.

Oh, it's down to a well-planned campaign, a campaign that has been hewed, over centuries, and has had remarkable success. And now we shall see what happens in the Western world. Will the missionaries of Tablighi Jamaat and other groups succeed, as they attempt to inveigle the economically and socially marginal into being Recruits for the Army of Islam? Or will the Infidels realize what kind of a threat this is, and do something effective, or many effective things, both to counter Da'wa and, as important, to win converts from Islam -- beginning possibly with non-Arab Muslims who must be shown how they have been used, exploited, manipulated by an ideology that is and always has been a vehicle for Arab supremacism?


WHICH PART DON'T YOU GET?

"Islamic fanatics are not a peaceful group," you ask? Thousands of these sons-of-bitches are plotting as we speak to destroy our country and our way of life any way they can. Some of them are here among us now. They don't want to convert you and don't want to rule you. You are a vile infestation of Allah's paradise. They don't give a damn how "progressive" you are, how peace-loving you are, or how much you sympathize with their cause. They want you dead, and think it is God's will for them to do it.

And you think Bush and Cheney are your worst enemies?

  (Verily, the first of what Allah created was the Pen, and He said to it: "Write.'' The Pen said: "O my Lord, what shall I write'' He said: "Write the decree and whatever will throughout eternity.'')'' This Hadith has been recorded by Imam Ahmad through various routes of transmission. At-Tirmidhi also recorded it from a Hadith of Abu Dawud At-Tayalisi and he (At-Tirmidhi) said about it, "Hasan Sahih, Gharib.''

The Noble Qur’an: its Virtue and Status as a Source of Legislation

The Noble Qur’an is Allah’s Word through which He expressed His commands and teachings. It is raised above any possible description. The Noble Qur’an was revealed to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and was accepted by the believers as being the essence of truth. Moreover, the believers maintain that it is the Word of Allah and not the words of any of His creatures. Thus, whosoever claims that it is the words of a human being becomes a disbeliever.

Allah described the Qur’an in the following verses: "And verily, it is an honourable well-fortified respected Book (because it is Allâh’s Speech, and He has protected it from corruption). Falsehood cannot come to it from before it or behind it: (it is) sent down by the All-Wise, Worthy of all praise (Allâh). (41:41,42). The Qur’an was also described by Allah in this verse: "(This is) a Book, the Verses whereof are perfected (in every sphere of knowledge), and then explained in detail from One (Allâh), Who is All-Wise Well-Acquainted (with all things). (11:1)

In fact, the verses of the Noble Qur’an are very accurate, clear and obvious; they are perfected by the All-Wise and detailed by the All-Aware. This Qur’an will remain a miraculous Book with regard to the rhetorical, legislative, scientific, and historical aspects. It will remain unchallengeable in these and other aspects till the end of the world. It is preserved from the least kind of distortion; as Allah [exalted and glorified be He] said: "Verily, We, it is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur’ân) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption). (15:9)

Now we know that the Qur'an is Allah's perfect word, inscribed and sealed before the creation of the world and sequentially revealed to Muhammad. Yeah, right. In a few minutes you will know that Muhammad was a ventriloquist and Allah was his dummy.

First, we shall examine situational scripture related to Muhammad's lechery.

• Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 18:

  Narrated 'Ursa:

  The Prophet asked Abu Bakr for 'Aisha's hand in marriage. Abu Bakr said "But I am your brother." The Prophet said, "You are my brother in Allah's religion and His Book, but she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry."

• Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Number 235:

  Narrated 'Aisha:

  That the Prophet said to her, "You have been shown to me twice in my dream. I saw you pictured on a piece of silk and some-one said (to me). 'This is your wife.' When I uncovered the picture, I saw that it was yours. I said, 'If this is from Allah, it will be done."

• Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Number 236:

  Narrated Hisham's father:

  Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married 'Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old.

Muhammad lusted after the six year old daughter of his cousin and bosom buddy. Allah set up the marriage for him. If this was not a family friendly blog, I'd tell you what he was doing to Aisha for three long years.
Can it get any worse than that? Allah sanctioned incest especially for Muhammad. In The Prophet Of Doom, Craig Winn quotes a passage from Tabari which describes Muhammad's arousal when he saw the wife of his adopted son scantily clad. Then Allah made special arrangements:

• Bukhari Volume 9, Book 93, Number 516:

  Narrated Anas:

  Zaid bin Haritha came to the Prophet complaining about his wife. The Prophet kept on saying (to him), "Be afraid of Allah and keep your wife." Aisha said, "If Allah's Apostle were to conceal anything (of the Quran he would have concealed this Verse." Zainab used to boast before the wives of the Prophet and used to say, "You were given in marriage by your families, while I was married (to the Prophet) by Allah from over seven Heavens." And Thabit recited, "The Verse:-- 'But (O Muhammad) you did hide in your heart that which Allah was about to make manifest, you did fear the people,' (33.37) was revealed in connection with Zainab and Zaid bin Haritha."

• 33:37. And (remember) when you said to him (Zaid bin Hârithah; the freed­slave of the Prophet) on whom Allâh has bestowed Grace (by guiding him to Islâm) and you (O Muhammad too) have done favour (by manumitting him) "Keep your wife to yourself, and fear Allâh." But you did hide in yourself (i.e. what Allâh has already made known to you that He will give her to you in marriage) that which Allâh will make manifest, you did fear the people (i.e., Muhammad married the divorced wife of his manumitted slave) whereas Allâh had a better right that you should fear Him. So when Zaid had accomplished his desire from her (i.e. divorced her), We gave her to you in marriage, so that (in future) there may be no difficulty to the believers in respect of (the marriage of) the wives of their adopted sons when the latter have no desire to keep them (i.e. they have divorced them). And Allâh's Command must be fulfilled.

  
  

  33:38. There is no blame on the Prophet in that which Allâh has made legal for him.That has been Allâh's Way with those who have passed away of (the Prophets of) old. And the Command of Allâh is a decree determined.

• Abu Dawud Book 1, Number 0317:

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:

The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) sent Usayd ibn Hudayr and some people with him to search the necklace lost by Aisha. The time of prayer came and they prayed without ablution. When they returned to the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) and related the fact to him, the verse concerning tayammum was revealed.

Ibn Nufayl added: Usayd said to her: May Allah have mercy upon you! Never has there been an occasion when you were beset with an unpleasant matter but Allah made the Muslims and you come out of that.

• Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 311:

  Narrated Aisha:

  I used to look down upon those ladies who had given themselves to Allah's Apostle and I used to say, "Can a lady give herself (to a man)?" But when Allah revealed: "You (O Muhammad) can postpone (the turn of) whom you will of them (your wives), and you may receive any of them whom you will; and there is no blame on you if you invite one whose turn you have set aside (temporarily).' (33.51) I said (to the Prophet), "I feel that your Lord hastens in fulfilling your wishes and desires."

By now it must be obvious to even the slowest and most dim witted reader that Muhammad made up the Qur'an as he went along, and that he put words in Allah's mouth for his own benefit. Aisha was not unaware of this fact, as we see in Bukhari 6.60.31: "I feel that your Lord hastens in fulfilling your wishes and desires.".


The author, realizing that a few liberals may be reading this, piles on the evidence.

• Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2506:
  

  Narrated AbuAyyub:

  AbuImran said: We went out on an expedition from Medina with the intention of (attacking) Constantinople. AbdurRahman ibn Khalid ibn al-Walid was the leader of the company. The Romans were just keeping their backs to the walls of the city. A man (suddenly) attacked the enemy.

  Thereupon the people said: Stop! Stop! There is no god but Allah. He is putting himself into danger.

  AbuAyyub said: This verse was revealed about us, the group of the Ansar (the Helpers). When Allah helped His Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) and gave Islam dominance, we said (i.e. thought): Come on! Let us stay in our property and improve it.

  Thereupon Allah, the Exalted, revealed, "And spend of your substance in the cause of Allah, and make not your hands contribute to (your destruction)". To put oneself into danger means that we stay in our property and commit ourselves to its improvement, and abandon fighting (i.e. jihad).

  AbuImran said: AbuAyyub continued to strive in the cause of Allah until he (died and) was buried in Constantinople.

• Abu Dawud Book 11, Number 2084:
  

  Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:

  About the Qur'anic verse: "It is not lawful for you forcibly to inherit the woman (of your deceased kinsmen), nor (that) ye should put constraint upon them. When a man died, his relatives had more right to his wife then her own guardian. If any one of them wanted to marry her, he did so; or they married her (to some other person), and if they did not want to marry her, they did so. So this verse was revealed about the matter.

• Abu Dawud Book 18, Number 2881:
  

  Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:

  I fell ill, and I had seven sisters. The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) came to me and blew on my face. So I became conscious. I said: Apostle of Allah, may I not bequeath one-third of my property to my sisters? He replied: Do good. I asked: Half? He replied: Do good. He then went out and left me, and said: I do not think, Jabir, you will die of this disease. Allah has revealed (verses) and described the share of your sisters. He appointed two-thirds for them. Jabir used to say: This verse was revealed about me: "They ask thee for a legal decision. Say: Allah directs (thus) about those who leave no descendants or ascendants as heirs.

• Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 176:
  

  Narrated Ibn Abbas:

  When the Verse:--'If there are twenty steadfast amongst you (Muslims), they will overcome two-hundred (non-Muslims).' was revealed, it became hard on the Muslims when it became compulsory that one Muslim ought not to flee (in war) before ten (non-Muslims). So (Allah) lightened the order by revealing:

  '(But) now Allah has lightened your (task) for He knows that there is weakness in you. So if there are of you one-hundred steadfast, they will overcome (two-hundred (non-Muslims).' (8.66) So when Allah reduced the number of enemies which Muslims should withstand, their patience and perseverance against the enemy decreased as much as their task was lightened for them.

[Sixth in a series.]

Misogyny

The first five articles concentrated on the most significant issues: the doctrines which make Islam an existential threat. Now we'll explore another issue that needs to be recognized because of the consequences it holds for conquered populations. You have wondered why many Islamic women wear the Burkha. You may come to regret that curiosity.

• 2:223. Your wives are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth , when or how you will, and send (good deeds, or ask Allâh to bestow upon you pious offspring) before you for your ownselves. And fear Allâh, and know that you are to meet Him (in the Hereafter), and give good tidings to the believers (O Muhammad).

Do you remember the old joke: "what did the cornfield say to the tractor?"? The punch line runs close to this ayeh. I Bowdlerized this quote by deleting the parenthetical notes because they use explicit terms which might offend some readers. The quote is linked to the Hilali & Kahn translation, click it if you want to read the whole thing. Ibn Kathir's explanation of the ayeh expands on the deleted notes, and is even more explicit. Don't say I didn't warn you! The Reason behind revealing Allah's Statement: "Your Wives are a Tilth for You.

Look past the reproductive aspect for a moment. 2:223 makes equates one's wives with fields to be plowed & planted. To Allah, your wives are chattel property.

• 4:34. Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allâh has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allâh and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence what Allâh orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see ill­conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allâh is Ever Most High, Most Great.

Men are superior. Men support and protect their wives. And men have explicit permission to beat them.

• 4:24. Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (captives and slaves) whom your right hands possess. Thus has Allâh ordained for you. All others are lawful, provided you seek (them in marriage) with Mahr (bridal money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage) from your property, desiring chastity, not committing illegal sexual intercourse, so with those of whom you have enjoyed sexual relations, give them their Mahr as prescribed; but if after a Mahr is prescribed, you agree mutually (to give more), there is no sin on you. Surely, Allâh is Ever All­Knowing, AllWise.

• 33:50. O Prophet (Muhammad)! Verily, We have made lawful to you your wives, to whom you have paid their Mahr (bridal money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage), and those (captives or slaves) whom your right hand possesses - whom Allâh has given to you, and the daughters of your 'Amm (paternal uncles) and the daughters of your 'Ammah (paternal aunts) and the daughters of your Khâl (maternal uncles) and the daughters of your Khâlah (maternal aunts) who migrated (from Makkah) with you, and a believing woman if she offers herself to the Prophet, and the Prophet wishes to marry her; a privilege for you only, not for the (rest of) the believers. Indeed We know what We have enjoined upon them about their wives and those (captives or slaves) whom their right hands possess, - in order that there should be no difficulty on you. And Allâh is Ever Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Did that sink in yet? The widows & daughters of the men killed by Muslims are available for sexual exploitation.

• Muslim Book 008, Number 3371:

  Abu Sirma said to Abu Sa'id al Khadri (Allah he pleased with him): 0 Abu Sa'id, did you hear Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) mentioning al-'azl? He said: Yes, and added: We went out with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) on the expedition to the Bi'l-Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to ****** with them but by observing 'azl (Withdrawing the ***** to avoid-conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah's Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him? So we asked Allah's Mes- senger (may peace be upon him), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.

I Bowderlized this hadith because of explicit expressions used. If you need to see them, click the link. Muhammad explicitly gave his companions permission to rape captive women. Use them & sell them as new. Let this sink in for a while.

• 24:31. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like palms of hands or one eye or both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.), and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms, etc.) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husband's sons, their brothers or their brother's sons, or their sister's sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islâm), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allâh to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.

• Volume 1, Book 4, Number 148:

Narrated 'Aisha:

The wives of the Prophet used to go to Al-Manasi, a vast open place (near Baqia at Medina) to answer the call of nature at night. 'Umar used to say to the Prophet "Let your wives be veiled," but Allah's Apostle did not do so. One night Sauda bint Zam'a the wife of the Prophet went out at 'Isha' time and she was a tall lady. 'Umar addressed her and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda." He said so, as he desired eagerly that the verses of Al-Hijab (the observing of veils by the Muslim women) may be revealed. So Allah revealed the verses of "Al-Hijab" (A complete body cover excluding the eyes).

{Word to the wise: derive knowledge concerning Islamic scripture from the sentence in red!!}

• Volume 1, Book 4, Number 149:

  Narrated 'Aisha:

  The Prophet said to his wives, "You are allowed to go out to answer the call of nature. "

• Volume 1, Book 6, Number 321:

  Narrated Aiyub:

  Hafsa said, 'We used to forbid our young women to go out for the two 'Id prayers. A woman came and stayed at the palace of Bani Khalaf and she narrated about her sister whose husband took part in twelve holy battles along with the Prophet and her sister was with her husband in six (out of these twelve). She (the woman's sister) said, "We used to treat the wounded, look after the patients and once I asked the Prophet, 'Is there any harm for any of us to stay at home if she doesn't have a veil?' He said, 'She should cover herself with the veil of her companion and should participate in the good deeds and in the religious gathering of the Muslims.' When Um 'Atiya came I asked her whether she had heard it from the Prophet. She replied, "Yes. May my father be sacrificed for him (the Prophet)! (Whenever she mentioned the Prophet she used to say, 'May my father be sacrificed for him) I have heard the Prophet saying, 'The unmarried young virgins and the mature girl who stay often screened or the young unmarried virgins who often stay screened and the menstruating women should come out and participate in the good deeds as well as the religious gathering of the faithful believers but the menstruating women should keep away from the Musalla (praying place).' " Hafsa asked Um 'Atiya surprisingly, "Do you say the menstruating women?" She replied, "Doesn't a menstruating woman attend 'Arafat (Hajj) and such and such (other deeds)?"

Now you know why Muslim women must be veilled. But there are more ahadith which reveal misogyny.

• Volume 2, Book 18, Number 161 ...The Prophet replied, "I saw Paradise and stretched my hands towards a bunch (of its fruits) and had I taken it, you would have eaten from it as long as the world remains. I also saw the Hell-fire and I had never seen such a horrible sight. I saw that most of the inhabitants were women." The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle! Why is it so?" The Prophet replied, "Because of their ungratefulness." It was asked whether they are ungrateful to Allah. The Prophet said, "They are ungrateful to their companions of life (husbands) and ungrateful to good deeds. If you are benevolent to one of them throughout the life and if she sees anything (undesirable) in you, she will say, 'I have never had any good from you.' "

So women will be the majority in the fire because they are ungrateful. What of men's excelling over them in this life?

• 4:11. Allâh commands you as regards your children's (inheritance); to the male, a portion equal to that of two females;



• 2:282. O you who believe! When you contract a debt for a fixed period, write it down. Let a scribe write it down in justice between you. Let not the scribe refuse to write as Allâh has taught him, so let him write. Let him (the debtor) who incurs the liability dictate, and he must fear Allâh, his Lord, and diminish not anything of what he owes. But if the debtor is of poor understanding, or weak, or is unable himself to dictate, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And get two witnesses out of your own men. And if there are not two men (available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her. ...

So, a woman inherits half as much as her brother, and her testimony carries only half the weight of his. Did you know that "women are deficient"?

• Volume 1, Book 6, Number 301:

  Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:

  Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion."

There you have it, ladies. Muhammad says that you are chattel property (a field to be plowed), can be beaten if rebellious, must be concealed, get the short end of the stick economically, and are deficient in intelligence and religion. Does this make you want to revert and find a harem to join?

Why? Because Allah ordered it done. Would I write that without proof? No, I am not a damned fool. Anyone who says "Islam is a great religion of peace." is a fool or a liar, I am neither.

• 8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

8:67 establishes great slaughter as a prerequisite for ransoming prisoners. In so doing, it sanctifies genocide. Allah desires that Muhammad enter Paradise. Great slaughter is the price of admission. Read and re-read this ayat until you understand it.

  47:4. So, when you meet (in fight Jihâd in Allâh's Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islâm), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allâh to continue in carrying out Jihâd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islâm (i.e. are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come under your protection], but if it had been Allâh's Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allâh, He will never let their deeds be lost,

Do you comprehend what you just read?

• until he had made a great slaughter


• till when you have killed and wounded many of them


• Thus [you are ordered by Allâh to continue in carrying out Jihâd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islâm


• But those who are killed in the Way of Allâh, He will never let their deeds be lost

Allah is talking about killing Kuffar, not subduing your passions with peaceful internal struggle against temptation. You do not get killed talking down a woody. Of course, those declarations are empty verbiage, nobody ever did anything like that in Allah's name, did they? Why is that mountain pass named Hindu Kush? Do you have a clue? Does "where the Hindus were slaughtered" give you a clue? But surely not in modern times! No, not since World War Two. Of course not.

But those actions are perversions of the peaceful doctrines of Islam. Yeah, right. Muhammad perverted his own doctrine, like this:

• Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 512:
  Narrated Anas:
  The Prophet offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, "Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned." Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their warriors killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives, She first came in the share of Dahya Alkali but later on she belonged to the Prophet . The Prophet made her manumission as her 'Mahr'.

Do you comprehend this? Muhammad sent an extortion letter to a peaceful settlement, then he invaded it. He killed all the men after they surrendered and enslaved their widows and orphans. He took the chieftain's young bride for his harem.

• Abu Dawud Book 38, Number 4390:
  Narrated Atiyyah al-Qurazi:
  I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.

What did Muhammad do to the adolescent boys? Did he give them dates & honey? No, he whacked their heads off!

• Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 280:
  Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri:
  When the tribe of Bani Quraiza was ready to accept Sad's judgment, Allah's Apostle sent for Sad who was near to him. Sad came, riding a donkey and when he came near, Allah's Apostle said (to the Ansar), "Stand up for your leader." Then Sad came and sat beside Allah's Apostle who said to him. "These people are ready to accept your judgment." Sad said, "I give the judgment that their warriors should be killed and their children and women should be taken as prisoners." The Prophet then remarked, "O Sad! You have judged amongst them with (or similar to) the judgment of the King Allah."

First, the propaganda.

In other words, the religion of Islam and the moral teaching of the Qur'an are not the supporters of terrorism and the terrorists, but the remedy by which the world can be saved from the scourge of terrorism.

From the real experts:

Meantime, Al-Azhar Grand Imam Mohamed Sayed Tantawi warned against mixing between Jihad, which is endorsed by Islam to defend soul and human dignity on one hand, and "terror" that targets humans and intimidate people.

Saudi Arabia's U.N. Ambassador had this to say:

The mufti [top religious leader] of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and President of the Council of Senior ulema (Islamic scholars) affirmed that the explosions that occurred in the United States, the acts of plane hijacking, frightening peaceful people, and unjustly killing people, are forms of aggression and oppression which the Islamic Law not only does not condone, but also considers a major sin.

And if you believe any of that fecal matter, there's a bridge in Bhagdad I'd like to sell you. Open your eyes and take a clear, cold look at what Allah said.

• 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers.)

• 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes."

• 33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

  33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.

• 59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî An-Nadîr) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allâh! But Allâh's (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

Allah said he would cast terror. Allah said he cast terror. Allah said casting terror resulted in killing, captivation and accrual of spoils. Allah made the terrorized an example to terrify future victims. Is there something more you need to know?

• 9:120. It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the neighbourhood to remain behind Allâh's Messenger (Muhammad when fighting in Allâh's Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allâh, nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness. Surely, Allâh wastes not the reward of the Muhsinûn

Any step taken to anger or injure the Kuffar is accumulated credit as righteousness. How do Muslims earn Brownie Points? Ibn Kathir adds terror to the list. [Emphasis added.]

• (nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers), by strategies of war that would terrify their enemy,

Muhammad was not shy about terrorism; he bragged about it!

• I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy)
• Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey.
• Sunni Path Bukhari: CH7 #328. It is related that Jabir ibn 'Abdullah said, "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'I have been given five things which no one before me was given: I have
  been helped to victory by terror flooding (my enemies') hearts up to a month's journey away;...

Muslims will claim that they are forbidden to attack innocent people. Of course, they do not define innocent for you. You, as a Kaffir, are not innocent; you are a rebel against Allah. You, by resisting Islam, make yourself fair game. Never forget what Muhammad said about that!

• "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah."
• I have been ordered to fight the people till they say 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah' And whoever says: None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' waves his wealth and his life from me unless he deserves a legal punishment lusty, and his account will be with Allah!
• I am commanded to fight with men till they testify that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Apostle, face our qiblah (direction of prayer), eat what we slaughter, and pray like us. When they do that, their life and property are unlawful for us except what is due to them.

Who is Muhammad commanded to fight?

• the people
• men

He did not say the enemy. He did not specify armed defenders organized into an army. He did not say the guilty. He means the disbelievers, all of them, always. Your blood and property are not sacred to Muslims. Your life and property are lawful for Muslims to take. You save your life and property from Muslims by becoming a Muslim. Muslims are commanded, not forbidden to terrorize and attack you.

[Third in a series.]

Jihad

Holy war? No, it means striving. Perhaps we should return briefly to Muslim Book 019, Number 4294.

• Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah.
• Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah.
• Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children.

What could make a war holy? Lets turn to the Qur'an for guidance about striving.

• 9:41. March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allâh. This is better for you, if you but knew.

• 9:81. Those who stayed away (from Tabuk expedition) rejoiced in their staying behind the Messenger of Allâh; they hated to strive and fight with their properties and their lives in the Cause of Allâh, and they said: "March not forth in the heat." Say: "The Fire of Hell is more intense in heat", if only they could understand!

It is better for you to strive hard with your life and wealth; failure to do so will land you in the fire. But what is this "cause of Allah" bit? Perhaps there is a hadith to explain it.

• Volume 4, Book 52, Number 45:

  Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:

  Somebody asked, "O Allah's Apostle! Who is the best among the people?" Allah's Apostle replied "A believer who strives his utmost in Allah's Cause with his life and property." They asked, "Who is next?" He replied, "A believer who stays in one of the mountain paths worshipping Allah and leaving the people secure from his mischief."

• Volume 4, Book 52, Number 46:

  Narrated Abu Huraira:

  I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "The example of a Mujahid in Allah's Cause-- and Allah knows better who really strives in His Cause----is like a person who fasts and prays continuously. Allah guarantees that He will admit the Mujahid in His Cause into Paradise if he is killed, otherwise He will return him to his home safely with rewards and war booty."

• Volume 4, Book 52, Number 50:

  Narrated Anas bin Malik:

  The Prophet said, "A single endeavor (of fighting) in Allah's Cause in the forenoon or in the afternoon is better than the world and whatever is in it."

• Volume 4, Book 52, Number 65:

  Narrated Abu Musa:

  A man came to the Prophet and asked, "A man fights for war booty; another fights for fame and a third fights for showing off; which of them fights in Allah's Cause?" The Prophet said, "He who fights that Allah's Word (i.e. Islam) should be superior, fights in Allah's Cause."

The best man is he who strives his utmost in Allah's cause. The Mujahid will be rewarded with Paradise or booty. A single endeavor of fighting is better than all possible worldly gain. Fighting in Allah's cause is to make his word superior; in essence, to make Islam dominate the world.. That reminds me of an ayat.

• 9:33. It is He Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islâm), to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) hate (it).

Allah sent the Qur'an to be made superior over all alternatives, by force of arms. To verify this, we turn next to the translator's notes.

• (V.2:190) Al-Jihâd (holy fighting) in Allâh’s Cause (with full force of numbers and weaponry) is given the utmost importance in Islâm and is one of its pillar (on which it stands). By Jihâd Islâm is established, Allâh’s Word is made superior, (His Word being Lâ ilaha illallâh which means none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh), and His Religion (Islâm) is propagated. By abandoning Jihâd (may Allâh protect us from that) Islâm is destroyed and the Muslims fall into an inferior position; their honour is lost, their lands are stolen, their rule and authority vanish. Jihâd is an obligatory duty in Islâm on every Muslim, and he who tries to escape from this duty, or does not in his innermost heart wish to fulfil this duty, dies with one of the qualities of a hypocrite.
  Narrated ‘Abdullâh bin Mas‘ûd رضي الله عنه: I asked Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم "O Allâh’s Messenger! What is the best deed?" He replied, "To offer the Salât (prayers) at their early fixed stated times." I asked, "What is next in goodness?" He replied, "To be good and dutiful to your parents." I further asked, "What is next in goodness?" He replied, "To participate in Jihâd in Allâh’s Cause." I did not ask Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم anymore and if I had asked him more, he would have told me more. (Sahih Al-Bukhâri, Vol.4, Hadîth No.41).

Is this holy fighting really a high priority to Allah?

• 61:4. Verily, Allâh loves those who fight in His Cause in rows (ranks) as if they were a solid structure .

• 9:111. Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .

We learned something significant from those ayat.

• Allah loves those who fight in his cause.
• Allah owns the Muslims; they are his slaves.
• Allah purchased them, the price being admission to Paradise.
• Muslims kill others and are killed fighting in Allah's cause.

[Take a bathroom break; relieve the pressure you don't want to risk ruining your furniture. ]

Is that holy fighting optional or mandatory?

• 2:216. Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh's Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know.

It is ordained for Muslims, that means it is mandatory, not an ala carte item.

Who are Muslims commanded to fight?

• 8:38. Say to those who have disbelieved, if they cease (from disbelief) their past will be forgiven. But if they return (thereto), then the examples of those (punished) before them have already preceded (as a warning).

• 8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

• 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

There are two discreet commands to fight, against disbelievers and against people of the book. Both commands are fight until loops. Fight them until only Allah is worshiped. Fight them until they submit and pay extortion. Those are generally applicable, open ended commands. Their effect is not limited to a particular time or place. We will find ahadith to confirm these facts.

• Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.
• "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah."
• jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist).

Muhammad was sent to all mankind, to fight the people, from his first day as a profit in 610 and the war continues until Judgment Day. Does this clear it up for you?
